很多人在一定年纪后会出现脱发的困扰,可以通过植发来解决这一问题,植发通常取人体后脑部位毛囊作为发源,经过分离成单株或多株毛囊单位,通过精细的显微外科技术,把毛囊单位移植到需要移植的部位,如头部、眉部、睫毛、胡须、胸部、睫毛部、阴部等,让其在新的部位存活、自然生长,从而达到修补局部毛发分布密度的目的,以达到美观的效果。但是现有的植发器通常采用小夹子种入毛囊,首先以18号或19号针管在头皮上穿刺形成小孔,再利用小夹子夹住毛囊的根部,将其塞入小孔中,在植发过程中,很容易在操作过程中的失误会对毛囊遭到一定的破坏,从而影响植发的存活率,与此同时,植发过后,还有可能由于头皮环境不适宜,导致毛囊不能很好的生长,导致植发的效果不佳。

本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种在植发过程中为毛囊保护液,从而保证毛囊在移植之后能够存活,并在植发过程中改善头皮环境保证毛囊能够健康生长具有良好的植发效果的针式植发器。

灭菌药具有挥发性,灭菌药的挥发度为13.7,灭菌药由质量份7份4-(4-氨基苯氧基)邻苯二甲酸,22份2,4-二羟基苯乙酮,3份酪氨酸磷酸酶,6份硼砂,43份乙醇,16份秋实斛提取液,20份水和18份壳聚糖组成,灭菌药的pH值为7.8。
实施例2
4-(4-氨基苯氧基)邻苯二甲酸的合成方法如下:
在装有磁力搅拌装置的烧瓶中依次加入对氨基苯酚(1.73 g,15.8 mmol)、4-硝基邻苯二甲腈(2.29g,13.2 mmol)、K2CO3(3.65 g,26.4 mmol)和DMSO(9 mL)中,N2氛围下搅拌12h,将反应液倒入水中沉淀,过滤、干燥。得到灰色固体产物3。
将KOH(7 g,125 mmol)的水/乙醇(50 mL/40 mL)溶液加入装有磁力搅拌装置的圆底烧瓶中,N2鼓泡10 min;将化合物3(3.3 g,14 mmol)加入反应器, N2氛围下搅拌回流24h。待反应液冷却至室温,向反应液中缓慢滴加10%稀盐酸;当溶液pH=6~7 时,大量沉淀析出,过滤、四氢呋喃洗涤、干燥。得到灰色固体产物4。

实施例3
2,4一二羟基苯乙酮的合成方法如下:
取14.0 g(100 mmol)无水ZnCl2,30 mL冰醋酸,密封搅拌加热使无水ZnCl2完全溶解.快速分批加入11.00g(100 mmol)l,3-二羟基苯酚,回流反应l h.将反应物倾入100 mL冰水中,调节pH值至2,析出大量红棕色针状晶体,滤出晶体,水洗,干燥后得红棕色针状晶体。
实施例3
螯合锌的制备方法如下:
按照摩尔比1:1向烧杯中加入聚天门冬氨酸和七水硫酸锌,在恒温水浴锅中完全溶解后用稀硫酸和氨水调节pH值为5.0,在恒温磁力搅拌器(转速700r/min)的搅拌下反应40min,即合成聚天门冬氨酸螯合锌。
实施例4
有机镁的制备方法如下:
称取牛磺酸1.0 g置于pH为11.2的30mlNH3-NH4CI缓冲溶液中,磁力搅拌溶解并加热10min,加入MgO 0.3 g,加热搅拌15 min,滴加1.0 mol/L H2SO4至溶液澄清,维持加热5 min后浓缩反应液,4℃放置一周析出白色晶体,干燥,经无水乙醇重结晶,得产品。
实施例5
螯合铜的制备方法如下:
量取50mL蒸馏水置于1000mL大烧杯中,边加入CuCl2边搅拌至饱和状态。然后边用玻璃棒搅拌边逐滴滴加NaOH溶液,使形成蓝色絮状沉淀。沉淀完全后,减压抽滤,并用蒸馏水冲洗数次,将产品烘干粉碎后得到新制氢氧化铜。
用量筒量取20mL蒸馏水,置于50mL的圆底烧瓶中,水浴加热到稍低于反应所需的温度,将称取的1:1摩尔比的L-丙氨酸和新制氢氧化铜粉末在搅拌下交替加入后,控制反应温度维持60℃,慢慢用少量稀NaOH溶液调节p值为6.0,反应完毕后趁热过滤,将滤液减压蒸馏浓缩至粘稠状,冷却后加入95%的乙醇搅拌,再减压蒸馏至粉末状,然后加入适量无水乙醇放置过夜,过滤、用少量蒸馏水洗涤,自然干燥。

Claims (10)

1.一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:包括外壳(3),所述外壳(3)为中空的腔体,所述外壳(3)内设有植发针(8),所述植发针(8)顶部通过弹簧(4)与按压器(1)相连,所述植发针(8)表面覆盖有抗菌膜,所述植发针(8)前端具有斜面,所述斜面与竖直方向具有25°的夹角。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述抗菌膜由质量份18份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,22份聚乙烯醇,27份壳聚糖,10份聚乙烯亚胺和26份纳米ZnO组成,所述抗菌膜的厚度为0.27mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述外壳(3)下方设有两储液腔(5),所述两储液腔(5)镜像相对设置,所述储液腔(5)内装有生发液,所述植发针(8)穿过储液腔(5)。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述储液腔(5)下方设有两缓释腔(7),所述两缓释腔(7)镜像相对设置,所述缓释腔(7)内装有灭菌药,所述植发针(8)穿过缓释腔(7)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述储液腔(5)与缓释腔(7)之间设有两防溢板(6),所述两防溢板(6)设于植发针(8)两侧,所述两防溢板(6)上下交错设置,所述两防溢板(6)与水平方向具有一定的夹角。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述按压器(1)外侧设有标尺(2),所述标尺(2)上设有刻度,所述标尺(2)的底端固定于外壳(1)内部,所述按压器(1)的上端在自然状态下与标尺(2)上端齐平。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述植发针(8)外表面设有若干吸液管,所述吸液管与储液腔(5)连通,所述吸液管呈L型,所述吸液管与植发针(8)的连接端低于吸液管的顶端。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述生发液由质量份58份水,13份乙醇,8份膜层粘蛋白-5,2份β1-整联蛋白,9份纤维连接蛋白,14份茶黄素-3-没食子酸酯,18份茶黄素双没食子酸酯,7份二硫化硒,2份螯合锌,2份有机镁和1份螯合铜组成。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述螯合锌为聚天门冬氨酸螯合锌,所述有机镁为牛磺酸镁,所述螯合铜为L-丙氨酸螯合铜。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的一种抑菌植发器,其特征在于:所述灭菌药具有挥发性,所述灭菌药的挥发度为13.7,所述灭菌药由质量份7份4-(4-氨基苯氧基)邻苯二甲酸,22份2,4-二羟基苯乙酮,3份酪氨酸磷酸酶,6份硼砂,43份乙醇,16份秋实斛提取液,20份水和18份壳聚糖组成,所述灭菌药的pH值为7.8。
