本发明涉及病死禽畜的处理装置领域,具体涉及一种病死禽类无害化处理装置,包括下侧底部设置有出气管的焚烧炉、连接在出气管上的过滤腔、固设在过滤腔内的水箱、通过管道与过滤腔连接的冷冻箱和通过管道与冷冻箱连接的化学箱,出气管连接有盘旋在水箱外壁上的螺旋管,螺旋管内设有可弯曲的毛柱,毛柱上固设有刷毛,管道连接有回旋在冷冻箱中的冷凝管,冷凝管上设有出气孔,冷冻箱中设有冷气入口,冷气入口连接有气泵,化学箱顶部设有回气管,回气管连接焚烧炉。本发明能够在病死禽类经过焚烧后,除去病死禽类本身致病菌的传播,更安全卫生;对烟雾进行过滤,烟雾中的有害物质被净化干净,有害气体不会排放到空气中,保护了环境。

本发明涉及病死禽畜的处理装置领域,具体涉及一种病死禽类无害化处理装置。
背景技术
我国家畜家禽饲养数量多,而且养殖业繁荣,养殖规模较大,病死禽类数量较大,随意处置现象时有发生。病死禽类随意丢弃污染环境,病死禽类腐烂时会流出污水污染土壤和水源,腐烂后的病死禽类产生许多致病菌,传播疾病。病死禽类无害化处理是指使病死禽类不再污染环境,不传播疾病,而且可以废物利用。病死禽类的无害化方式主要包括填埋处理、焚烧处理和堆肥处理。
最常用的病死禽类无害化处理方式是焚烧处理,焚烧处理是将病死禽类放置在高温炉中,使病死禽类充分氧化的一种方法,但是焚烧病死禽类时产生含有烟尘、油脂、一氧化碳、氟化氢和二氧化硫的有毒烟雾,随意排放的有毒烟雾容易污染环境。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种病死禽类无害化处理装置,以解决焚烧处理病死禽类产生的有毒烟雾污染环境的问题。
本方案中的病死禽类无害化处理装置,包括下侧底部设置有出气管的焚烧炉、连接在出气管上的过滤腔、固设在过滤腔内的水箱、通过管道与过滤腔连接的冷冻箱和通过传输管道与冷冻箱连接的化学箱,所述出气管连接有盘旋在水箱外壁上的螺旋管,所述螺旋管内设有柔性的毛柱,所述毛柱上固设有刷毛,所述管道连接有回旋在冷冻箱中的冷凝管,所述冷凝管上设有出气孔,所述冷冻箱中设有冷气入口,所述冷气入口连接有气泵,所述化学箱顶部设有回气管,所述回气管连接焚烧炉。
本方案的原理是:将病死禽畜投入焚烧炉中,在焚烧过程中产生的烟雾随出气管进入过滤腔中,烟雾经过螺旋管时,螺旋管内的刷毛将烟雾中的烟尘和油脂过滤掉;烟雾经过螺旋管后,水箱中的水被加热,热水可以用于清洗处理烟雾后的毛柱和刷毛;过滤掉烟尘和油脂的烟雾进入冷冻箱中,由气泵泵入冷气冷却烟雾,将烟雾中的未过滤干净的油脂和烟雾冷凝成液体;经过冷冻箱后的烟雾经过吸附了化学溶液的海绵,除去烟雾中的二氧化硫;最后经过回气管将一氧化碳气体送回焚烧炉中重新燃烧。
毛柱和刷毛既能过滤掉烟雾中的部分烟尘和油脂,又能在处理完病死禽类后清理螺旋管,清理时只需拉动毛柱,让刷毛与螺旋管摩擦即可清理掉螺旋管内壁上的油脂和烟尘,操作简单方便;拉出毛柱之后,可以利用水箱中的热水清洗,水箱中的水由烟雾加热,热水清洗更彻底,废物利用,节约能源;烟雾再经过冷冻箱的冷处理,烟雾中的烟尘会混合到冷冻后的油脂中,彻底清除烟雾中的烟尘和油脂,清除烟尘和油脂更彻底。
本方案的有益效果是:1.病死禽类经过焚烧,除去了病死禽类本身致病菌的传播,更安全卫生;2.焚烧病死禽类的烟雾经过处理,烟雾中的有害物质已经净化干净,也不会有有害气体排放到空气中,不会污染环境。
进一步,所述刷毛卡紧在螺旋管内壁。
刷毛清理螺旋管内壁时,卡紧的刷毛能更彻底地刮下螺旋管内壁上的污物。
进一步,所述刷毛以每厘米400根的密集程度在毛柱上分布。
每厘米400根刷毛密布在螺旋管内,既能允许烟雾通过螺旋管,又能在烟雾通过时将尽可能多的烟尘和油脂附着在刷毛上,起到过滤烟雾的作用,让烟雾过滤更彻底,密集的刷毛还能在清理螺旋管时,清理更干净彻底。
