Abstract

本发明公开了一种真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,加入微胶囊香味整理剂,香味保持更加持久;用微量的酸性蛋白酶对丝绸织物进行处理,破坏丝绸纤维的表面结构,但要控制时间和破坏程度,经过大量实验后将时间控制在5分钟以内,通过高温使酶失去活性,然后加入硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂,对丝绸进行表面处理,得到的丝绸面料不但保留了丝绸纤维的优良服用性能,而且可机洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种真丝面料的处理工艺,属于纺织领域,尤其涉及一种真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺。
背景技术
欧根纱,是一种透明或半透明的轻纱,是法国、意大利等欧洲人在婚纱中的主要原料,常覆盖于缎布或丝绸上面。它的特点在于轻盈飘逸,非常薄而透明,手感稍微硬挺,适用于蓬型轮廓。传统的欧根纱是全真丝的,但现在许多欧根纱织物是由化学纤维织成的,如涤纶、尼龙、醋酯、人丝等,被广泛用于婚纱、睡衣、面罩、包装面料、窗帘等方面。
欧根纱有普通欧根纱和真丝欧根纱,区别是一种是化纤一种是真丝,真丝欧根纱细分为丝绸系列面料类别的一种,本身带有一定硬度,易于造型,被欧美等国家广泛用于婚纱、连衣裙、礼服裙的制作. 真丝欧根纱手感更丝滑不会扎皮肤. 但是仿丝欧根纱就会扎皮肤。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种可机洗、易去污、手感好的真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、在水槽中加入清水,调节PH值到5.5-6.0,放入真丝欧根纱面料,浸泡后晾干;
B、在染缸中加入水、匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料,调节pH值到5.5-6.0,升温至55℃,将面料放入染缸中,在55℃下连续运转40-50分钟;再加入酸性蛋白酶,3-5分钟升温至100℃,最后加入硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛,保温10-15分钟;
C、对经过步骤B染色的面料进行水洗;
D、在烘干房中对面料进行低温柔和烘干。
优选的,所述的步骤B中,匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料的加入量分别为0.1-0.3%、0.01-0.05%、0.2-3%。
优选的,所述的步骤B中的浴比为1:(35-50)。
优选的,所述的酸性蛋白酶的浓度为0.001-0.003%。
优选的,所述的硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛的浓度分别为0.1-0.2%和0.2-0.5%。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明所述的真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,采用真丝欧根纱面料,染整处理过程中,一是加入微胶囊香味整理剂,香味保持更加持久;二是用微量的酸性蛋白酶对丝绸织物进行处理,破坏丝绸纤维的表面结构,但要控制时间和破坏程度,经过大量实验后将时间控制在5分钟以内,通过高温使酶失去活性,然后加入硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂,对丝绸进行表面处理,得到的丝绸面料不但保留了丝绸纤维的优良服用性能,而且可机洗;三是加入微米级二氧化钛,不但有防紫外线的作用,还有一定抗菌效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、在水槽中加入清水,调节PH值到5.5-6.0,放入真丝欧根纱面料,浸泡后晾干;
B、在染缸中加入水、匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料,调节pH值到5.5-6.0,升温至55℃,将面料放入染缸中,在55℃下连续运转45分钟;再加入酸性蛋白酶,3.5分钟升温至100℃,最后加入硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛,保温12分钟;
C、对经过步骤B染色的面料进行水洗;
D、在烘干房中对面料进行低温柔和烘干。
所述的步骤B中,匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料的加入量分别为0.2%、0.03%、0.8%。
所述的步骤B中的浴比为1:40。
所述的酸性蛋白酶的浓度为0.0025%。
所述的硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛的浓度分别为0.15%和0.2%;所述的微米级二氧化钛的粒径为20-50微米。
实施例2:
一种真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、在水槽中加入清水,调节PH值到5.5-6.0,放入真丝欧根纱面料,浸泡后晾干;
B、在染缸中加入水、匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料,调节pH值到5.5-6.0,升温至55℃,将面料放入染缸中,在55℃下连续运转40分钟;再加入酸性蛋白酶,5分钟升温至100℃,最后加入硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛,保温10分钟;
C、对经过步骤B染色的面料进行水洗;
D、在烘干房中对面料进行低温柔和烘干。
所述的步骤B中,匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料的加入量分别为0.3%、0.01%、3%。
所述的步骤B中的浴比为1:35。
所述的酸性蛋白酶的浓度为0.003%。
所述的硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛的浓度分别为0.1%和0.5%。
实施例3:
一种真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、在水槽中加入清水,调节PH值到5.5-6.0,放入真丝欧根纱面料,浸泡后晾干;
B、在染缸中加入水、匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料,调节pH值到5.5-6.0,升温至55℃,将面料放入染缸中,在55℃下连续运转50分钟;再加入酸性蛋白酶,3分钟升温至100℃,最后加入硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛,保温15分钟;
C、对经过步骤B染色的面料进行水洗;
D、在烘干房中对面料进行低温柔和烘干。
所述的步骤B中,匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料的加入量分别为0.1%、0.05%、0.2%。
所述的步骤B中的浴比为1:50。
所述的酸性蛋白酶的浓度为0.001%。
所述的硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛的浓度分别为0.2%和0.2%。
经检测,本发明实施例1-3的真丝防晒服面料抗紫外线性能均可达到50+,而对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率也可达到70-85%。

1.一种真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、在水槽中加入清水,调节PH值到5.5-6.0,放入真丝欧根纱面料,浸泡后晾干;
B、在染缸中加入水、匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料,调节pH值到5.5-6.0,升温至55℃,将面料放入染缸中,在55℃下连续运转40-50分钟;再加入酸性蛋白酶,3-5分钟升温至100℃,最后加入硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛,保温10-15分钟;
C、对经过步骤B染色的面料进行水洗;
D、在烘干房中对面料进行低温柔和烘干。
2.如权利要求1所述的真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中,匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料的加入量分别为0.1-0.3%、0.01-0.05%、0.2-3%。
3.如权利要求1所述的真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤B中的浴比为1:(35-50)。
4.如权利要求1所述的真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述的酸性蛋白酶的浓度为0.001-0.003%。
5.如权利要求1所述的真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述的硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛的浓度分别为0.1-0.2%和0.2-0.5%。
6.如权利要求1所述的真丝防晒服面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、在水槽中加入清水,调节PH值到5.5-6.0,放入真丝欧根纱面料,浸泡后晾干;
B、在染缸中加入水、匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料,调节pH值到5.5-6.0,升温至55℃,将面料放入染缸中,在55℃下连续运转45分钟;再加入酸性蛋白酶,3.5分钟升温至100℃,最后加入硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛,保温12分钟;
C、对经过步骤B染色的面料进行水洗;
D、在烘干房中对面料进行低温柔和烘干;
所述的步骤B中,匀染剂、微胶囊香味整理剂和染料的加入量分别为0.2%、0.03%、0.8%;
所述的步骤B中的浴比为1:40;
所述的酸性蛋白酶的浓度为0.0025%;
所述的硅烷改性聚氨酯粘结剂和微米级二氧化钛的浓度分别为0.15%和0.3%;所述的微米级二氧化钛的粒径为20-50微米。
