技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,具体属于一种抗紫外线光伏电缆料。
背景技术
在国家光伏产业的迅速发展的背景下,光伏电缆工程的迅速发展,对光伏电缆保护提出的更高要求,电缆保护套是保护电线和电缆最常用的一种电绝缘管。因为具有绝缘性能良好、化学稳定性高、不生锈、不老化、可适应苛刻环境而被广泛得以应用。电缆护套材料不仅需要有优良的物理性能,如拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等,同时还需要拥有良好的阻燃性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗紫外线光伏电缆料,达到安全、环保、同时有
效抗紫外线的功能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗紫外线光伏电缆料,各原料以重量份计如下:废旧轮胎下脚料颗粒25-30份、聚乙烯发泡棉5-8份、鳞片石墨5-10份、磷酸钙2-3份、烟片胶10-13份、防老剂1-2份、钛白粉12-15份、聚氯乙烯树脂15-20份、增韧剂2-4份、聚酯纤维面料6-8份、硅油0.8-1.5份、铝粉0.6-0.8份、润滑剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂1-2份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将废旧轮胎下脚料颗粒、聚氯乙烯树脂、烟片胶放入溶胶釜中,温度控制在130-150℃,在转速80-100 r /min下,加入氢氧化铝阻燃剂、防老剂,使之溶解,然后进行搅拌混合均匀,得到主料备用;
(2)将聚乙烯发泡棉、鳞片石墨、磷酸钙、铝粉、钛白粉、聚酯纤维面料加入混合机中进行混合,然后加热至80-90℃,搅拌时间为20-30min,继续加温到110~120℃后再加入润滑剂搅拌均匀后冷却至45℃出料;
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与硅油、增韧剂、消泡剂混合,混炼15-20分钟后,将混合好的物料送入造粒机的加料斗中,从造粒机中挤出的物料经水冷、切粒、过筛、干燥后,即为电缆料。

本发明采用废旧轮胎下脚料、聚乙烯发泡棉与PVC树脂相容性好,制作的电缆料挥发性低、迁移性小。同时兼具废料重新利用的功能,具有优良的热稳定性和光稳定性,耐水性和抗紫外线性亦佳,可赋予制品良好的机械强度、耐候性及电性能,且无毒性,安全、环保。
具体实施方式
一种抗紫外线光伏电缆料,各原料以重量份计如下:废旧轮胎下脚料颗粒28份、聚乙烯发泡棉7份、鳞片石墨8份、磷酸钙2.5份、烟片胶12份、防老剂1.5份、钛白粉13份、聚氯乙烯树脂18份、增韧剂3份、聚酯纤维面料7份、硅油1.2份、铝粉0.7份、润滑剂2份、消泡剂1.5份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂1.5份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将废旧轮胎下脚料颗粒、聚氯乙烯树脂、烟片胶放入溶胶釜中,温度控制在140℃,在转速900 r /min下,加入氢氧化铝阻燃剂、防老剂,使之溶解,然后进行搅拌混合均匀,得到主料备用;
(2)将聚乙烯发泡棉、鳞片石墨、磷酸钙、铝粉、钛白粉、聚酯纤维面料加入混合机中进行混合,然后加热至85℃,搅拌时间为25min,继续加温到115℃后再加入润滑剂搅拌均匀后冷却至45℃出料;
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)中得到的产物与硅油、增韧剂、消泡剂混合,混炼18分钟后,将混合好的物料送入造粒机的加料斗中,从造粒机中挤出的物料经水冷、切粒、过筛、干燥后,即为电缆料。

1.一种抗紫外线光伏电缆料,其特征在于,各原料以重量份计如下:废旧轮胎下脚料颗粒25-30份、聚乙烯发泡棉5-8份、鳞片石墨5-10份、磷酸钙2-3份、烟片胶10-13份、防老剂1-2份、钛白粉12-15份、聚氯乙烯树脂15-20份、增韧剂2-4份、聚酯纤维面料6-8份、硅油0.8-1.5份、铝粉0.6-0.8份、润滑剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂1-2份;
该电缆料具体的制作方法是:
(1)将废旧轮胎下脚料颗粒、聚氯乙烯树脂、烟片胶放入溶胶釜中,温度控制在130-150℃,在转速80-100 r /min下,加入氢氧化铝阻燃剂、防老剂,使之溶解,然后进行搅拌混合均匀,得到主料备用;

废旧轮胎下脚料颗粒28份、聚乙烯发泡棉7份、鳞片石墨8份、磷酸钙2.5份、烟片胶12份、防老剂1.5份、钛白粉13份、聚氯乙烯树脂18份、增韧剂3份、聚酯纤维面料7份、硅油1.2份、铝粉0.7份、润滑剂2份、消泡剂1.5份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂1.5份。
