本发明涉及一种新型冷凝式蒸汽锅炉,包括锅炉本体,锅炉本体包括上锅筒及下锅筒,上锅筒及下锅筒的内壁分别安装有多根加热管,多根加热管与进水管连接;上锅筒及下锅筒的两端分别炉膛及进水筒,述炉膛中安装有燃烧器,进水筒上的进水管与加热管连通,上锅筒及下锅筒还分别与省煤器连接,所上锅筒上还安装有气液分离器,多根加热管分别于上锅筒及下锅筒中形成连通的第一加热腔及第二加热腔,第二加热腔带有多个相连的矩形加热腔;气液分离器中安装有排渣装置及高低位警报器,排渣装置中安装有水质检测器;所述炉膛中安装有上下设置的前墙水冷壁上集箱及前墙水冷壁下集箱。本发明具有加热效率高、工作安全可靠的特点。

Description

新型冷凝式蒸汽锅炉
技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉技术领域,尤其涉及冷凝式蒸汽锅炉。
背景技术
锅炉是一种制热设备,它是利用煤炭、油或气体为燃料,经燃烧产生热量来制取蒸汽或热水。近年来,由于燃油气锅炉体积小,自动化程度高,安装方便,得到了广泛的应用,城市供暖锅炉消耗大量一次能源,并排放大量的污染物,传统上我国的供热锅炉主要以燃煤为主。随着城市生活水平的提高,为了改善城市空气质量,需要最大程度的对锅炉的排烟进行处理,将锅炉的排烟温度降到足够低的水平,烟气中呈过热状态的水蒸气就会凝结而放出汽化潜热,使烟气中的汽化潜热得以回收利用的锅炉称为冷凝式锅炉。传统冷凝式锅炉中,冷凝管端部的气液分离器的工作效果不佳,不能及时排渣,效率低;并且,传统冷凝式锅炉中的加热管的布置不够合理,加热效率较低。
发明内容
本申请人针对传统冷凝式锅炉存在的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种新型冷凝式蒸汽锅炉,其能实现及时排除气液分离器中的残渣,提高分离效率,带有布置合理的加热管,提高加热效率。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型冷凝式蒸汽锅炉,包括锅炉本体,锅炉本体包括上锅筒及下锅筒,上锅筒及下锅筒的内壁分别安装有多根加热管,多根加热管与进水管连接;上锅筒及下锅筒的两端分别炉膛及进水筒,述炉膛中安装有燃烧器,进水筒上的进水管与加热管连通,上锅筒及下锅筒还分别与省煤器连接,所上锅筒上还安装有气液分离器,多根加热管分别于上锅筒及下锅筒中形成连通的第一加热腔及第二加热腔,第二加热腔带有多个相连的矩形加热腔;
所述气液分离器中安装有排渣装置及液面的高低位警报器,排渣装置中安装有水质检测器,水质检测器检测锅炉水中的渣料而控制排渣口的开闭;
所述炉膛中安装有上下设置的前墙水冷壁上集箱及前墙水冷壁下集箱,前墙水冷壁上集箱与前墙水冷壁下集箱分居于燃烧器的上下两侧。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过设置特定布置结构的加热管,有效地提高了加热效率;于气液分离器中设置水位报警器,保证安全工作;设置带水质检测的排渣装置,及时对渣料排出,保证气液分离器的工作效率。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本实施例的新型冷凝式蒸汽锅炉,包括锅炉本体,锅炉本体包括上锅筒1及下锅筒2,上锅筒1及下锅筒2的内壁分别安装有多根加热管3,多根加热管3与进水管4连接;上锅筒1及下锅筒2的两端分别炉膛及进水筒5,述炉膛中安装有燃烧器6,进水筒5上的进水管4与加热管3连通,上锅筒1及下锅筒2还分别与省煤器7连接,所上锅筒1上还安装有气液分离器8,多根加热管3分别于上锅筒1及下锅筒2中形成连通的第一加热腔9及第二加热腔10,第二加热腔10带有多个相连的矩形加热腔11;
气液分离器8中安装有排渣装置12及液面的高低位警报器13,排渣装置12中安装有水质检测器14,水质检测器14检测锅炉水中的渣料而控制排渣口的开闭;
炉膛中安装有上下设置的前墙水冷壁上集箱15及前墙水冷壁下集箱16,前墙水冷壁上集箱15与前墙水冷壁下集箱16分居于燃烧器6的上下两侧。

1.一种新型冷凝式蒸汽锅炉,包括锅炉本体,锅炉本体包括上锅筒(1)及下锅筒(2),上锅筒(1)及下锅筒(2)的内壁分别安装有多根加热管(3),多根加热管(3)与进水管(4)连接;上锅筒(1)及下锅筒(2)的两端分别炉膛及进水筒(5),述炉膛中安装有燃烧器(6),进水筒(5)上的进水管(4)与加热管(3)连通,上锅筒(1)及下锅筒(2)还分别与省煤器(7)连接,所上锅筒(1)上还安装有气液分离器(8),其特征在于:多根加热管(3)分别于上锅筒(1)及下锅筒(2)中形成连通的第一加热腔(9)及第二加热腔(10),第二加热腔(10)带有多个相连的矩形加热腔(11);
所述气液分离器(8)中安装有排渣装置(12)及液面的高低位警报器(13),排渣装置(12)中安装有水质检测器(14),水质检测器(14)检测锅炉水中的渣料而控制排渣口的开闭;
所述炉膛中安装有上下设置的前墙水冷壁上集箱(15)及前墙水冷壁下集箱(16),前墙水冷壁上集箱(15)与前墙水冷壁下集箱(16)分居于燃烧器(6)的上下两侧。
