Since the voice consultation information includes: one or two or more kinds of voice question information in user identity voice question information, authentication code question information and user setting voice question information, and only at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information is determined as the voice consultation information, so that in another embodiment of the disclosure, when the voice answer information is determined not to be matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identification, the method further comprises the following steps: and re-determining the current voice consultation information corresponding to the user identification until the voice consultation information set by the second instant messaging user is alternated.
For example: the voice consultation information corresponding to the user identifier to be added carried in the friend adding request information comprises a study calendar, a user work unit and an agreed verification code, and the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier is university subjects, a first work unit and 123456. And the voice consultation information determined by the server is a study calendar. Therefore, voice question answering can be carried out for multiple times, the shielding probability of effective instant messaging users is reduced, and user experience is further improved.
Terminal side
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an instant messaging method according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, including the following steps S201 to S203:
in step S201, add friend request information is sent to the server, where the add friend request information carries a user identifier to be added.
In instant messaging, a first instant messaging user may need to perform instant messaging with a second instant messaging user who is not in a friend relationship, so that the first instant messaging user needs to be in a friend relationship with the second instant messaging user, namely, a trusted relationship needs to be established between the first instant messaging user and the second instant messaging user, so that the first instant messaging user initiates the first instant messaging user to add friend adding request information of the second instant messaging user through a corresponding terminal, and at the moment, the second instant messaging user is an instant messaging user to be added. Therefore, the terminal can send friend adding request information to the server, wherein the friend adding request information carries the user identification to be added.
In step S202, the voice consultation information corresponding to the user identifier transmitted by the server is received.
After receiving the friend adding request information, the server can determine the current voice consultation information corresponding to the user identification and send the voice consultation information to the first terminal, so that the terminal can receive the voice consultation information which is sent by the server and corresponds to the user identification.
The server can search the voice consultation information corresponding to the user identification to be added in the corresponding relation between the stored user identification of the instant messaging user and the voice consultation information and the voice answer information, determine at least one piece of voice consultation information in the searched voice consultation information as the voice consultation information, and then send the determined voice consultation information to the terminal.
Or the server sends the friend adding request information to a second terminal corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added; and receiving voice consultation information which is sent by the second terminal and is set by the instant messaging user to be added, determining at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information as the voice consultation information, and sending the determined voice consultation information to the terminal.
In step S203, sending the voice response information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, so as to add the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identifier as a friend when the server determines that the voice response information matches the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier.
After receiving the voice consultation information, the first instant messaging user can reply, so that the terminal can send voice response information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, and the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identification is added as a friend when the server determines that the voice response information is matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identification.
Certainly, in the process of matching by the server, the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier to be added can be searched in the correspondence between the locally stored user identifier of the instant messaging user and the voice consultation information as well as the voice answer information; and through voice recognition, when the found voice answer information is determined to comprise the received voice response information, adding the user identification corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added as a friend.
Or the server can send the voice response information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal matches the voice response information with the voice answer information set by the instant messaging user to be added; and when receiving correct matching information sent by the second terminal, adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identifier as a friend, wherein the correct matching information is sent after the second terminal determines that the set voice answer information contains voice response information through voice recognition.
Therefore, voice question answering can be carried out with the server, and therefore friends of instant messaging can be added through the voice question answering, instant messaging among terminal users can be carried out, the mode of adding the friends of instant messaging is expanded, the efficiency of instant messaging is improved, and user experience is improved.
In this embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal may be a first terminal that initiates a request for adding a friend or a second terminal corresponding to an instant messaging user to be added, but which terminal may perform voice consultation information in the server and set corresponding voice answer information, and therefore, in another embodiment of the present disclosure, the method may further include: and sending the voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user and the voice answer information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, so that the server stores the corresponding relation between the user identification of the instant messaging user and the voice consultation information as well as the voice answer information.
When the terminal is a second terminal corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added and the voice consultation information is determined, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving friend adding request information sent by a server; and sending the voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user to be added to the server, so that the server determines at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
When matching the voice response information, the method may further include: receiving voice response information sent by a server; and when voice recognition is carried out and voice answer information set by the instant messaging user to be added is determined to contain voice response information, sending matching correct information to the server, so that the server adds the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identification as a friend according to the matching correct information.
The following operational flows are grouped into specific embodiments to illustrate the methods provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure.

The server already determines that the relationship between the first instant messaging user and the second instant messaging user is a friend relationship, namely a trustable relationship, so that the first terminal and the second terminal corresponding to the second instant messaging user can perform instant messaging.
Therefore, the instant messaging friends can be added through the voice question and answer, so that instant messaging between terminal users is carried out, and the adding mode of the instant messaging friends is expanded. Moreover, the server stores the voice consultation information set by the second instant messaging user and the corresponding voice answer information, so that matching between voice information is facilitated, the speed of adding friends is further improved, and the efficiency of instant messaging is improved.
In the second embodiment, voice question answering can be performed between the instant messaging users in real time, so that friend verification is performed.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an instant messaging method according to an exemplary embodiment, which includes the following steps S401 to S408, as shown in fig. 4:
in step S401, the first terminal sends friend adding request information to the server, where the friend adding request information carries a user identifier to be added.

