本发明光固化领域,尤其是一种光固化抗老化油墨,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂15~25份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂20~30份、颜料5~15份、活性稀释剂5~15份、石墨烯3~8份、光引发剂2~6份、抗老化剂2~6份、助剂1~4份。产品具有良好的抗老化功能。

一种光固化抗老化油墨
技术领域
本发明涉及光固化领域,尤其是一种光固化抗老化油墨。
背景技术
由于能够生产经济的、高质量、彩色的印刷品,除了家用和办公室使用以外,喷墨技术已经将其应用扩大到高速、商业和工业印刷。该技术是无压印刷方法,其中电子信号控制并指引能够被沉积到各种各样的基材上的墨滴或墨水流。用在这样的技术中的油墨可为液体分散体、溶液或乳剂,并可包括油基油墨、非水性溶剂类油墨、水基油墨和固体油墨。目前喷墨印刷技术包括通过热喷、压电式压力或震动促使油墨滴穿过小喷嘴到介质的表面上。然后,例如通过加热或使用加压气流干燥被沉积的墨滴,或让它在环境条件下干燥。
近来,通过辐射固化油墨变得流行。在这些情况下,使用特殊的油墨,并通过暴露于辐射源而固化图像。这样的可辐射固化(或光固化)油墨的使用和固化方法迅速地成为已建立的常规干燥方法的替代方案。
在长期的使用过程中,油墨表面会不断的积累细菌等有害物质,危害人体健康。
发明内容
本发明针对上述情况提出了一种光固化抗老化油墨,具有良好的抗老化性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为,一种光固化抗老化油墨,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂15~25份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂20~30份、颜料5~15份、活性稀释剂5~15份、石墨烯3~8份、光引发剂2~6份、抗老化剂2~6份、助剂1~4份。
作为优选,一种光固化抗老化油墨,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂20份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂25份、颜料10份、活性稀释剂10份、石墨烯5份、光引发剂4份、抗老化剂4份、助剂3份。
所述的助剂为防沉剂、消泡剂、助溶剂的一种或多种组合。
本发明所述的光固化油墨采用双酚A型环氧树脂与聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂为原料,具有粘结性与耐候性强的特点,同时本身的抗老化性能强,加入抗老化剂进一步加强产品抗老化性能,加入石墨烯,附着力更加牢固,更具有超耐久性,使得涂料耐擦洗,抗裂纹。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:一种光固化抗老化油墨,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂20份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂25份、颜料10份、活性稀释剂10份、石墨烯5份、光引发剂4份、抗老化剂4份、防沉剂1份、消泡剂0.5份、助溶剂1.5份。
实施例2:一种光固化抗老化油墨,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂15份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂20份、颜料5份、活性稀释剂5份、石墨烯3份、光引发剂2份、抗老化剂2份、防沉剂1份。
实施例3:一种光固化抗老化油墨,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂25份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂30份、颜料15份、活性稀释剂15份、石墨烯8份、光引发剂6份、抗老化剂6份、助溶剂3份、消泡剂1份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光固化抗老化油墨,其特征在于,其原料按重量份计为:双酚A型环氧树脂20份、聚氨酯改性丙烯酸树脂25份、颜料10份、活性稀释剂10份、石墨烯5份、光引发剂4份、抗老化剂4份、助剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种光固化抗老化油墨,其特征在于:所述的助剂为防沉剂、消泡剂、助溶剂的一种或多种组合。
