Abstract

本发明涉及一种室内空气净化装置,包括壳体、进风口、喷淋管、活性炭层、引风机、出风口,所述进风口设置于壳体一侧的下部,进风口上方的壳体内水平设有喷淋管,喷淋管底部设有多个喷液孔,喷淋管通过供液管与喷淋液储箱连接,喷淋管上方水平设有透气网,透气网与喷淋管之间的壳体侧壁上固定有紫外灯,透气网上置有活性炭层,活性炭层由负载TiO2的活性炭组成,活性炭层上方通过引风机与出风口连接,出风口的末端为球形,球形表面上均匀分布有多个排气孔,壳体的底部设有排液口。本发明的室内空气净化装置净化效率高,能有效清除室内空气中的粉尘颗粒、烟尘、甲醛、细菌、病毒等,对空气净化彻底。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化设备领域,具体涉及一种室内空气净化装置。
背景技术
室内空气污染通常是指,因建筑材料、日常用品以及在生活中排放的有毒有害化学、物理和生物因子聚集在室内,从而对人体健康造成直接或间接的危害,导致室内空气质量下降的一种现象。室内污染物主要包括物理、化学和微生物污染物。其中物理污染物指燃烧、香烟烟雾和室外污染产生的颗粒物和各种电器产生的电磁辐射。微生物污染是室内环境潮湿造成的各种细菌、真菌和霉菌等。化学污染物指甲醛,苯系物质,挥发性有机物,NOx,SOx、各种重金属和放射性气体等,这些物质对人体神经系统、消化系统、肝肾脏有毒性或致癌的作用。
室内空气污染物的控制途径分为:污染源头控制以及末端治理。使用环保型建筑装饰装修材料从源头上消除或减少室内污染源,是改善室内空气质量最有效的途径。但是仍然不能解决其他途後产生的污染,而且这类环保型建筑装饰装修材料及家具的成本和售价高,短期内不能大量使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种室内空气净化装置,兼具过滤和净化功能,对室内空气净化彻底。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种室内空气净化装置,包括壳体、进风口、喷淋管、活性炭层、引风机、出风口,所述进风口设置于壳体一侧的下部,进风口上方的壳体内水平设有喷淋管,喷淋管底部设有多个喷液孔,喷淋管通过供液管与喷淋液储箱连接,喷淋管上方水平设有透气网,透气网与喷淋管之间的壳体侧壁上固定有紫外灯,透气网上置有活性炭层,活性炭层由负载TiO2的活性炭组成,活性炭层上方通过引风机与出风口连接,出风口的末端为球形,球形表面上均匀分布有多个排气孔,壳体的底部设有排液口。
具体地,所述喷淋管由至少三个均匀分布的支管连接而成,支管相互连接呈放射状,喷液孔开设于支管的底部。
具体地,进风口的进口处设有一级滤网,出口处设有二级滤网,进风口伸入壳体内的出口朝向斜下方。
具体地,所述喷淋液储箱固定于壳体一侧的上部,喷淋液储箱顶部设有加液口,供液管上设有阀门。
具体地,所述负载TiO2的活性炭布满整个壳体的横截面。
具体地,所述排液口与集液箱连接。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的室内空气净化装置净化效率高,能有效清除室内空气中的粉尘颗粒、烟尘、甲醛、细菌、病毒等,对空气净化彻底。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述,但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
如图1所示,一种室内空气净化装置,包括壳体1、进风口2、喷淋管6、活性炭层8、引风机9、出风口10,所述进风口2设置于壳体1一侧的下部,进风口2的进口处设有一级滤网3,出口处设有二级滤网4,进风口2伸入壳体1内的出口朝向斜下方,进风口2上方的壳体1内水平设有喷淋管6,喷淋管6底部设有多个喷液孔7,喷淋管6通过供液管13与喷淋液储箱12连接,喷淋液储箱12固定于壳体1一侧的上部,喷淋液储箱12顶部设有加液口15,供液管13上设有阀门14,喷淋管6上方水平设有透气网17,透气网17与喷淋管6之间的壳体1侧壁上固定有紫外灯18,透气网17上置有活性炭层8,活性炭层8由负载TiO2的活性炭组成,负载TiO2的活性炭布满整个壳体1的横截面,活性炭层8上方通过引风机9与出风口10连接,出风口10的末端为球形,球形表面上均匀分布有多个排气孔11,壳体1的底部设有排液口5,排液口5与集液箱连接。
如图2所示,喷淋管6由至少三个均匀分布的支管16连接而成,支管16相互连接呈放射状,喷液孔7开设于支管16的底部,对壳体1的内径实现喷淋全覆盖。
进风口朝向斜下方,防止喷淋液倒灌入进风口。喷淋液为无毒无害的甲醛吸收液。
TiO2作为光触媒具有很高的光催化活性,能杀菌、除臭、去污,杀菌过程中产生的微量中间副产物可被活性炭吸附,使之继续在TiO2表面被氧化分解,直至完全转化成无毒无害的CO2、H2O和其他简单无机物。
球形的出风口利于净化后的洁净空气向四周扩散至室内。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,任何人应得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明未详细描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。

1.一种室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括壳体、进风口、喷淋管、活性炭层、引风机、出风口,所述进风口设置于壳体一侧的下部,进风口上方的壳体内水平设有喷淋管,喷淋管底部设有多个喷液孔,喷淋管通过供液管与喷淋液储箱连接,喷淋管上方水平设有透气网,透气网与喷淋管之间的壳体侧壁上固定有紫外灯,透气网上置有活性炭层,活性炭层由负载TiO2的活性炭组成,活性炭层上方通过引风机与出风口连接,出风口的末端为球形,球形表面上均匀分布有多个排气孔,壳体的底部设有排液口。
2.如权利要求1所述的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述喷淋管由至少三个均匀分布的支管连接而成,支管相互连接呈放射状,喷液孔开设于支管的底部。
3.如权利要求1所述的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,进风口的进口处设有一级滤网,出口处设有二级滤网,进风口伸入壳体内的出口朝向斜下方。
4.如权利要求1所述的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述喷淋液储箱固定于壳体一侧的上部,喷淋液储箱顶部设有加液口,供液管上设有阀门。
5.如权利要求1所述的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述负载TiO2的活性炭布满整个壳体的横截面。
6.如权利要求1所述的室内空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述排液口与集液箱连接。
