Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药，由青蒿、白花蛇舌草、徐长卿、龙葵、玉郎伞、鱼腥草、肿节风制成，本发明中药本着扶正培本的原则，采用益气养血、活血化瘀、清热解毒、消肿止痛等中药配方，对于鼻咽癌患者具有疗效好，见效快的优点。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药。
背景技术
鼻咽癌是指发生于鼻咽腔顶部和侧壁的恶性肿瘤。是我国高发恶性肿瘤之一，发病率为耳鼻咽喉恶性肿瘤之首。常见临床症状为鼻塞、涕中带血、耳闷堵感、听力下降、复视及头痛等。
目前，治疗鼻咽癌的中药领域存在以下不足：一、效果不够明显；二、见效慢，不能及时有效抑制咽喉肿瘤生长、转移、扩散。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药，它具有疗效明显、见效快的优点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药，采取中药原料制备，配方为(按重量份数) ：青蒿90份、白花蛇舌草60份、徐长卿60份、龙葵40份、玉郎伞15份、鱼腥草60份、肿节风30份。
本发明的优点是：
本发明中药本着扶正培本的原则，采用益气养血、活血化瘀、清热解毒、消肿止痛等中药配方，对于鼻咽癌患者具有疗效好，见效快的优点。
具体实施方式：
取白花蛇舌草60g、徐长卿60g、龙葵40g、玉郎伞15g加入10倍量（V/W）水置于100℃提取并浓缩至原体积1/2；过滤，得滤液a；
再取青蒿90g、鱼腥草60g、肿节风30g加入10%乙醇水溶液置于超声容器中，于500W，40kHz下超声提取2h，过滤，将滤液置于60℃挥干溶剂后混入滤液a中，摇匀制得一剂，分早晚两次服用，一天一剂。
临床资料：
本发明以中医鼻咽癌为例，经28例临床观察。选择中医诊断鼻咽癌为标准：肢体无力，虚损严重，鼻塞，鼻疼，鼻孔流黄水，CT见鼻腔肿瘤。如上症状，即可确诊。在确诊观察的对象中，男性16例，女性12例，无其它严重疾病，年龄为44岁-69岁，平均年龄57.6岁。
疗效判定：
1、显效：体质增强，肢体有力，鼻咽部不适消失，CT见鼻咽肿瘤瘤体缩小，其它部位未发现新生肿瘤。
2、有效：体质增强，鼻咽部肿瘤未见增大，其它部位未见新生肿瘤。
3、无效：病症无变化，鼻咽部肿瘤瘤体增大，或其它部位发现新生肿瘤。
临床实验时，停服其它药物和保健营养品。服用本发明中药配方，观察3个月，为一个疗程。服用方法：按实施例1制得，一剂分早晚两次服用，每天一剂，1个月后症状即有缓解，服用3个月后，症状明显改善。临床实验的28人中，显效11人，有效15人，无效2人，总有效率92.9％。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料制成：青蒿90份、白花蛇舌草60份、徐长卿60份、龙葵40份、玉郎伞15份、鱼腥草60份、肿节风30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药，其特征在于由如下方法制得：
1）按分量比取白花蛇舌草、徐长卿、龙葵、玉郎伞加入10倍体积重量比的水，置于100℃提取并浓缩至原体积1/2；过滤，得滤液a；
2）再取青蒿、鱼腥草、肿节风加入10%乙醇水溶液置于超声容器中，于500W，40kHz下超声提取2h，过滤，将滤液置于60℃挥干溶剂后混入滤液a中，摇匀制得。
