本发明涉及太阳能电池边框快速传递技术领域,具体为一种边框输送装置,其能够有效提高装框效率,其包括主动辊筒架和从动辊筒架,所述主动辊筒架上安装有主动辊筒,所述主动辊筒连接输送电机,所述从动辊筒架上安装有从动辊筒,所述主动辊筒与所述从动滚筒通过输送带连接,所述主动辊筒设置于打胶机一侧,所述从动辊筒架一侧设置有尼龙挡板,所述从动辊筒架两侧分别安装有导轨,所述尼龙挡板通过滑块滑动连接两侧的所述导轨,所述从动辊筒架上还设置有与所述导轨对应的驱动气缸,所述驱动气缸的活塞杆连接所述尼龙挡板侧部。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池边框快速传递技术领域,具体为一种边框输送装置。
背景技术
太阳能电池组件装框环节中的边框输送装置,主要是用于将太阳能电池组件边框传递到装框机另外一边,然后由操作人员摆放到卡槽内。目前太阳能电池组件装框环节由一台打胶机在装框机一侧提供组件所需要边框,另外一边由打胶机一侧的操作人员将边框递过去。由于装框时两边不能同步完成,接框人员往往不能及时取走边框,影响打胶机一侧人员抓取自己负责装框的边框,装框效率低下。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种边框输送装置,其能够有效提高装框效率。
其技术方案是这样的:一种边框输送装置,其特征在于,其包括主动辊筒架和从动辊筒架,所述主动辊筒架上安装有主动辊筒,所述主动辊筒连接输送电机,所述从动辊筒架上安装有从动辊筒,所述主动辊筒与所述从动滚筒通过输送带连接,所述主动辊筒设置于打胶机一侧,所述从动辊筒架一侧设置有尼龙挡板,所述从动辊筒架两侧分别安装有导轨,所述尼龙挡板通过滑块滑动连接两侧的所述导轨,所述从动辊筒架上还设置有与所述导轨对应的驱动气缸,所述驱动气缸的活塞杆连接所述尼龙挡板侧部。
采用本发明的结构后,输送电机驱动主动辊筒带动输送带移动,打胶机一侧员工,首先拿取对方所需边框放到输送带上,然后直接抓取自己所需边框准备装框,输送平带碰到尼龙挡板时强制停下,操作人员拿取该边框和对面摆框人员一起进行摆框操作,节省了交接边框时间,通过驱动气缸可以调整尼龙挡板的位置,进一步方便操作人员取框,有效提高了装框效率。

见图1,图2所示,一种边框输送装置,其包括主动辊筒架1和从动辊筒架2,主动辊筒架1上安装有主动辊筒3,主动辊筒3连接输送电机4,从动辊筒架2上安装有从动辊筒5,主动辊筒3与从动滚筒5通过输送带6连接,主动辊筒3设置于打胶机一侧,从动辊筒架2一侧设置有尼龙挡板7,从动辊筒架2两侧分别安装有导轨8,尼龙挡板7通过滑块滑动连接两侧的导轨8,从动辊筒架2上还设置有与导轨8对应的驱动气缸9,驱动气缸9的活塞杆连接尼龙挡板7侧部。

1.一种边框输送装置,其特征在于,其包括主动辊筒架和从动辊筒架,所述主动辊筒架上安装有主动辊筒,所述主动辊筒连接输送电机,所述从动辊筒架上安装有从动辊筒,所述主动辊筒与所述从动滚筒通过输送带连接,所述主动辊筒设置于打胶机一侧,所述从动辊筒架一侧设置有尼龙挡板,所述从动辊筒架两侧分别安装有导轨,所述尼龙挡板通过滑块滑动连接两侧的所述导轨,所述从动辊筒架上还设置有与所述导轨对应的驱动气缸,所述驱动气缸的活塞杆连接所述尼龙挡板侧部。
