本发明涉及一种用于攀岩的岩点以及攀岩系统,岩点包括岩点本体,岩点本体上设置有导电胶膜、岩点控制电路板,岩点控制电路板上设置有岩点微控制单元;攀岩系统包括攀岩墙、主控制模块、控制终端、以及多个的岩点,岩点设置在攀岩墙上,主控制模块包括主控制电路板,主控制电路板上设置有主微控制单元,岩点的岩点控制电路板与主控制电路板电连接,控制终端与主控制电路板电连接。本发明的岩点具有导电胶膜,岩点被攀爬时,导电胶膜与人体的静电结合后产生静电容量变化,岩点控制电路板的岩点微控制单元能够即时的检测到该变化并将该信息发送控制终端;在本发明的攀岩系统,控制终端可以实时的监测岩点被攀爬的状态,以进行统计、分析等。

技术领域
本发明涉及攀岩装置,更具体地说,涉及一种用于攀岩的岩点以及攀岩系统。
背景技术
现今,人工攀岩墙或攀岩系统所用的岩点,也称之为支点、触点或把手,除了采用真实的岩石之外,也大量使用人工制造的岩点,例如采用不同成分的聚合物的材料制成的岩点,譬如树脂岩点等。为加强吸引力,以及让更多青少年及儿童参与,带有荧光材料内置有LED灯的岩点,及透明或半透明内置有LED灯的岩点相继出现,但这些岩点的所能做出的变化非常局限,只能做到预设不同颜色发光的攀岩路径,变化只有全组发光、独立发光及闪光等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种攀岩用的岩点以及攀岩系统,该攀岩用的岩点能够感知被攀爬的状态并即时地将状态信息发送给控制终端,以供分析判断。
本发明所提供的用于攀岩的岩点包括岩点本体,所述岩点本体上设置有在岩点被攀爬时与人体的静电结合后会产生静电容量变化的导电胶膜,所述岩点本体内还设置有岩点控制电路板,所述岩点控制电路板上设置有岩点微控制单元,所述岩点微控制单元与所述导电胶膜电连接。
在本根据发明所述的攀岩用的岩点的一个实施例中,所述岩点本体内设置有至少一个LED指示灯,所述LED指示灯与所述岩点控制电路板电连接。
在本根据发明所述的攀岩用的岩点的一个实施例中,所述LED指示灯为多个,所述LED指示灯包括三色LED灯和白色LED灯。
在本根据发明所述的攀岩用的岩点的一个实施例中,所述岩点本体内设置有内嵌件,所述导电胶膜设置在所述岩点本体与所述内嵌件之间。
在本根据发明所述的攀岩用的岩点的一个实施例中,所述岩点还包括导电胶膜保护件,所述导电胶膜保护件套在所述导电胶膜的外侧,所述导电胶膜保护件设置在所述岩点本体与所述导电胶膜之间。

实施本发明的用于攀岩的岩点以及攀岩系统,具有以下有益效果:本发明的岩点具有导电胶膜,岩点被攀爬时,导电胶膜与人体的静电结合后产生的静电容量变化,岩点控制电路板的岩点微控制单元能够即时的检测到该变化并将该信息发送控制终端;在本发明的攀岩系统,控制终端可以实时的监测岩点被攀爬的状态,以进行统计、分析等。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
下面详细描述本发明的用于攀岩的岩点以及攀岩系统的实施例,这些实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。
本发明通过在岩点的岩点本体上增加一层导电胶膜,导电胶膜可以在岩点被攀爬时与人体的静电结合后产生静电容量变化,这样通过检测导电胶膜与人体的静电结合后产生的静电容量变化就可以知道该岩点是否处于被攀爬的状态,被攀爬是指攀岩者对岩点的摸、碰、抓、握、挂、抠、撑、推或压等,岩点的岩点控制电路板可以将岩点的被攀爬信息即时的发送到控制终端,以供控制终端细致的记录,进而计算、统计、分析,便可即时得知结果,攀岩参与者及或竞赛者便能在随后的练习及竞赛中做出改进。
导电胶膜几乎不占用体积及重量,不需要对现有的人工岩点的结构做太多改变,只需利用一张薄薄的导电胶膜就可以达到监测的功能,使岩点能全方位任何一处被利用,使得其更方便及实际地应用于攀岩运动上。
导电胶膜可以选用透明的导电胶膜,透明的导电胶膜使用于荧光、透明及或半透明等材料制成的人工岩点本体上,可保持其透光度,导电胶膜可以用于不能导电的材料制成的岩点上,包括木材、真实石头、以及树脂、塑料、橡胶等材料制成的人工岩点,这样不需要改变现有人工岩点的颜色外形等。
