Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医药配制品，尤其是一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物。
背景技术
乳痈是以乳房红肿疼痛，乳汁排出不畅，以致结脓成痈的急性化脓性病证。乳痈的临床表现：乳房部结块、肿胀疼痛，伴有全身发热，溃后脓出稠厚。多发于产后哺乳的产妇，尤其是初产妇更为多见。病人感觉患侧乳房肿胀疼痛，并出现硬块（或无硬块），多在乳房外下象限，乳汁排出不畅；同时伴有发热、寒战、头痛骨楚、食欲不振等全身症状。目前西医治疗乳痈虽有一定的疗效，但存在疗程长，易复发及一定副作用的不足。
祖国医学认为乳痈多由产妇忿怒郁闷、情志不畅、肝气不舒，加之饮食厚味、胃中积热、肝胃失和、肝气不得疏泄，与阳明之热蕴结，以致经络阻塞、乳络失宣、气血瘀滞而成痈肿。或因乳头破碎、乳头畸形和内陷、哺乳时疼痛影响充分哺乳，或乳汁多而少饮，或断乳不当、乳汁壅滞结块不散，或因风热毒邪外袭，均可使乳汁淤滞、乳络不畅、乳管阻塞、败乳蓄积化热而成痈。
根据中医理论，针对乳痈的发病机理，采用疏肝理气、解毒疗疮、活血通络、祛瘀止痛、凉血消痈、消肿排脓的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中治疗乳痈存在疗程长，易复发及一定副作用的不足，本发明提供一种配制简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗乳痈的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参10-40份、穿山甲5-25份、香附10-30份、天葵子10-30份、寻骨风5-25份、浙贝母10-30份、青皮10-30份、黄珠子草5-20份、漏芦5-25份、地锦草10-30份、蜂房5-25份、红花5-25份、败酱草10-30份、土贝母5-25份、仙茅5-25份、大黄10-30份、远志10-30份、扛板归5-25份、黄柏5-25份、甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参30份、穿山甲15份、香附20份、天葵子20份、寻骨风15份、浙贝母20份、青皮20份、黄珠子草10份、漏芦15份、地锦草20份、蜂房15份、红花15份、败酱草20份、土贝母15份、仙茅15份、大黄20份、远志20份、扛板归15份、黄柏15份、甘草10份。
本发明中药组合物是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选药物组方。本发明中药组合物中：丹参具有活血调经、祛瘀止痛、凉血消痈、清心除烦、养血安神的功效；穿山甲具有活血通络、消肿排脓、祛风止痛、通乳的功效；香附具有舒肝理气、解郁止痛的功效；天葵子具有清热解毒、消肿散结、利水通淋的功效；寻骨风具有祛风除湿、活血通络、止痛的功效；浙贝母具有清热散结、化痰止咳的功效；青皮具有疏肝破气、消积化滞的功效；黄珠子草具有健脾消积、利尿通淋、清热解毒的功效；漏芦具有清热解毒、消肿排脓、下乳、通筋脉的功效；地锦草具有清热解毒，凉血止血，利湿，通乳的功效；蜂房具有祛风功毒、杀虫止痛的功效；红花具有活血通经、散瘀止痛的功效；败酱草具有清热解毒、消痈排脓、祛瘀止痛的功效；土贝母具有解毒散结、消除痈肿的功效；仙茅具有补肾助阳、益精血、强筋骨、行血消肿的功效；大黄具有泻火消积、清热解毒、凉血止血、祛瘀止咳的功效；远志具有安神益智、祛痰镇惊、行气散郁的功效；扛板归具有清热解毒、利湿消肿、散瘀止血的功效；黄柏具有清热燥湿、泻火除蒸、解毒疗疮的功效；甘草具有补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、调和诸药的功效。本发明精选药物组方，其药物组分经辩证配伍，在作用上相互佐助，共奏疏肝理气、解毒疗疮、活血通络、祛瘀止痛、凉血消痈、消肿排脓的功效，对乳痈的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达95%，治愈率72.5%。

