Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,通过喷淋法喷淋磷钼酸混合药液,磷钼酸混合药液具有催化氧化等化学特性,因此通过该步骤湿式喷淋洗涤对恶臭气体进行洗气预处理,通过磷钼酸混合药液将气体中的绝大部分固体颗粒杂质捕获到洗涤液中,同时可降低部分垃圾恶臭气体中的硫化氢、氨气等的浓度,然后通过填料洗涤塔中处理,此目的是为使恶臭气体中可溶于水中包括硫化氢、氨气在内的恶臭物质与洗涤液的传质更为充分,降低后续处理的污染物质的负荷;最后通过生物膜填料塔去除恶臭气体中的憎水性成分;综合采用化学法和生物法来处理垃圾中的恶臭,能够最大程度解决垃圾中的恶臭。

现如今我国每天都有非常多的垃圾产生,而垃圾散发出来的臭味气体主要由垃圾中的有机物分解出来,其主要成分包括硫化氢(臭鸡蛋气味)、磷化氢(鱼腥臭气味)、氨气(有刺激性气味)。恶臭污染已成为限制垃圾堆肥技术发展的主要问题。垃圾在堆放或堆肥过程中,在氧气足够时,垃圾中的有机成分如蛋白质等,在好氧细菌的作用下产生刺激性气体NH3等;在氧气不足时,厌氧细菌将有机物分解为不彻底的氧化产物如含硫的化合物H2S和SO2,硫醇类等和含氮的化合物如胺类和酰胺类等。
各种恶臭物质中,尤以硫化氢最为典型和普遍。填埋场中硫化氢恶臭来自于含硫有机物的氧化及硫酸盐厌氧条件下的还原。在填埋初期,垃圾中的有机含硫成分(如含硫的维生素或蛋白质等)在微生物的作用下分解而产生硫化氢,并且积累大量的硫酸盐;中、后期,厌氧微生物(主要是硫酸盐还原菌)利用各种有机质或烃类来还原硫酸盐,在异化作用下形成硫化氢,该过程也是填埋场硫化氢的主要来源。
硫化氢具有刺激性和窒息性的臭鸡蛋气味,其嗅觉阈值约为0.5μg/m3,暴露在硫化氢环境中会引起各类眼部、呼吸道及神经性疾病,甚至休克死亡,对工人和周边居民的身体健康危害非常大。人在70~150mgH2S/m3环境中约1小时,呼吸道和眼睛出现刺激症状,吸入约5分钟后嗅觉疲劳而不闻其臭;人在约300mgH2S/m3环境中约8分钟,眼睛出现急性刺激症状,稍长时间即引起肺水肿、支气管炎引发肺炎,出现头痛头昏恶心;人在1000mgH2S/m3环境中数秒即可发生急性中毒,呼吸加快后呼吸麻痹致死。所以,有效处理垃圾填埋场的硫化氢恶臭污染,减少其对周边生态环境的破环,保护人民的身体健康,已经成了垃圾填埋场综合治理的重要内容。
现如今,垃圾场区常规治理技术,从最初的扩散稀释、水洗,发展到传统的吸附、焚烧、化学吸收,直至新兴的生物脱臭、光催化氧化、臭氧氧化、等离子体分解等除臭技术,恶臭的治理不外乎是借助于物理、化学、生物手段,或其联合工艺通过稀释中和、吸收转化或生物降解等过程,减轻或消除之。恶臭的常规防治技术各有其优势和局限。物理法只适宜处理低浓度、范围小的恶臭,且成本较高;化学法除臭不持久,除臭设施投资和运行费用高;生物法虽成本低廉,效果好,但菌种的筛选培养较为困难,见效稍慢。因此,应根据填埋场恶臭的特性、强度和除臭要求等,选用合适的治理技术,或采取联合工艺,以最大程度地降低恶臭,减少污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、将将调制好的混合固体除臭消毒剂撒在堆放有垃圾的固定场所,以此来初步从根源上解决恶臭气体的发生;
S2、在垃圾堆放场所上方放一个锥形气体集成罩,在锥形气体集成罩上安装通气管道,采用轴流风机把垃圾产生的气体吸入到通气管道内,轴流风机再把气体输送到净化反应器内,采用浆液泵通过管道把磷钼酸混合药液箱内的磷钼酸混合药液输送到净化反应器内喷淋除去垃圾中的恶臭,气体通过鼓泡的方式与富含磷钼酸混合药液悬浊液相逆流接触,恶臭气体中的污染物由气相转移到液相而得到净化;
S3、净化后的废气从管道顶部排出到填料洗涤塔中处理,此目的是为使恶臭气体中可溶于水中包括硫化氢、氨气在内的恶臭物质与洗涤液的传质更为充分,降低后续处理的污染物质的负荷;
