Abstract

本发明公开了一种树葡萄的栽培方法,包括以下步骤:插穗的选择和处理:选取树葡萄的茎作为插穗,对插穗消毒,消毒后的插穗浸泡在促进根生长液;插扦:将浸泡后的插穗插扦至基质中,移植:3~4个月后插穗生根即可移植;定植:待育苗袋中插穗的高度高于40cm时进行定植;在树葡萄插扦用促进根生长液浸泡,并在插扦至由泥炭土、河沙、草木灰组成基质中,保持其适合生长的湿度、温度和pH值,促进插穗生根;生根后的插穗移植到由沙土、秸秆灰、活性炭、蔗糖、有机肥和氯氰菊酯组成的育苗袋中,在育苗袋中的活性炭、蔗糖等成分利于根部继续生长,氯氰菊酯防止虫害破坏其根部,有机肥增加了其生长所需养分,使在育苗袋中的插穗的成活率大大提高。

一种树葡萄的栽培方法
技术领域
本发明属于植物栽培领域,特别尤其涉及一种树葡萄的栽培方法。
背景技术
树葡萄,学名叫嘉宝果,属于桃金娘科拟香桃木属,为热带亚热带常绿乔木或灌木,原产于巴西。树葡萄为茎生花植物,在同一株树上花中有果,果中有花,熟果中有青果,这种奇特的熟果、青果、花夹杂生长的现象颇为少见。树葡萄不仅具有良好的经济效益前景,还具有很高的观赏价值,并能净化空气,是难得的优良树种,其适应性广,抗逆性强,我国南北大部分地区均可栽培,极有发展前途。嘉宝果是一种典型的难发根物种,扦插不易存活,本发明的意旨在于提供一种成活率高的树葡萄插扦栽培方法。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种成活率高的树葡萄的栽培方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种树葡萄的栽培方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)插穗的选择和处理:选取2年生的树葡萄茎作为插穗,用浓度为1.0%的高锰酸钾对插穗消毒,消毒后的插穗浸泡在促进根生长液中30~40min,所述促进生长液的组份及重量比为:IAA0.5~1.5份、GA31~2份、NAA1~2.5份、蔗糖15~30份、琼脂4~8份和水1000份;
(2)插扦:将浸泡后的插穗插扦至基质中,插扦深度为6~8cm;所述基质是由泥炭土、河沙、草木灰按照重量比5:5:1混合制成,保持基质的相对湿度为80~90%,温度为22~30℃,pH值为6.0~6.5;
(3)移植:插扦后的插穗需要定期浇水,3~4个月后插穗生根即可移植至育苗袋中;
(4)定植:待育苗袋中插穗的高度高于40cm时进行定植。
上述方案中(1)步骤中所述插穗的茎粗为0.4~0.7cm,高度为12~16cm。
上述方案中(3)步骤中所述育苗袋中装有如下重量份的原料:沙土80~100份、秸秆灰30~50份、活性炭20~30份、蔗糖10~15份、有机肥10~15份和氯氰菊酯5~10份,保持育苗袋的相对湿度为70~80%,温度为22~30℃,pH值为6.0~6.5。
本发明具有的有益效果:
本发明通过在树葡萄插扦时用促进根生长液亲宝并在插扦至由泥炭土、河沙、草木灰组成基质中,通过采用适当的温度、湿度和pH值,可促进其生根;将生根后的插穗移植到由沙土、秸秆灰、活性炭、蔗糖、有机肥和氯氰菊酯组成的育苗到中,可促进其根部继续生长,并防止虫害破坏其根部,同时提供其生长所需的养分,使在育苗袋中的插穗的成活率大大提高。
以下所示实施例的具体实施方式,对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种树葡萄的栽培方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)插穗的选择和处理:选取2年生的树葡萄的茎作为插穗,用浓度为1.0%的高锰酸钾对插穗消毒,消毒后的插穗浸泡在促进根生长液中30min,所述促进生长液的组份及重量比为:IAA0.5份、GA31份、NAA1份、蔗糖15份、琼脂4份和水1000份;所述插穗的茎粗为0.4cm,高度为12cm;
(2)插扦:将浸泡后的插穗插扦至基质中,插扦深度为6cm;所述基质是由泥炭土、河沙、草木灰按照重量比5:5:1混合制成,保持基质的相对湿度为80%,温度为22℃,pH值为6.0;
(3)移植:插扦后的插穗需要定期浇水,3~4个月后插穗生根即可移植至育苗袋中,其生根率为70%,所述育苗袋的组分及含量为:沙土80份、秸秆灰30份、活性炭20份、蔗糖10份、有机肥10份和氯氰菊酯5份,保持育苗袋的相对湿度为70%,温度为22℃,pH值为6.0;移植3个月后成活率为80%。
(4)定植:待育苗袋中插穗的高度高于40cm时进行定植。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种树葡萄的栽培方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)插穗的选择和处理:选取2年生的树葡萄的茎作为插穗,用浓度为1.0%的高锰酸钾对插穗消毒,消毒后的插穗浸泡在促进根生长液中35min,所述促进生长液的组份及重量比为:IAA1份、GA31.5份、NAA1.5份、蔗糖25份、琼脂6份和水1000份;所述插穗的茎粗为0.5cm,高度为14cm;
(2)插扦:将浸泡后的插穗插扦至基质中,插扦深度为7cm;所述基质是由泥炭土、河沙、草木灰按照重量比5:5:1混合制成,保持基质的相对湿度为85%,温度为25℃,pH值为6.0;
(3)移植:插扦后的插穗需要定期浇水,3~4个月后插穗生根即可移植,插穗的生根率为82%,将生根后的插穗移植至育苗袋中;所述育苗袋的组分及含量为:沙土90份、秸秆灰40份、活性炭25份、蔗糖12份、有机肥12份和氯氰菊酯8份,保持育苗袋的相对湿度为75%,温度为25℃,pH值为6.0;移植3个月后的成活率为91%;
(4)定植:待育苗袋中插穗的高度高于40cm时进行定植。
实施例3
本实施例提供的一种树葡萄的栽培方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)插穗的选择和处理:选取2年生的树葡萄的茎作为插穗,用浓度为1.0%的高锰酸钾对插穗消毒,消毒后的插穗浸泡在促进根生长液中35min,所述促进生长液的组份及重量比为:IAA1.5份、GA32份、NAA2.5份、蔗糖30份、琼脂8份和水1000份;所述插穗的茎粗为0.7cm,高度为16cm;
(2)插扦:将浸泡后的插穗插扦至基质中,插扦深度为8cm;所述基质是由泥炭土、河沙、草木灰按照重量比5:5:1混合制成,保持基质的相对湿度为90%,温度为30℃,pH值为6.5;
(3)移植:插扦后的插穗需要定期浇水,3~4个月后插穗生根即可移植,插穗的生根率为73%,将生根后的插穗移植至育苗袋中;所述育苗袋的组分及含量为:沙土100份、秸秆灰50份、活性炭30份、蔗糖15份、有机肥15份和氯氰菊酯10份,保持育苗袋的相对湿度为80%,温度为30℃,pH值为6.5;移植3个月后的成活率为86%;
(4)定植:待育苗袋中插穗的高度高于40cm时进行定植。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种树葡萄的栽培方法与实施例2步骤相同,仅将其所述促进生长液的组份及重量比为:IAA0.5份、GA31份、NAA1份、蔗糖15份、琼脂4份和水1000份;其插穗的生根率为72,移植后的成活率为87%。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种树葡萄的栽培方法与实施例2步骤相同,仅将其所述育苗袋的组分及含量为:沙土100份、秸秆灰50份、活性炭30份、蔗糖15份、有机肥15份和氯氰菊酯10份,保持育苗袋的相对湿度为80%,温度为30℃,pH值为6.5;插穗的生根率为83%,移植3个月后的成活率为85%。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种树葡萄的栽培方法与实施例2步骤相同,将其将其所述促进生长液的组份及重量比为:IAA0.5份、GA31份、NAA1份、蔗糖15份、琼脂4份和水1000份;所述育苗袋的组分及含量为:沙土100份、秸秆灰50份、活性炭30份、蔗糖15份、有机肥15份和氯氰菊酯10份,保持育苗袋的相对湿度为80%,温度为30℃,pH值为6.5;插穗的生根率为72%,移植3个月后的成活率为79%。