一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参30g、穿山甲15g、香附20g、天葵子20g、寻骨风15g、浙贝母20g、青皮20g、黄珠子草10g、漏芦15g、地锦草20g、蜂房15g、红花15g、败酱草20g、土贝母15g、仙茅15g、大黄20g、远志20g、扛板归15g、黄柏15g、甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参15g、穿山甲25g、香附10g、天葵子30g、寻骨风5g、浙贝母25g、青皮10g、黄珠子草15g、漏芦5g、地锦草30g、蜂房10g、红花20g、败酱草15g、土贝母25g、仙茅5g、大黄30g、远志10g、扛板归20g、黄柏5g、甘草12g。
实施例3
一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参25g、穿山甲5g、香附30g、天葵子10g、寻骨风25g、浙贝母15g、青皮25g、黄珠子草5g、漏芦25g、地锦草15g、蜂房20g、红花10g、败酱草25g、土贝母5g、仙茅20g、大黄15g、远志25g、扛板归10g、黄柏20g、甘草6g。

一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参10g、穿山甲20g、香附15g、天葵子25g、寻骨风10g、浙贝母30g、青皮15g、黄珠子草20g、漏芦10g、地锦草30g、蜂房5g、红花25g、败酱草10g、土贝母20g、仙茅10g、大黄25g、远志15g、扛板归25g、黄柏5g、甘草15g。

一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参40g、穿山甲10g、香附25g、天葵子15g、寻骨风20g、浙贝母10g、青皮30g、黄珠子草12g、漏芦20g、地锦草10g、蜂房25g、红花5g、败酱草30g、土贝母10g、仙茅25g、大黄10g、远志30g、扛板归5g、黄柏25g、甘草5g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约4厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，年龄25～35岁。
二、诊断标准：参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中乳痈的诊断标准：
1、初起乳房内有疼痛性肿块，皮肤不红或微红，排乳不畅，可有乳头破裂糜烂。化脓时乳房肿痛加重，肿块变软，有应指感，溃破或切开引流后，肿痛减轻。如脓液流出不畅，肿痛不消，可有“传囊”之变。溃后不收口，渗流乳汁或脓液，可形成乳漏；
2、多有恶寒发热，头痛，周身不适等症；
3、患侧腋下可有臖核肿大疼痛；
4、患者多数为哺乳妇女，尤以未满月的初产妇为多见。
5、血白细胞总数及中性粒细胞增高。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中乳痈的疗效标准:
1、治愈：全身症状消失，肿块消散，疮口愈合；
2、有效：全身症状消失，局部肿痛减轻，或疮口尚未愈合；
3、无效：反复“传囊”或形成乳漏。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈58例，随访未见复发；有效18例，无效4例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
唐某，26岁。初产后5天，乳房红肿疼痛，乳汁排出不畅，乳房内有硬块，同时伴有发热、寒战、头痛、食欲不振等全身症状。确诊为：乳痈。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程，乳房疼痛明显减轻，有少量乳汁流出；继续服用2个疗程，乳房硬块消失，乳汁通畅，治愈。
病例2
韩某，32岁。生产后1周，乳房肿痛，乳汁不畅，左侧乳房内有硬块，有明显的疼痛感，并伴有恶寒发热，头痛，周身不适等症状。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，疼痛感明显减轻，硬块柔软变小，其它症状消失；继续服用2个疗程，右侧乳房中的硬块消失，无疼痛感，治愈。

1.一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参10-40份、穿山甲5-25份、香附10-30份、天葵子10-30份、寻骨风5-25份、浙贝母10-30份、青皮10-30份、黄珠子草5-20份、漏芦5-25份、地锦草10-30份、蜂房5-25份、红花5-25份、败酱草10-30份、土贝母5-25份、仙茅5-25份、大黄10-30份、远志10-30份、扛板归5-25份、黄柏5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗乳痈的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参30份、穿山甲15份、香附20份、天葵子20份、寻骨风15份、浙贝母20份、青皮20份、黄珠子草10份、漏芦15份、地锦草20份、蜂房15份、红花15份、败酱草20份、土贝母15份、仙茅15份、大黄20份、远志20份、扛板归15份、黄柏15份、甘草10份。
