本发明公开了一种治疗瘢痕性脱发的中药，是由中草药汝兰、蒟酱叶、南蛇藤根、追风伞、漆大姑、大驳骨丹、荭草、吹风散、刺萆薢、扶芳藤、天香炉、蚌壳草根、铜锤玉带草、琴叶榕、柳枝、还亮草、山马蝗组成。本发明以纯天然的中草药为原料，标本兼治，疗效确切、无毒副作用，不易复发。

本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗瘢痕性脱发的中药。
背景技术
瘢痕性脱发是指突然发生于身体毛发部位的局限性脱发，毛囊上皮被结缔组织代替，从而产生永久性秃发。该病中医称“鬼舐头”、“油风”。临床表现为突然发生于身体毛发部位的局限性脱发，毛囊上皮被结缔组织代替，从而产生永久性秃发。症状类似斑秃，但患部皮肤萎缩，毛发不能再生，表面有岛屿状正常毛发束，损害周缘有细狭的红晕带，毛发无松动现象。脱发由发际开始，逐渐向上蔓延，严重时仅沿血管径路残留片状或线状毛发。除脱发外兼有麻风其他损害及感觉异常。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新的治疗瘢痕性脱发的中药，以纯天然的中草药为原料，标本兼治，疗效确切、无毒副作用，不易复发。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。一种治疗瘢痕性脱发的中药，是由中草药汝兰、蒟酱叶、南蛇藤根、追风伞、漆大姑、大驳骨丹、荭草、吹风散、刺萆薢、扶芳藤、天香炉、蚌壳草根、铜锤玉带草、琴叶榕、柳枝、还亮草、山马蝗组成。
单剂药量为汝兰10 g、蒟酱叶10 g、南蛇藤根15 g、追风伞10 g、漆大姑15 g、大驳骨丹12 g、荭草8 g、吹风散8 g、刺萆薢12 g、扶芳藤15 g、天香炉12 g、蚌壳草根15 g、铜锤玉带草8 g、琴叶榕15 g、柳枝12 g、还亮草8 g、山马蝗5g。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7 天为一疗程。
各中药的药理作用
汝兰：祛风除湿、清热解毒，主治风湿关节痛、中暑、痢疾、痈疖疮毒；蒟酱叶：祛风燥湿、杀虫止痒，主治风寒咳嗽、胃痛、风毒脚气、子肿、疥癞、湿疹、脚癣、烫伤；南蛇藤根：祛风胜湿、行气散血、消肿解毒，主治风湿筋骨疼痛、跌打损伤、痧气呕吐腹痛、痈疽肿毒；追风伞：祛风、活血，主治风湿痹痛、半身不遂、跌打损伤、小儿惊风；漆大姑：驱风利湿、散瘀、止血、消肿，主治急性胃肠炎、痢疾、风湿关节痛、跌打损伤、创伤出血、漆疮、湿疹、皮炎；大驳骨丹：活血、祛风湿，主治跌打损伤、风湿痹痛、肺痈、乳痈；荭草：治风湿性关节炎、疟疾、疝气、脚气、疮肿；吹风散：祛风湿、和肠胃、行气上痛，主治感冒、风湿痹痛、腹泻、呕吐、跌打损伤；刺萆薢：祛风利湿、解疮毒，主治风湿筋骨疼痛、淋浊、梅毒、臁疮、皮肤过敏、湿疹；扶芳藤：舒筋活络、止血消瘀，主治腰肌劳损、风湿痹痛、咯血、血崩、月经不调、跌打骨折、创伤出血；天香炉：祛风化湿、止血消瘀，主治咳嗽、哮喘、痢疾、泄泻、吐血、咯血、便血、经闭、疳积、风湿骨痛、跌打损伤；蚌壳草根：退热除湿、消疳、止咳，主治高热不退、感冒、风湿性关节炎、痛经、小儿疳积、腹泻、消化不良；铜锤玉带草：祛风利湿、活血、解毒，主治风湿疼痛、跌打损伤、乳痈、无名肿毒；琴叶榕：祛风理湿、和瘀通乳，主治黄疸、疟疾、痛经、乳痈、腰背酸痛、跌打损伤；柳枝：祛风、利尿、止痛、消肿，主治风湿痹痛、淋病、白浊、小便不通、传染性肝炎、风肿、疔疮、丹毒、齿龋、龈肿；还亮草：祛风、理湿、解毒、止痛，主治风湿骨痛、半身不遂、痈疮、癣癞；山马蝗：祛风湿、散瘀、消肿，主治哮喘、风湿痛、崩中带下、乳痈、跌打损伤。