通过岩点控制电路板的即时信息的发送,在攀岩过程中通过这接岩点的被攀爬信息,控制终端可以方便的记录攀岩者攀过岩点与岩点之间的所需时间,并可以方便的记录攀爬路径。
另外,控制终端可以对岩点进行控制,岩点上可以设置LED指示灯,控制终端可以通过控制LED指示灯,可以在预设攀岩路径中传达信息,表达能达成不同时间、游戏及或比赛等要求,如:转变已预设的颜色、个别岩点转换不同颜色、闪动及或变色及闪动等,不但方便实用,亦提升其趣味性及灵活性。
如图1所示,为本发明的用于攀岩的岩点的一个实施例,在该实施例的岩点中,包括岩点本体1,岩点本体1可以是聚合物材料制成,也可以是真的岩石、木头或其他适用的材料制成,岩点本体1设置在攀岩墙上,用于攀岩者向上攀登的支点。为了能够即时获知攀岩信息,可以在岩点本体1上设置导电胶膜6,在岩点被攀爬时,导电胶膜6与人体的静电结合后便会产生静电容量变化。导电胶膜6优选透明导电胶膜。在本实施例中,岩点本体1内设置有岩点控制电路板8,岩点控制电路板8上设置有岩点微控制单元(Microcontroller Unit;MCU),MCU也称之为单片机,岩点控制电路板8及其上的岩点微控制单元用于监测导电胶膜6的静电容量变化,并可以将监测到的导电胶膜6的静电容量变化信息发送给外部设备。
本发明中所用导电胶膜6为透明导电胶膜,可以由包含有聚酯纤维、树酯制剂、聚塞酚系树脂制剂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯等组分的材料制成,透明导电胶膜与人体的静电结合后会产生静电容量变化,透明导电胶膜可以隔着不同物料接收到人体的静电,也即可以隔着岩点本体1接收到人体的静电。需要理解的是,导电胶膜6也可以选用不透明的、半透明的导电胶膜。目前,智能终端的触控屏所用的就是此类透明导电胶膜。
在本实施例的岩点中,进一步,为了使岩点具有指示作用,以及增加趣味,岩点本体1上还可以设置LED指示灯,LED指示灯可以根据需要设置一个或多个,LED指示灯可以是白色、红色、黄色、蓝色或其他各种颜色,也可以是可以变色的LED灯,LED指示灯与岩点控制电路板8电连接,并由岩点微控制器根据外部控制终端的命令进行控制,比如控制LED启闭、或变色、或闪烁等。LED指示灯可以直接设置在岩点控制电路板8上。
在本实施例的岩点中,为了保护导电胶膜6,在岩点本体1的内部设置有导电胶膜保护件3及内嵌件7,导电胶膜6紧贴在导电胶膜保护件3与内嵌件7之间,这样就可以固定导电胶膜6的形状,岩点本体1位于导电胶膜保护件3及内嵌件7的外部,导电胶膜6通过螺钉4以及平垫片5连接到岩点控制电路板8上,螺钉4既起到固定作用,又起到电连接导电胶膜6和岩点控制电路板8的作用,螺帽11与螺钉4相配合。进一步,本实施例的导电胶膜保护件3为一个罩子,罩在内嵌件7以及导电胶膜6的外侧,对导电胶膜6起到保护的作用,这样避免岩点本体1旋转变换方向时直接碰触或摩擦导电胶膜6而破坏导电胶膜6,岩点本体1则罩在导电胶膜保护件3的外部,导电胶膜保护件3通过螺钉2固定在内嵌件7上。
在本实施例中,岩点控制电路板8通过螺钉10固定在内嵌件7上,在岩点控制电路板8上设置有用于为岩点控制电路板8供电并进行通信的供电通信接口9,在本实施例中,供电通信接口9为RJ11插座,用来给岩点控制电路板供电以及进行通信,需要理解的是,供电通信接口9也可以是其他常规适用的接口,例如RJ45接口等。
如图2所示,为具有本发明的攀岩系统的一个实施例的结构示意图,该攀岩系统包括攀岩墙110,攀岩墙设置有多个根据本法发明的攀岩用的岩点100,岩点100可以根据需要在攀岩墙110上形成各种排列。攀岩系统还包括一个主控制模块,主控制模块包括主控制电路板200,主控制电路板200上设置有主微控制单元(Microcontroller Unit;MCU)210,以及USB接口201和/或无线模块202,岩点100的岩点控制电路板8通过电话线与主控制电路板200电连接。攀岩系统还包括与主控制电路板200电连接的控制终端,控制终端可以是计算机终端310和/或智能终端320,智能终端可以是智能手机、PDA、平板电脑等,控制终端可以用线缆通过USB接口201与主控制电路板200连接,也可以通过无线模块202以无线通讯的方式与主控制电路板200连接。主控制电路板200上可以只设置USB接口201或无线模块202,也可以同时设置有USB接口201和无线模块202,当然,可以理解的是,主控制电路板200上也可以设置其他类型的通讯接口。