S4、然后通过生物膜填料塔去除恶臭气体中的憎水性成分,来进一步去除未被彻底洗涤吸收包括硫化氢、氨气在内的气体。
优选的,所述混合固体除臭消毒包括硅藻土、S2-沉淀剂、Cu2+抑菌剂和平衡稳定剂,所述硅藻土、S2-沉淀剂、Cu2+抑菌剂和平衡稳定剂的质量比为98:S2-沉淀剂1~18:Cu2+抑菌剂0.05~2:平衡稳定剂0.02~2。
优选的,所述平衡稳定剂为多元醇与Ca/Zn复合稳定剂的混合物。
优选的,所述Cu2+抑菌剂为硫酸铜、硫酸亚铜、硝酸铜、柠檬酸铜、水杨酸铜、EDTA铜、铬酸铜、环烷酸铜或氢氧化铜中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述填料洗涤塔和生物膜填料塔中的填料为碎石、陶瓷和矿渣的一种或者几种。
对于杂多酸以及磷钼酸的简介:
杂多酸是由不同的含氧酸缩合而制得的缩合含氧酸的总称,杂多酸是由中心原子(杂多酸)和配位体(多原子)通过氧原子配位桥联的一类多核配酸,是一种酸碱性和氧化还原性兼具的双功能绿色催化剂。固态杂多酸化合物有杂多阴离子、阳离子(质子、金属阳离子、有机阳离子)及水或有机分子组成。是强度均匀的质子酸,并有氧化还原的能力。通过改变分子组成,可调节酸强度和氧化还原性能。水分存在时形成的拟液相,也能影响其酸性和氧化还原性能。
杂多酸(Heteropoly Acid,简写为HPA)是由杂原子(如P、Si、Fe、Co等)和多原子(如Mo、W、V、Nb、Ta等)按一定的结构通过氧原子配位桥联组成的一类含氧多酸,具有很高的催化活性,它不但具有酸性,而且具有氧化还原性,是一种多功能的新型催化剂,杂多酸稳定性好,可作均相及非均相反应,甚至可作相转移催化剂,对环境无污染,是一类大有前途的绿色催化剂,它可用作以芳烃烷基化和脱烷基反应、酯化反应、脱水/化合反应、氧化还原反应以及开环、缩合、加成和醚化反应等。因杂多酸独特的酸性、“准液相”行为、多功能(酸、氧化、光电催化)等优点在催化研究领域中受到研究者们的广泛重视。
HPA有确定的结构,杂多阴离子称为一级结构。已确定的有5种:Keggin结构、Dawson结构、Anderson结构、Waugh结构和Silverton结构。而目前主要是研究Keggin结构。
Keggin型杂多酸阴离子与其他结构的杂多阴离子相比,其差别主要集中在中央离子的配位数和作为配体的八面体单元的聚集状态。Keggin型杂多酸阴离子是由12个MO6(M=Mo,W)八面体围城一个PO4四面体构成。
杂多酸的载体作用:
(1)增加有效表面和提供合适的孔结构;
(2)提高催化剂的耐磨性和热稳定性,延长催化剂的使用寿命;
(3)提供活性中心;
(4)载体与活性组分作用形成新化合物或固体,产生新的化合物形态及晶体结构,引起催化剂活性的变化;
(5)增加催化剂的抗毒性能,延长催化剂的使用寿命;
(6)均相催化剂的载体化。
磷钼酸属于杂多酸的一种,具有杂多酸所有的性质。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明提供的一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,通过在垃圾填埋场表面撒一层混合固体除臭消毒剂,来初步根源治理恶臭的产生,然后通过喷淋法喷淋磷钼酸混合药液,磷钼酸混合药液具有催化氧化等化学特性,因此通过该步骤湿式喷淋洗涤对恶臭气体进行洗气预处理,通过磷钼酸混合药液将气体中的绝大部分固体颗粒杂质捕获到洗涤液中,同时可降低部分垃圾恶臭气体中的硫化氢、氨气等的浓度,然后通过填料洗涤塔中处理,此目的是为使恶臭气体中可溶于水中包括硫化氢、氨气在内的恶臭物质与洗涤液的传质更为充分,降低后续处理的污染物质的负荷;最后通过生物膜填料塔去除恶臭气体中的憎水性成分,来进一步去除未被彻底洗涤吸收包括硫化氢、氨气在内的气体;因此,本发明设计合理,综合采用化学法和生物法来处理垃圾中的恶臭,能够最大程度解决垃圾中的恶臭。