本发明涉及一种青柠檬洗车液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤1)将纯净水加热至沸腾;2)加入皂化液与石蜡,并趁热迅速搅拌,使它们与纯净水完全融合;3)皂化液跟石蜡与纯净水完全融合后,再加入青柠檬精油,环氧乙烷,羧甲基纤维素,硅油,氨基三乙醇;4)将所有原料搅拌均匀后静置至常温,便制成了洗车液;5)对制好的洗车液进行消毒,灌装后,即可以上市销售。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗车液的生产方法,具体来说涉及一种青柠檬洗车液的生产方法。
背景技术
我国现在汽车的保有量非常大,并且每年还呈现持续增长的态势,因此汽车的后期保养市场非常庞大,车辆不管是长期行驶还是长期闲置,都会在表面产生浮灰和油污,如果长期不清理,不仅对车漆会产生结构性的破坏,还使车辆外观变得破旧没有光泽,因此研制出一种既能去除油污灰尘又不会破坏车漆的洗车液就显得非常迫切。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种青柠檬洗车液的生产方法,相比传统工艺,本法工艺简单,造价低廉,不但具有较强的去油去污能力,还不会对车漆造成损害,非常适合长期使用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种青柠檬洗车液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 将纯净水加热至沸腾;
2)加入皂化液与石蜡,并趁热迅速搅拌,使它们与纯净水完全融合;
3)皂化液跟石蜡与纯净水完全融合后,再加入青柠檬精油,环氧乙烷,羧甲基纤维素,硅油,氨基三乙醇;
4)将所有原料搅拌均匀后静置至常温,便制成了洗车液;
5)对制好的洗车液进行消毒,灌装后,即可以上市销售。
作为本发明的一种改进,每制成100份青柠檬洗车液所需材料配比为:皂化液11-12份,青柠檬精油9-10,石蜡6-7份,环氧乙烷8-9份,羧甲基纤维素7-8份,硅油11-12份,氨基三乙醇5-6份,纯净水55-56份。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述步骤1中加热温度应控制在145—150度。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下,1)本法采用新的工艺,所制洗车液酸碱度低,长期使用不会对车漆造成损害,非常适合于用在高级汽车的清洗保洁上;2)本品所含青柠檬精油成分,在清洗过车辆后,会在车壳表面留下淡淡的青柠檬香味,这种香味会减少蚊虫对车表面的附着,使车壳长时间干净清爽。

为了加深对本发明的理解和认识,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做出进一步的说明和介绍。
实施例1:
一种青柠檬洗车液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 将纯净水加热至沸腾;
2)加入皂化液与石蜡,并趁热迅速搅拌,使它们与纯净水完全融合;
3)皂化液跟石蜡与纯净水完全融合后,再加入青柠檬精油,环氧乙烷,羧甲基纤维素,硅油,氨基三乙醇;
4)将所有原料搅拌均匀后静置至常温,便制成了洗车液;
5)对制好的洗车液进行消毒,灌装后,即可以上市销售。
作为本发明的一种改进,每制成100份青柠檬洗车液所需材料配比为:皂化液11-12份,青柠檬精油9-10,石蜡6-7份,环氧乙烷8-9份,羧甲基纤维素7-8份,硅油11-12份,氨基三乙醇5-6份,纯净水55-56份。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述步骤1中加热温度应控制在145—150度。

1.一种青柠檬洗车液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 将纯净水加热至沸腾;
2)加入皂化液与石蜡,并趁热迅速搅拌,使它们与纯净水完全融合;
3)皂化液跟石蜡与纯净水完全融合后,再加入青柠檬精油,环氧乙烷,羧甲基纤维素,硅油,氨基三乙醇;
4)将所有原料搅拌均匀后静置至常温,便制成了洗车液;
5)对制好的洗车液进行消毒,灌装后,即可以上市销售。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于,每制成100份青柠檬洗车液所需材料配比为:皂化液11-12份,青柠檬精油9-10,石蜡6-7份,环氧乙烷8-9份,羧甲基纤维素7-8份,硅油11-12份,氨基三乙醇5-6份,纯净水55-56份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的青柠檬洗车液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中加热温度应控制在145—150度。
