随着人们对保健食品的重视,具有保健功能的饮品茶越来越成为人们日常饮品。因此,保健饮料特别是天然的保健饮料开发程度越来越高,现市场上有各种以中草药为主要原料制造的植物饮料,但目前为止,尚未出现以茅根、苍术、山楂、黄芪、绞股蓝、钩藤、蒲公英、决明子、芦根、玉竹、淡竹叶、枸杞子为原料的清热清热解暑保健饮料。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种清热解暑保健饮料及其制备方法,该饮料具有清热祛湿、消暑降温、利火通便、生津止渴之功效。

实验例
一、安全性试验
实验动物与环境:清洁级SD大鼠。实验期间实验环境温度20-25℃,湿度40-58%。
小鼠急性毒性试验:选用体重为18g-22g的健康SD大鼠20只,雌雄各半。分别取实施例1-3制备的饮料按100mL/kg·bw剂量,间隔3小时分两次经口灌胃,每次灌胃体积为0.5mL/10g·bw。灌胃后连续观察两周,记录中毒表现及死亡情况。
30天喂养试验:选择初断乳的SD大鼠随机分为三组,即对照组及实施例1-3受试组,每组20只,雌雄各半。对照组予以等体积的蒸馏水。分别给以受试动物灌胃,每天灌胃一次,灌胃体积为5mL/100g·bw,连续30天。各组动物均喂以普通饲料,笼内喂养,自由饮食、饮水。
检验结果:
30天喂养试验结果:实验组经口灌胃30天,试验期间,动物生长发育良好,各剂量组体重、增重、食物利用率、血常规指标、血生化指标、脏器系数与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。大体解剖和组织病理检查未见与样品有关的异常改变。提示送检样品30天喂养对大鼠各项观察指标未产生明显毒副作用。
二、临床实验
随机选择门诊病例90例为治疗组,女性50例,男性40例,其中便秘40例,腹部饱胀消化不良不适30例,口腔异味20例,口唇生疮10例,随机分成3组,每组各30人。3组在年龄、病程、病情等方面经统计学处理,无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。
治疗方法:第一组服用实施例1制备的清热解暑保健饮料,每次250ml,每天三次;
第二组服用实施例2制备的清热解暑保健饮料,每次250mL,每天三次;
第三组服用实施例3制备的清热解暑保健饮料,每次250mL,每天三次。
疗效判定标准
显效:使用后5天以内临床症状及大部分体征消失。
有效:使用后5天以内症状减轻,1周以内临床症状及部分体征消失。
无效:使用5天内无变化者。

Claims (6)
1.一种清热解暑保健饮料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:茅根6~12份、苍术6~16份、山楂6~16份、黄芪6~16份、绞股蓝10~20份、钩藤10~20份、蒲公英6~12份、决明子6~16份、芦根5~10份、玉竹10~20份、淡竹叶5~15份、枸杞子6~12份和水1000~2000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清热解暑保健饮料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:茅根9份、苍术10份、山楂11份、黄芪10份、绞股蓝15份、钩藤15份、蒲公英9份、决明子11份、芦根7份、玉竹15份、淡竹叶10份、枸杞子9份和水1500份。
3.一种清热解暑保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)准备以下重量份数的原料:茅根6~12份、苍术6~16份、山楂6~16份、黄芪6~16份、绞股蓝10~20份、钩藤10~20份、蒲公英6~12份、决明子6~16份、芦根5~10份、玉竹10~20份、淡竹叶5~15份、枸杞子6~12份,混合均匀后,粉碎,得到原料粉;
(2)将步骤(1)所得原料粉置于容器中,加入1000~2000份水,加热至80~90℃,保持30~50min,冷却至常温,40~60目滤布粗滤,再100~200目滤布过滤,灭菌,灌装,即得所述清热解暑保健饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种清热解暑保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述各原料的重量份数分别为:茅根9份、苍术10份、山楂11份、黄芪10份、绞股蓝15份、钩藤15份、蒲公英9份、决明子11份、芦根7份、玉竹15份、淡竹叶10份、枸杞子9份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种清热解暑保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述水的重量份数为1500份,所述加热的温度为85℃,所述保持的时间为40min。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种清热解暑保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述灭菌的方式为钴60灭菌8~10min。
