本发明涉及一种新型聚氨酯木漆,该新型聚氨酯木漆的原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:水性聚氨酯树脂32‑40份、纳米二氧化硅5‑7份、苯磺酸钠4‑6份、甲基正戊基酮1‑2份、分散剂5‑8份、中和剂2‑9份、防腐剂1‑3份、固化剂4‑12份、颜料8‑14份、光屏蔽剂2‑3份、溶剂9‑15份。本发明提供的新型聚氨酯木漆配方简单,稳定性高,可直接喷刷于木制品的外层上,不仅环保,不会损害环境和人体,而且能长期保持木制品的外表光泽,延长木制品的使用寿命。

一种新型聚氨酯木漆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木漆,尤其涉及一种新型聚氨酯木漆。
背景技术
木材是天然产物,组织构造复杂,材质不均匀,多孔、亲水膨缩,自身防腐效果极差,直接用于制造木制品,不仅不美观,而且使用寿命较短。木材制品包括实木木材和人造板材(胶合板,中密度纤维板和刨花板),木漆是用于木材制品表面喷刷的一种油漆,用于美化木材制品的表面,并且保护木材制品,具有耐湿、耐水、耐油、防腐等特性。
市售的木漆大多含有少量对人体和环境有害的物质,或者虽然环保但价格却不便宜,一些木漆不仅上漆工序复杂,而且对木材制品的保护期较短,极易脱漆,不能对木材进行长期保护。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,针对市售的木漆大多含有少量对人体和环境有害的物质,或者虽然环保但价格却不便宜,而且对木材制品的保护期较短,极易脱漆,不能对木材进行长期保护的问题,提出了一种新型聚氨酯木漆。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种新型聚氨酯木漆,该新型聚氨酯木漆的原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:水性聚氨酯树脂32-40份、纳米二氧化硅5-7份、苯磺酸钠4-6份、甲基正戊基酮1-2份、分散剂5-8份、中和剂2-9份、防腐剂1-3份、固化剂4-12份、颜料8-14份、光屏蔽剂2-3份、溶剂9-15份。
其中,分散剂为醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯的混合物,其比例为(2.5-3.5):1。
其中,中和剂为氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠。
其中,光屏蔽剂为炭黑。
其中,新型聚氨酯木漆进一步包括无水硫酸铜1-3份。
其中,新型聚氨酯木漆进一步包括季戊四醇1-5份。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的新型聚氨酯木漆配方简单,稳定性高,可直接喷刷于木制品的外层上,不仅环保,不会损害环境和人体,而且能长期保持木制品的外表光泽,延长木制品的使用寿命。

本发明提供了一种新型聚氨酯木漆,该新型聚氨酯木漆的原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:
水性聚氨酯树脂32-40份;
纳米二氧化硅5-7份;
苯磺酸钠4-6份;
甲基正戊基酮1-2份;
分散剂5-8份,为醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯的混合物,其比例为(2.5-3.5):1;
中和剂2-9份,为氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠;
防腐剂1-3份;
固化剂4-12份;
颜料8-14份;
光屏蔽剂2-3份,为炭黑;
溶剂9-15份;
无水硫酸铜1-3份;
季戊四醇1-5份。
实施例1
一种新型聚氨酯木漆,其原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:水性聚氨酯树脂32份、纳米二氧化硅5份、苯磺酸钠4份、甲基正戊基酮1份、醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯的混合物(比例为2.5:1)5份、氢氧化钾2份、防腐剂1份、固化剂4份、颜料8份、炭黑2份、溶剂9份。
实施例2
一种新型聚氨酯木漆,其原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:水性聚氨酯树脂40份、纳米二氧化硅7份、苯磺酸钠6份、甲基正戊基酮2份、醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯的混合物(比例为3.5:1)8份、氢氧化钠9份、防腐剂3份、固化剂12份、颜料14份、炭黑3份、溶剂15份。
实施例3
一种新型聚氨酯木漆,其原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:水性聚氨酯树脂32份、纳米二氧化硅5份、苯磺酸钠4份、甲基正戊基酮1份、醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯的混合物(比例为3:1)5份、氢氧化钾2份、防腐剂1份、固化剂4份、颜料8份、炭黑2份、溶剂9份、无水硫酸铜1份。
实施例4
一种新型聚氨酯木漆,其原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:水性聚氨酯树脂40份、纳米二氧化硅7份、苯磺酸钠6份、甲基正戊基酮2份、醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯的混合物(比例为3:1)8份、氢氧化钠9份、防腐剂3份、固化剂12份、颜料14份、炭黑3份、溶剂15份、季戊四醇5份。
实施例5
一种新型聚氨酯木漆,其原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:水性聚氨酯树脂36份、纳米二氧化硅6份、苯磺酸钠5份、甲基正戊基酮2份、醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯的混合物(比例为3.5:1)6份、氢氧化钾5份、防腐剂2份、固化剂8份、颜料11份、炭黑2份、溶剂13份、无水硫酸铜2份、季戊四醇3份。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明提供的新型聚氨酯木漆配方简单,稳定性高,可直接喷刷于木制品的外层上,不仅环保,不会损害环境和人体,而且能长期保持木制品的外表光泽,延长木制品的使用寿命。

1.一种新型聚氨酯木漆,其特征在于,其原料组成按重量以份数计算包括:
水性聚氨酯树脂32-40份、纳米二氧化硅5-7份、苯磺酸钠4-6份、甲基正戊基酮1-2份、分散剂5-8份、中和剂2-9份、防腐剂1-3份、固化剂4-12份、颜料8-14份、光屏蔽剂2-3份、溶剂9-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯木漆,其特征在于,所述分散剂为醋酸丁酯和丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯的混合物,其比例为(2.5-3.5):1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯木漆,其特征在于,所述中和剂为氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯木漆,其特征在于,所述光屏蔽剂为炭黑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯木漆,其特征在于,所述新型聚氨酯木漆进一步包括无水硫酸铜1-3份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯木漆,其特征在于,所述新型聚氨酯木漆进一步包括季戊四醇1-5份。
