本发明公开了一种整体式铝型材连接组件,其特征在于包括角件和两个卡块,横板和纵板上分别设有过孔,过孔在直角内面端上设有阶梯沉孔,卡块长度大于型材侧面导槽开口宽度,卡块宽度小于或等于型材侧面导槽开口宽度,卡块中部设有螺孔,螺孔上端连接有内螺纹柱,内螺纹柱上端穿过过孔过盈连接有置于阶梯沉孔内的卡环,螺孔下端内置阻尼封堵,内螺纹柱、螺孔内配有螺栓,卡块与内螺纹柱交界处设有定位凸起,横板和纵板直角外面上设有定位凹槽,卡块旋转至长度方向与导槽长度方向上垂直时卡块一组限位角分别与导槽侧壁抵止且定位凸起与定位凹槽位置一一对齐。本发明可一次对齐到位,安装操作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝型材框架连接部件,特别是涉及一种整体式铝型材连接组件。
背景技术
我国是工业大国,随着经济日益强大社会快速发展,各行各业新技术新材料不断地涌现,其中铝合金其中之一,其具有优异的机械性能和化学性能,广泛应用于各种领域,其中铝合金型材作框架结构件用量巨大,在作为结构件时,为了更好的搭建构件,常常要用连接件来组装,最常用的是角件,角件、卡块、螺栓为分离式,安装时三部件间相互位置不固定,不易于一次对齐到位,安装操作效率较低,仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种整体式铝型材连接组件。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种整体式铝型材连接组件,其特征在于包括角件和两个卡块,角件是由横板和纵板组成的直角L型件,横板和纵板上分别设有过孔,过孔在直角内面端上设有阶梯沉孔,卡块长度大于型材侧面导槽开口宽度,卡块宽度小于或等于型材侧面导槽开口宽度,卡块中部设有螺孔,螺孔上端连接有内螺纹柱,内螺纹柱上端穿过过孔过盈连接有置于阶梯沉孔内的卡环,螺孔下端内置阻尼封堵,内螺纹柱、螺孔内配有螺栓,卡块与内螺纹柱交界处设有定位凸起,横板和纵板直角外面上设有定位凹槽,卡块旋转至长度方向与导槽长度方向上垂直时卡块一组限位角分别与导槽侧壁抵止且定位凸起与定位凹槽位置一一对齐。
进一步的,所述横板和纵板直角外面上设有与导槽开口吻合的定位筋。
进一步的,所述阻尼封堵为金属或橡胶。
本发明角件、卡块、螺栓定位预先连接为一体,使用时两卡块由型材导槽开口放入导槽内,然后旋转螺栓顶紧阻尼封堵后,卡块旋转至其长度方向与导槽长度方向上垂直,一组限位角分别与导槽侧壁抵止,定位凸起与定位凹槽位置一一对齐,继续旋转螺栓克服阻尼顶出封堵,定位凸起进入定位凹槽,继续紧固连接完成,一次对齐到位,安装操作效率高,而且松脱调节位置时,卡块在定位凸、定位凹槽的限制下也不会旋转而脱槽。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该整体式铝型材连接组件包括角件1和两个卡块2、3,角件是由横板4和纵板5组成的直角L型件,横板和纵板上分别设有过孔6,过孔在直角内面端上设有阶梯沉孔7,卡块长度大于型材16侧面导槽17开口宽度,卡块宽度小于或等于型材侧面导槽开口宽度,可顺利放入导槽,卡块中部设有螺孔8,螺孔上端连接有内螺纹柱9,螺孔8与内螺纹柱9的内螺纹联通,内螺纹柱上端穿过过孔过盈连接有置于阶梯沉孔内的卡环10,螺孔下端内置阻尼封堵11,内螺纹柱、螺孔内配有螺栓12,阻尼封堵可为过盈配合的橡胶块或金属片,本实施例为橡胶块,螺栓旋转至阻尼封堵处产生阻力,定位卡块加大扭力可以克服阻力顶出阻尼封堵,卡块与内螺纹柱交界处设有定位凸起13,横板和纵板直角外面上设有定位凹槽14,定位凸起与定位凹槽数量相等,卡块旋转至长度方向与导槽长度方向上垂直时卡块一组限位角18分别与导槽侧壁抵止且定位凸起与定位凹槽位置一一对齐,与限位角相邻的角为圆角,满足卡块90度旋转,横板和纵板直角外面上设有与导槽开口吻合的定位筋15,即可定位还可提高结构强度。
本发明角件、卡块、螺栓定位预先连接为一体,使用时两卡块由型材导槽开口放入导槽内,然后旋转螺栓顶紧阻尼封堵后,卡块旋转至其长度方向与导槽长度方向上垂直,一组限位角分别与导槽侧壁抵止,定位凸起与定位凹槽位置一一对齐,继续旋转螺栓克服阻尼顶出封堵,定位凸起进入定位凹槽,继续紧固连接完成,一次对齐到位,安装操作效率高,而且松脱调节位置时,卡块在定位凸、定位凹槽的限制下也不会旋转而脱槽。

1.一种整体式铝型材连接组件,其特征在于包括角件和两个卡块,角件是由横板和纵板组成的直角L型件,横板和纵板上分别设有过孔,过孔在直角内面端上设有阶梯沉孔,卡块长度大于型材侧面导槽开口宽度,卡块宽度小于或等于型材侧面导槽开口宽度,卡块中部设有螺孔,螺孔上端连接有内螺纹柱,内螺纹柱上端穿过过孔过盈连接有置于阶梯沉孔内的卡环,螺孔下端内置阻尼封堵,内螺纹柱、螺孔内配有螺栓,卡块与内螺纹柱交界处设有定位凸起,横板和纵板直角外面上设有定位凹槽,卡块旋转至长度方向与导槽长度方向上垂直时卡块一组限位角与导槽侧壁抵止且定位凸起与定位凹槽位置一一对齐;所述横板和纵板直角外面上设有与导槽开口吻合的定位筋;所述阻尼封堵为金属或橡胶。