进一步,所述出气孔的直径小于1mm。
小直径出气孔的出气量少,保证了烟雾进入冷冻箱时,油脂和烟尘就被冷冻凝固保留着冷冻箱中,清除烟尘和油脂更彻底。
进一步,所述化学箱中填充有吸附了酸性高锰酸钾溶液的吸水海绵。
吸水海绵中的酸性高锰酸钾与烟尘中的二氧化硫发生化学反应,去掉烟雾中的二氧化硫,而且酸性高锰酸钾还能对烟雾进行杀菌。
进一步,所述过滤腔外层为隔热材料制成的外层。
隔热材料制成的过滤腔能减少热量的散失,保持温度,加热水箱中的水,废气利用,节约能源。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:焚烧炉1、水箱2、过滤腔3、冷冻箱4、化学箱5、气泵6、出气管11、回气管12、螺旋管13、毛柱14、刷毛15、管道31、冷气入口41、冷凝管42、出气孔43。
如图1所示:焚烧炉1通过出气管11连接过滤腔3,过滤腔3内设置水箱2,过滤腔3通过管道31连接到冷冻箱4侧壁,冷冻箱4连接有气泵6,冷冻箱4上部由供出气的传输管道连接到化学箱5,化学箱5上部连接回气管12,回气管12将经过化学箱5过滤后的气体送回到焚烧炉1中继续燃烧。
如图2所示:过滤腔3包裹在水箱2外表面,出气管11连通螺旋缠绕在水箱2外侧的螺旋管13上,通过螺旋管13后的气体由管道31排出过滤腔3。
如图3所示:螺旋管13内部设置有毛柱14,毛柱14表面以每厘米400根刷毛15的密度布置刷毛15,刷毛15要抵到螺旋管13内壁。
如图4所示:管道伸入冷冻箱4内部盘旋,伸入冷冻箱4内部的盘旋的冷凝管42表面开设有出气孔43,出气孔43的直径要小于1mm,冷冻箱4内设置的冷气入口41供气泵6中的冷气进入冷冻箱4。
在处理病死禽类时,先将病死禽畜投入焚烧炉1中,在焚烧过程中产生的烟雾随出气管11进入过滤腔3中,烟雾经过螺旋管13时,螺旋管13内的刷毛15将烟雾中的烟尘和油脂过滤掉;烟雾经过螺旋管13后,水箱2中的水被加热,可以用于清洗处理烟雾后的毛柱14和刷毛15;过滤掉烟尘和油脂的烟雾进入冷冻箱4中,由气泵6泵入冷气冷却烟雾,将烟雾中的未过滤干净的油脂和烟雾冷凝成液体;经过冷冻箱4后的烟雾经过吸附了化学溶液的海绵,除去烟雾中的二氧化硫;最后经过回气管12将一氧化碳气体送回焚烧炉1中重新燃烧。
当需要清洗螺旋管13时,直接拉动毛柱14,让毛柱14上的刷毛15刮掉螺旋管13内壁上沉积的烟尘和油脂,拉出毛柱14和刷毛15还能对刷毛15进行清洁。
本发明的有益效果是:1.毛柱和刷毛既能过滤掉烟雾中的部分烟尘和油脂,又能在处理完病死禽类后清理螺旋管,清理时只需拉动毛柱,让刷毛与螺旋管摩擦即可清理掉螺旋管内壁上的油脂和烟尘,操作简单方便;2.拉出毛柱之后,可以利用水箱中的热水清洗,水箱中的水由烟雾加热,热水清洗更彻底,废物利用,节约能源;3.烟雾再经过冷冻箱的冷处理,烟雾中的烟尘会混合到冷冻后的油脂中,彻底清除烟雾中的烟尘和油脂,清除烟尘和油脂更彻底;4.病死禽类经过焚烧,除去了病死禽类本身致病菌的传播,更安全卫生;5.焚烧病死禽类的烟雾经过处理,烟雾中的有害物质已经净化干净,也不会有有害气体排放到空气中,不会污染环境。

1.病死禽类无害化处理装置,其特征在于:包括下侧底部设置有出气管的焚烧炉、连接在出气管上的过滤腔、固设在过滤腔内的水箱、通过管道与过滤腔连接的冷冻箱和通过传输管道与冷冻箱连接的化学箱,所述出气管连接有盘旋在水箱外壁上的螺旋管,所述螺旋管内设有柔性的毛柱,所述毛柱上固设有刷毛,所述管道连接有回旋在冷冻箱中的冷凝管,所述冷凝管上设有出气孔,所述冷冻箱中设有冷气入口,所述冷气入口连接有气泵,所述化学箱顶部设有回气管,所述回气管连接焚烧炉;
所述出气孔的直径小于1mm;
所述化学箱中填充有吸附了酸性高锰酸钾溶液的吸水海绵。
