Abstract

本发明提供一种紫外线固化机用自动调整系统,包括控制器、皮带转速感应器和空气感应器;所述的控制器安装在传送架外侧,所述的皮带转速感应器安装在带动传送带转轴附近,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的转速信号传递至控制器;空气感应器安装在排风管的最上方,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的空气信号传递至控制器。本发明在排风罩的排风管内从上之下依次设置多个圆形板,通过其通孔筛网上的中和包对污染空气中的化学组分进行中和,减低其污染程度。除此之外,空气感应器安装在排风管的最上方,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的空气信号传递至控制器,当空气中污染源过多时,控制器根据转速调整皮带转动速度,减少污染,并根据自动带转速感应器采集的转速信号进行记录。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种3D打印机,具体涉及一紫外线固化机用自动调整系统。
背景技术
固化机是目前常用设备之一,其污染问题也是目前急需节约的问题之一。现有固化机通过增加风扇和排气管进行排除污染,但是污染的空气仍会进入到大气中进行污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现状,提供了一种紫外线固化机用自动调整系统,实现远程控制,。
为了实现上述目的,本发明包括传送架、光固化室、紫外灯管、排风罩,光固化室固定在传送架上,紫外灯管设在光固化室内,光固化室上设有用于散热的风扇,排风罩罩在光固化室外,排风罩上设有排风管;排风罩的排风管内从上之下依次设置多个圆形板,圆形板表面开有多个通孔,对应的,通孔上设置有筛网,筛网上设置有多个不同化学组分的中和包。传送架上设有网格状传送带,传送架下设有用于带动传送带的电机。
还包括控制器、皮带转速感应器和空气感应器;所述的控制器安装在传送架外侧,所述的皮带转速感应器安装在带动传送带转轴附近,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的转速信号传递至控制器;空气感应器安装在排风管的最上方,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的空气信号传递至控制器。
进一步,通孔上设置有筛网为铁丝网,且设置为双层。
进一步,圆形板均为金属不锈钢板。
对比现有技术,本发明在排风罩的排风管内从上之下依次设置多个圆形板,通过其通孔筛网上的中和包对污染空气中的化学组分进行中和,减低其污染程度。除此之外,空气感应器安装在排风管的最上方,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的空气信号传递至控制器,当空气中污染源过多时,控制器根据转速调整皮带转动速度,减少污染,并根据自动带转速感应器采集的转速信号进行记录。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的技术特征与内容,下面结合附图进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括传送架、光固化室、紫外灯管、排风罩,光固化室固定在传送架上,紫外灯管设在光固化室内,光固化室上设有用于散热的风扇,排风罩罩在光固化室外,排风罩上设有排风管;排风罩的排风管内从上之下依次设置多个圆形板,圆形板表面开有多个通孔,对应的,通孔上设置有筛网,筛网上设置有多个不同化学组分的中和包。传送架上设有网格状传送带,传送架下设有用于带动传送带的电机。
还包括控制器、皮带转速感应器和空气感应器;所述的控制器安装在传送架外侧,所述的皮带转速感应器安装在带动传送带转轴附近,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的转速信号传递至控制器;空气感应器安装在排风管的最上方,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的空气信号传递至控制器。
进一步,通孔上设置有筛网为铁丝网,且设置为双层。

对比现有技术,本发明在排风罩的排风管内从上之下依次设置多个圆形板,通过其通孔筛网上的中和包对污染空气中的化学组分进行中和,减低其污染程度。除此之外,空气感应器安装在排风管的最上方,与控制器电信号连接,将采集的空气信号传递至控制器,当空气中污染源过多时,控制器根据转速调整皮带转动速度,减少污染,并根据自动带转速感应器采集的转速信号进行记录。

1.一种紫外线固化机用自动调整系统,由传送架(1)、光固化室(2)、紫外灯管(3)、排风罩(4)组成,光固化室(2)固定在传送架(1)上,紫外灯管(3)设在光固化室(2)内,光固化室(2)上设有用于散热的风扇(2-1),排风罩(4)罩在光固化室(2)外,排风罩(4)上设有排风管(4-1);所述传送架(1)上设有网格状传送带(1-1),传送架(1)下设有用于带动传送带(1-1)的电机(1-2);
其特征在于,所述的排风罩(4)的排风管(4-1)内从上之下依次设置多个圆形板(5),圆形板(5)表面开有多个通孔,对应的,通孔上设置有筛网,筛网上设置有多个不同化学组分的中和包(6);
还包括控制器(9)、皮带转速感应器(8)和空气感应器(6);所述的控制器(9)安装在传送架(1)外侧,所述的皮带转速感应器(8)安装在带动传送带(1-1)转轴附近,与控制器(9)电信号连接,将采集的转速信号传递至控制器(9);
所述的空气感应器(6)安装在排风管(4-1)的最上方,与控制器(9)电信号连接,将采集的空气信号传递至控制器(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线固化机用自动调整系统,其特征在于,所述的通孔上设置有筛网为铁丝网,且设置为双层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线固化机用自动调整系统,其特征在于,所述的圆形板(5)均为金属不锈钢板。
