本发明提出了一种新型球阀,主要包括阀体、阀杆、阀球、凸圆、凹阀座、止泻圈、弹簧、限位装置、手柄和氚气自发光管,所述阀体内部中间设置有阀球,所述阀球的正下端通过凸圆与凹阀座连接,所述凹阀座置于阀体底侧内壁,所述阀体内过流通道与阀球相接处设置有止泄圈,所述止泻圈与阀体之间设置有弹簧,所述阀球的正上端与阀杆的下端通过限位装置固定连接,所述限位装置包括限位槽和限位块,所述阀杆的上端与手柄连接,所述手柄的上表面设置有氚气自发光管。本发明的有益效果是设计合理、使用寿命长、手柄醒目度高,不受夜晚天黑的影响,使用十分的便捷,具有很好的市场前景,非常适合推广使用。

一种新型球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及球阀领域,尤其是涉及一种新型球阀。
背景技术
球阀(ball valve在海工和船舶领域应为截止阀),标准GB/T21465-2008《阀门术语》中定义为:启闭件(球体)由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门。在我国, 球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向,它只需要用旋转90度的操作和很小的转动力矩就能关闭严密。
现有的球阀使用具有局限性,天黑使用极不方便,难以准确找到阀门的手柄,而且球阀长时间的使用,球阀的阀球容易产生偏移,发生漏水的现象,阀杆、手柄也会产生偏移,导致球阀过开或者过关,无法精确控制球阀开闭的问题。
因此,发明一种新型球阀显得非常必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种新型球阀,以解决现有球阀存在的不足。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:一种新型球阀,主要包括阀体、阀杆、阀杆固定板、阀球、凸圆、凹阀座、止泻圈、弹簧、限位装置、限位槽、限位块、手柄和氚气自发光管,所述阀体内部中间设置有阀球,所述阀球的正下端通过凸圆与凹阀座连接,所述凹阀座置于阀体底侧内壁,所述阀体内过流通道与阀球相接处设置有止泄圈,所述止泻圈与阀体之间设置有弹簧,所述阀球的正上端与阀杆的下端通过限位装置固定连接,所述限位装置包括限位槽和限位块,所述限位块与阀杆固定板连接,所述限位块与阀杆固定板安置在限位槽内,所述阀杆固定板与阀杆固定连接,所述阀杆的上端与手柄连接,所述手柄的上表面设置有氚气自发光管。
优选的,所述氚气自发光管通过固定螺丝安装在手柄的上表面。
优选的,所述凸圆的尺寸与凹阀座的凹槽尺寸相适应。
优选的,所述阀杆固定板与阀杆和限位块拼接后卡在限位槽内,限位槽两侧边延长线的夹角为90度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该新型球阀,通过在阀球与阀杆连接处设置限位装置,避免球阀过开或者过关,精确地控制球阀的开闭;通过在阀球的正下端设置凸圆与凹阀座相配合,控制球阀避免因使用时间长而产生位置偏差导致漏水;通过在止泄圈与阀体之间设置有弹簧,减少阀球的磨损,增强阀球的使用寿命;通过在手柄的表面设置氚气自发光管,氚气自发光管会发出光亮,在黑暗环境下便于迅速准确找到阀门手柄,从而对阀门进行操作,提高工作效率。本发明设计合理、使用寿命长、手柄醒目度高,不受夜晚天黑的影响,使用十分的便捷,具有很好的市场前景,非常适合推广使用。

本发明提供了如图1至图3 所示的:一种新型球阀,主要包括阀体1、阀杆2、阀杆固定板21、阀球3、凸圆4、凹阀座41、止泻圈5、弹簧51、限位装置6、限位槽61、限位块62、手柄7和氚气自发光管71,所述阀体1内部中间设置有阀球3,所述阀球3的正下端通过凸圆4与凹阀座41连接,所述凹阀座41置于阀体1底侧内壁,所述阀体1内过流通道与阀球3相接处设置有止泄圈4,所述止泻圈4与阀体1之间设置有弹簧41,所述阀球3的正上端与阀杆2的下端通过限位装置6固定连接,所述限位装置6包括限位槽61和限位块62,所述限位块62与阀杆固定板21连接,所述限位块21与阀杆固定板21安置在限位槽61内,所述阀杆固定板21与阀杆2固定连接,所述阀杆2的上端与手柄7连接,所述手柄7的上表面设置有氚气自发光管71。
优选的,所述氚气自发光管71通过固定螺丝安装在手柄7的上表面。
优选的,所述凸圆4的尺寸与凹阀座41的凹槽尺寸相适应。
优选的,所述阀杆固定板21与阀杆2和限位块62拼接后卡在限位槽61内,限位槽61两侧边延长线的夹角为90度。
工作原理:该新型球阀,通过在阀球3与阀杆2连接处设置限位装置6,避免球阀3过开或者过关,精确地控制球阀3的开闭;通过在阀球3的正下端设置凸圆4与凹阀座41相配合,控制球阀3避免因使用时间长而产生位置偏差导致漏水;通过在止泄圈5与阀体1之间设置有弹簧51,减少阀球3的磨损,增强阀球3的使用寿命;通过在手柄7的表面设置氚气自发光管71,氚气自发光管71会发出光亮,在黑暗环境下便于迅速准确找到阀门手柄7,从而对阀门进行操作,提高工作效率,使用时氚气自发光管71用螺丝固定在手柄7上的,损坏或者不发光时,更换十分方便。

1.一种新型球阀,主要包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)、阀杆固定板(21)、阀球(3)、凸圆(4)、凹阀座(41)、止泻圈(5)、弹簧(51)、限位装置(6)、限位槽(61)、限位块(62)、手柄(7)和氚气自发光管(71),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)内部中间设置有阀球(3),所述阀球(3)的正下端通过凸圆(4)与凹阀座(41)连接,所述凹阀座(41)置于阀体(1)底侧内壁,所述阀体(1)内过流通道与阀球(3)相接处设置有止泄圈(4),所述止泻圈(4)与阀体(1)之间设置有弹簧(41),所述阀球(3)的正上端与阀杆(2)的下端通过限位装置(6)固定连接,所述限位装置(6)包括限位槽(61)和限位块(62),所述限位块(62)与阀杆固定板(21)连接,所述限位块(21)与阀杆固定板(21)安置在限位槽(61)内,所述阀杆固定板(21)与阀杆(2)固定连接,所述阀杆(2)的上端与手柄(7)连接,所述手柄(7)的上表面设置有氚气自发光管(71)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型球阀,其特征在于:所述氚气自发光管(71)通过固定螺丝安装在手柄(7)的上表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型球阀,其特征在于:所述凸圆(4)的尺寸与凹阀座(41)的凹槽尺寸相适应。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆固定板(21)与阀杆(2)和限位块(62)拼接后卡在限位槽(61)内,限位槽(61)两侧边延长线的夹角为90度。