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、将将调制好的混合固体除臭消毒剂撒在堆放有垃圾的固定场所,以此来初步从根源上解决恶臭气体的发生;所述混合固体除臭消毒包括硅藻土、S2-沉淀剂、Cu2+抑菌剂和平衡稳定剂,所述硅藻土、S2-沉淀剂、Cu2+抑菌剂和平衡稳定剂的质量比为98:S2-沉淀剂1~18:Cu2+抑菌剂0.05~2:平衡稳定剂0.02~2;所述Cu2+抑菌剂为硫酸铜、硫酸亚铜、硝酸铜、柠檬酸铜、水杨酸铜、EDTA铜、铬酸铜、环烷酸铜或氢氧化铜中的一种或几种;
S2、在垃圾堆放场所上方放一个锥形气体集成罩,在锥形气体集成罩上安装通气管道,采用轴流风机把垃圾产生的气体吸入到通气管道内,轴流风机再把气体输送到净化反应器内,采用浆液泵通过管道把磷钼酸混合药液箱内的磷钼酸混合药液输送到净化反应器内喷淋除去垃圾中的恶臭,气体通过鼓泡的方式与富含磷钼酸混合药液悬浊液相逆流接触,恶臭气体中的污染物由气相转移到液相而得到净化;
S3、净化后的废气从管道顶部排出到填料洗涤塔中处理,此目的是为使恶臭气体中可溶于水中包括硫化氢、氨气在内的恶臭物质与洗涤液的传质更为充分,降低后续处理的污染物质的负荷;
S4、然后通过生物膜填料塔去除恶臭气体中的憎水性成分,来进一步去除未被彻底洗涤吸收包括硫化氢、氨气在内的气体。
所述填料洗涤塔和生物膜填料塔中的填料为碎石、陶瓷和矿渣的一种或者几种。

Claims (5)
1.一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、将将调制好的混合固体除臭消毒剂撒在堆放有垃圾的固定场所,以此来初步从根源上解决恶臭气体的发生;
S2、在垃圾堆放场所上方放一个锥形气体集成罩,在锥形气体集成罩上安装通气管道,采用轴流风机把垃圾产生的气体吸入到通气管道内,轴流风机再把气体输送到净化反应器内,采用浆液泵通过管道把磷钼酸混合药液箱内的磷钼酸混合药液输送到净化反应器内喷淋除去垃圾中的恶臭,气体通过鼓泡的方式与富含磷钼酸混合药液悬浊液相逆流接触,恶臭气体中的污染物由气相转移到液相而得到净化;
S3、净化后的废气从管道顶部排出到填料洗涤塔中处理,此目的是为使恶臭气体中可溶于水中包括硫化氢、氨气在内的恶臭物质与洗涤液的传质更为充分,降低后续处理的污染物质的负荷;
S4、然后通过生物膜填料塔去除恶臭气体中的憎水性成分,来进一步去除未被彻底洗涤吸收包括硫化氢、氨气在内的气体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,其特征在于:所述混合固体除臭消毒包括硅藻土、S2-沉淀剂、Cu2+抑菌剂和平衡稳定剂,所述硅藻土、S2-沉淀剂、Cu2+抑菌剂和平衡稳定剂的质量比为98:S2-沉淀剂1~18:Cu2+抑菌剂0.05~2:平衡稳定剂0.02~2。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,其特征在于:所述平衡稳定剂为多元醇与Ca/Zn复合稳定剂的混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,其特征在于:所述Cu2+抑菌剂为硫酸铜、硫酸亚铜、硝酸铜、柠檬酸铜、水杨酸铜、EDTA铜、铬酸铜、环烷酸铜或氢氧化铜中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用磷钼酸除去垃圾恶臭的方法,其特征在于:所述填料洗涤塔和生物膜填料塔中的填料为碎石、陶瓷和矿渣的一种或者几种。
