Abstract
本发明公开了一种化工污水处理前置式除臭装置,包括搅拌罐本体,所述搅拌罐本体上端设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过减速机与转轴相连,所述转轴延伸至搅拌罐本体内且转轴底端设置有锚式搅拌桨,所述转轴中部设置有螺旋形消泡桨叶,所述转轴上部对称设置有两根消泡横轴,所述消泡横轴上设置有多个消泡锯齿;所述搅拌罐本体左侧上端设置有进水管,所述搅拌罐本体右侧下端设置有出水管。本发明结构设计简单合理,使用方便,通过多重搅拌和消泡作用使得污水内的臭气充分逸出,并通过活性炭吸附装置吸附有害异味物质后排出,避免臭气影响周边环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除臭装置,具体是一种化工污水处理前置式除臭装置。
背景技术
随着水污染情况的不断加剧,使得污水处理和再生行业受到空前的关注。现有的化工污水往往会伴有臭气,这些臭气主要是一些硫化合物、氮化合物等,主要来自腐化污水和污泥,具确强烈的刺激性异味,对人体的危害极大,可经呼吸道、眼、皮肤等不同途径进入人体,使人头昏难受,长期置身其中,对人体的神经系统损害极大。
因此就需要一种除臭的化工污水处理设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化工污水处理前置式除臭装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种化工污水处理前置式除臭装置,包括搅拌罐本体,所述搅拌罐本体上端设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过减速机与转轴相连,所述转轴延伸至搅拌罐本体内且转轴底端设置有锚式搅拌桨,所述转轴中部设置有螺旋形消泡桨叶,所述转轴上部对称设置有两根消泡横轴,所述消泡横轴上设置有多个消泡锯齿;所述搅拌罐本体左侧上端设置有进水管,所述搅拌罐本体右侧下端设置有出水管;所述搅拌罐本体右侧上端设置有排气管,所述排气管上依次设置有引风机及活性炭吸附装置,所述活性炭吸附装置内设置有多个间隔布置的活性炭吸附块。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述螺旋形消泡桨叶与转轴为可拆卸连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述活性炭吸附块外包覆有防漏网。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:设置锚式搅拌桨,搅拌底部污水,搅拌效果好;设置螺旋形消泡桨叶,在高速转动时其产生的离心力会使的污水向斜上方高速翻动,达到了搅拌的目的,带动污水翻动,搅拌效果好,而且高速翻动污水会起到破碎部分气泡的作用,达到消除气泡的作用,使得臭气排出充分;污水向上翻动使遇到消泡横轴上的消泡锯齿,会被进一步破碎,从而进一步完成消泡;搅拌排出的臭气会在搅拌罐本体上端集中并被引风机引出,通入到活性炭吸附装置内,经多次活性炭吸附块吸附异味成分后从排气管排出。
综上所述,本发明结构设计简单合理,使用方便,通过多重搅拌和消泡作用使得污水内的臭气充分逸出,并通过活性炭吸附装置吸附有害异味物质后排出,避免臭气影响周边环境。

请参阅图1,一种化工污水处理前置式除臭装置,包括搅拌罐本体1,所述搅拌罐本体1上端设置有驱动电机10,所述驱动电机10通过减速机9与转轴8相连,所述转轴8延伸至搅拌罐本体1内且转轴8底端设置有锚式搅拌桨6,所述转轴8中部设置有螺旋形消泡桨叶4,所述转轴8上部对称设置有两根消泡横轴2,所述消泡横轴2上设置有多个消泡锯齿3;所述搅拌罐本体1左侧上端设置有进水管7,所述搅拌罐本体1右侧下端设置有出水管5;所述搅拌罐本体1右侧上端设置有排气管14,所述排气管14上依次设置有引风机11及活性炭吸附装置12,所述活性炭吸附装置12内设置有多个间隔布置的活性炭吸附块13。
本发明的工作原理是:设置锚式搅拌桨6,搅拌底部污水,搅拌效果好;设置螺旋形消泡桨叶4,在高速转动时其产生的离心力会使的污水向斜上方高速翻动,达到了搅拌的目的,带动污水翻动,搅拌效果好,而且高速翻动污水会起到破碎部分气泡的作用,达到消除气泡的作用,使得臭气排出充分;污水向上翻动使遇到消泡横轴2上的消泡锯齿3,会被进一步破碎,从而进一步完成消泡;搅拌排出的臭气会在搅拌罐本体1上端集中并被引风机11引出,通入到活性炭吸附装置12内,经多次活性炭吸附块13吸附异味成分后从排气管14排出。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种化工污水处理前置式除臭装置,包括搅拌罐本体,其特征在于,所述搅拌罐本体上端设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过减速机与转轴相连,所述转轴延伸至搅拌罐本体内且转轴底端设置有锚式搅拌桨,所述转轴中部设置有螺旋形消泡桨叶,所述转轴上部对称设置有两根消泡横轴,所述消泡横轴上设置有多个消泡锯齿;所述搅拌罐本体左侧上端设置有进水管,所述搅拌罐本体右侧下端设置有出水管;所述搅拌罐本体右侧上端设置有排气管,所述排气管上依次设置有引风机及活性炭吸附装置,所述活性炭吸附装置内设置有多个间隔布置的活性炭吸附块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化工污水处理前置式除臭装置,其特征在于,所述螺旋形消泡桨叶与转轴为可拆卸连接。
