Abstract

本发明关于一种滤蓝光保护膜层级构造,包括一基层,该基层为一聚碳酸酯树脂(PC,Polycarbonate)所制;且该基层内部掺加滤蓝光材质,且该滤蓝光材质为C28H19N5Na2O6S4;一外表层,该外表层设于该基层的外侧面;一内表层,该内表层邻接于该基层的另侧面,且该内表层为聚碳酸酯树脂基层(PC,Polycarbonate)为基质的静电排气胶。藉此,以较为节省成本形成复层结构的刚性保护与迭合,达成保护屏幕以及阻挡对于眼睛有害的蓝光。本发明采用简易且成本较为低的PC为基板,但是却可以外表层的刚性保护以及复合层级达成较佳的构造保护。

Description

滤蓝光保护膜层级构造
技术领域
本发明关于一种滤蓝光保护膜层级构造,尤指一种滤蓝光的光学屏幕保护膜。
背景技术
各种电子3C产品大量使用屏幕,而屏幕往往大幅散发出蓝光,而可能令眼睛引起白内障,甚至造成黄斑部退化。另一方面,由于用户对于各种屏幕为防止刮损或碰损,往往会采用屏幕保护贴对于屏幕进行保护,而此种屏幕保护贴通常采用透明薄膜,一方面无碍屏幕画面的呈现,一方面对于屏幕进行防止刮损或碰损的保护。因此目前业者推出多种滤蓝光的保护膜或保护贴,来对于电子3C产品产生保护,同时保护使用者的眼睛。然而先前技术的各种滤蓝光的保护膜或保护贴往往是藉由过滤蓝光物质形成粒子化混掺或表面涂布在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET,Polyethylene terephthalate)或玻璃基板上,并无外表层对该基板形成较佳的刚性保护,且由于采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET,Polyethyleneterephthalate)或玻璃基板反而成本较高却并无外表层的刚性保护以及复合层级的构造保护。
发明内容
本发明关于一种滤蓝光保护膜层级构造,包括:一基层,该基层为一聚碳酸酯树脂(PC,Polycarbonate)所制;且该基层内部掺加滤蓝光材质,且该滤蓝光材质为C28H19N5Na2O6S4;一外表层,该外表层设于该基层的外侧面;一内表层,该内表层邻接于该基层的另侧面,且该内表层为聚碳酸酯树脂基层(PC,Polycarbonate)为基质的静电排气胶。藉此,以较为节省成本形成复层结构与迭合,达成保护屏幕以及阻挡对于眼睛有害的蓝光。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1与图2所示,本发明关于一种滤蓝光保护膜层级构造,该滤蓝光保护膜X包括:
一基层1,该基层1为一聚碳酸酯树脂(PC,Polycarbonate)所制;且该基层1内部掺加滤蓝光材质11;且该滤蓝光材质11为C28H19N5Na2O6S4。更进一步说明,该C28H19N5Na2O6S4亦称钛黄、噻唑黄、达旦黄,化学上相当稳定,对强酸强碱及强氧化剂和还原剂具有较佳稳定性且具有对于蓝光有较佳的阻绝效果。
请参阅图8所示,以2mm的PC薄膜为实验下,分别显示添加C28H19N5Na2O6S4为重量比0.003%以及0.01%在各种波长下穿透的曲线图,显示在对眼睛有害的蓝光(约波长400-480nm)下,穿透率特别低。
一般自然界显色原理上,蓝色消减即黄色呈现。本发明采用该C28H19N5Na2O6S4亦称钛黄主要将阻隔往较低波长的方向走,本发明较佳的实施例采用500nm以下阻隔的色粉,若蓝光阻隔膜要再提升亮度,本发明亦可选用适合大于500nm的钛黄(即Yellow 10GN),对蓝光阻隔效果相同时,辉度会提升。
该滤蓝光材质11的折射率是可以介于1.3与1.8之间,依据经验值可以使光线中的蓝光被滤除30~45%。
一外表层2,该外表层2设于该基层1的外侧面;
一内表层3,该内表层3邻接于该基层1的另侧面,且该内表层3为聚碳酸酯树脂基层(PC,Polycarbonate)为基质的静电排气胶,图5所示,用于黏着于平板电脑屏幕5,或图6所示的笔记本电脑屏幕6、或图7所示的桌面电脑的液晶屏幕7。
请参阅图1所示,其中该外表层2的实施例为押花处理成粗糙度Ra值小于1um。使其产生不反光与抗刮功能。
请参阅图2所示,本发明该外表层2A的实施例可为PC材质紫外线硬化涂层以加强刚性,增加抗刮硬度。
请参阅图3所示,其中该外表层2B的实施例为包括一在内的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材质紫外线硬化涂层22,以加强刚性,增加抗刮硬度,以及在外的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基材层21更加强刚性,增加抗刮硬度为复合之层。
请参阅图4所示,本发明藉前述复层迭合的滤蓝光保护膜X而可以使用于手机上屏幕Y、或其他电视的液晶屏幕等3C产品,除了屏幕保护贴仍然具有保护屏幕的效果外,也可藉由阻挡对于眼睛有害的蓝光,减低促成人体眼睛组织细胞的自由基活化,避免引起视网膜或水晶体的细胞坏死,以及黄斑部退化或白内障,使得屏幕保护贴兼具复合效果。且本发明可以使用在不同大小尺寸的屏幕,增加广泛保护的作用。

Claims (4)

1.一种滤蓝光保护膜层级构造,其特征在于,包括:
一基层,该基层为一聚碳酸酯树脂(PC,Polycarbonate)所制;且该基层内部掺加滤蓝光材质;且该滤蓝光材质为C28H19N5Na2O6S4
一外表层,该外表层设于该基层的外侧面;
一内表层,该内表层邻接于该基层的另侧面,且该内表层为聚碳酸酯树脂基层(PC,Polycarbonate)为基质的静电排气胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的滤蓝光保护膜层级构造,其中该外表层为押花处理成粗糙度Ra值小于1um。
3.如权利要求1所述的滤蓝光保护膜层级构造,其中该外表层为PC材质紫外线硬化涂层。
4.如权利要求1所述的滤蓝光保护膜层级构造,其中该外表层为包括一在内的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材质紫外线硬化涂层以及在外的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基材层为复合之层。