当攀岩者攀爬到岩点后,岩点的导电胶膜6便会产生静电容量变化,静电容量变化被岩点控制电路板8上的岩点微控制单元检测到后,判断为攀岩者攀爬到该岩点,便立即传送该岩点信息到主控制模块。当岩点微控制单元检测到攀岩者紧握着岩点持续超过3秒,即判断为攀岩者紧握着岩点,便立即传送该岩点被攀爬的信息到主控制模块,当然,需要理解的是,持续时间可以根据需要设定。当攀岩者松开岩点后,导电胶膜6的静电容量便会回复正常,静电容量变化被岩点微控制单元检测到后,即判断为攀岩者已经松开岩点,便立即传送该岩点被松开的信息到主控制模块;主控制模块接收到各个把手的状态信息后,便会通过USB,传送岩点状态到控制终端,既计算机终端310或智能终端320。控制终端,即计算机终端310或智能终端320上安装有相应的应用程序,会立即显示各个岩点的状态变化。控制终端通过设定,可以利用不同岩点的不同颜色、灯光等组合的变化,而设计出不同的路径及玩法。
本发明的岩点具有导电胶膜,在岩点被攀爬时导电胶膜的静电容量会发生变化,岩点控制电路板的岩点微控制单元能够即时的检测到该变化并将该信息发送控制终端;在本发明的攀岩系统,控制终端可以实时的监测岩点被攀爬的状态,以进行统计、分析等。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于攀岩的岩点,其特征在于,包括岩点本体,所述岩点本体上设置有在岩点被攀爬时与人体的静电结合后会产生静电容量变化的导电胶膜,所述岩点本体内还设置有岩点控制电路板,所述岩点控制电路板上设置有岩点微控制单元,所述岩点微控制单元与所述导电胶膜电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于攀岩的岩点,其特征在于,所述岩点本体内设置有至少一个LED指示灯,所述LED指示灯与所述岩点控制电路板电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于攀岩的岩点,其特征在于,所述LED指示灯为多个,所述LED指示灯包括三色LED灯和白色LED灯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于攀岩的岩点,其特征在于,所述岩点本体内设置有内嵌件,所述导电胶膜设置在所述岩点本体与所述内嵌件之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于攀岩的岩点,其特征在于,所述岩点还包括导电胶膜保护件,所述导电胶膜保护件套在所述导电胶膜的外侧,所述导电胶膜保护件设置在所述岩点本体与所述导电胶膜之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于攀岩的岩点,其特征在于,所述岩点控制电路板上设置有供电通信接口,所述供电通信接口与所述岩点微控制器电连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于攀岩的岩点,其特征在于,所述供电通信接口为RJ11。
8.一种攀岩系统,其特征在于,包括攀岩墙、主控制模块、控制终端、以及多个如权利要求1至7任一项所述的岩点,所述岩点设置在所述攀岩墙上,所述主控制模块包括主控制电路板,所述主控制电路板上设置有主微控制单元,所述岩点的岩点控制电路板与所述主控制电路板电连接,所述控制终端与所述主控制电路板电连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的攀岩系统,其特征在于,所述控制终端为计算机终端或智能终端。
10.根据权利要求8所述的攀岩系统,其特征在于,所述主控制模块具有无线模块,所述主控制模块通过所述无线模块与所述控制终端相连接。