Claims (3)

1.一种树葡萄的栽培方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)插穗的选择和处理:选取2年生的树葡萄茎作为插穗,用浓度为1.0%的高锰酸钾对插穗消毒,消毒后的插穗浸泡在促进根生长液中30~40min,所述促进生长液的组份及重量比为:IAA0.5~1.5份、GA31~2份、NAA1~2.5份、蔗糖15~30份、琼脂4~8份和水1000份;
(2)插扦:将浸泡后的插穗插扦至基质中,插扦深度为6~8cm;所述基质是由泥炭土、河沙、草木灰按照重量比5:5:1混合制成,保持基质的相对湿度为80~90%,温度为22~30℃,pH值为6.0~6.5;
(3)移植:插扦后的插穗需要定期浇水,3~4个月后插穗生根即可移植至育苗袋中;
(4)定植:待育苗袋中插穗的高度高于40cm时进行定植。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树葡萄的栽培方法,其特征在于:(1)步骤中所述插穗的茎粗为0.4~0.7cm,高度为12~16cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的树葡萄的栽培方法,其特征在于:(3)步骤中所述育苗袋中装有如下重量份的原料:沙土80~100份、秸秆灰30~50份、活性炭20~30份、蔗糖10~15份、有机肥10~15份和氯氰菊酯5~10份,保持育苗袋中相对湿度为70~80%,温度为22~30℃,pH值为6.0~6.5。