The server configures the relationship between the first instant messaging user and the second instant messaging user into a friend relationship, so that the first terminal and the second terminal corresponding to the second instant messaging user perform instant messaging.

Of course, real-time question inquiry and answer can be carried out among the instant messaging users so as to add friends.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating a voice counseling transmission module 520 according to an example embodiment, and as shown in fig. 9, the voice counseling transmission module 520 may include: a request sending submodule 523 and a second determining submodule 524.
The request sending submodule 523 is configured to send the friend adding request information to the second terminal corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added.
The second determining submodule 524 is configured to receive the voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user to be added and sent by the second terminal, and determine at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
Therefore, the current voice consultation information can be directly obtained from the second terminal corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added, so that the method is suitable for flexible and changeable application scenes, the flexibility of instant messaging is improved, and the instant messaging user to be added can randomly set the voice consultation information, so that the experience of the terminal user is improved.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating an addition module 540 according to an example embodiment, and as shown in fig. 10, the addition module 540 may include: an answer sending sub-module 543 and a second configuration sub-module 544.

Fig. 17 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 1200 for controlling a terminal, which is suitable for a terminal device, according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1200 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 17, apparatus 1200 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 1202, memory 1204, power component 1206, multimedia component 1208, audio component 1210, input/output (I/O) interface 1212, sensor component 1214, and communications component 1216.
The processing component 1202 generally controls overall operation of the apparatus 1200, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 1202 may include one or more processors 1220 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 1202 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 1202 and other components. For example, the processing component 1202 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1208 and the processing component 1202.
The memory 1204 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the apparatus 1200. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the device 1200, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1204 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A power supply component 1206 provides power to the various components of the device 1200. Power components 1206 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for apparatus 1200.
The multimedia component 1208 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1200 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of the touch or slide action but also detect a duration point and pressure related to the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1208 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the apparatus 1200 is in an operation mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
Audio component 1210 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 1210 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 1200 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 1204 or transmitted via the communication component 1216. In some embodiments, audio assembly 1210 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1212 provides an interface between the processing component 1202 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 1214 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the apparatus 1200. For example, the sensor assembly 1214 may detect the open/closed state of the device 1200, the relative positioning of the components, such as the display and keypad of the apparatus 1200, the sensor assembly 1214 may also detect a change in the position of the apparatus 1200 or a component of the apparatus 1200, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 1200, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 1200, and a change in the temperature of the apparatus 1200. The sensor assembly 1214 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1214 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1214 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
Communications component 1216 is configured to facilitate communications between apparatus 1200 and other terminals in a wired or wireless manner. The apparatus 1200 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1216 receives the broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 1216 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1200 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as memory 1204 comprising instructions, executable by processor 1220 of apparatus 1200 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, instructions in the storage medium, when executed by a processor of an apparatus 1200, enable the apparatus 1200 to perform the method shown in fig. 2, the method comprising:
sending friend adding request information to a server, wherein the friend adding request information carries a user identifier to be added;
receiving voice consultation information which is sent by the server and corresponds to the user identification;
and sending voice response information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, and adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identifier as a friend when the server determines that the voice response information is matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier.
The method further comprises the following steps:
and sending voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user and voice answer information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, so that the server stores the corresponding relation between the user identification of the instant messaging user and the voice consultation information as well as the voice answer information.
The method further comprises the following steps:
receiving friend adding request information sent by the server;
and sending the voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user to be added to a server, so that the server determines at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
The method further comprises the following steps:
receiving voice response information sent by the server;
and when voice recognition is carried out and the voice answer information set by the instant messaging user to be added is determined to contain the voice response information, sending matching correct information to the server, so that the server adds the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identification as a friend according to the matching correct information.

Claims (25)

1. An instant messaging method, comprising:
receiving friend adding request information sent by a first terminal, wherein the friend adding request information carries a user identifier to be added;
determining voice consultation information corresponding to the user identifier, and sending the voice consultation information to the first terminal;
receiving voice response information corresponding to the voice consultation information and sent by the first terminal;
and when the voice response information is determined to be matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identification, adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identification as a friend.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving the information of the request for adding a buddy sent by the first terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving voice consultation information set by an instant messaging user and voice answer information corresponding to the voice consultation information;
and storing the corresponding relation between the user identification of the instant messaging user, the voice consultation information and the voice answer information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said determining voice advisory information corresponding to said user identification comprises:
searching voice consultation information corresponding to the user identification to be added in the stored corresponding relation;
and determining at least one piece of voice consultation information in the searched voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein when it is determined that the voice response information matches the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier, adding the corresponding to-be-added instant messaging user of the user identifier as a friend comprises:
searching voice answer information corresponding to the user identification to be added according to the stored corresponding relation;
and through voice recognition, when the found voice answer information is determined to comprise the received voice response information, adding the user identification corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added as a friend.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining voice advisory information corresponding to said user identification comprises:
sending the friend adding request information to a second terminal corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added;
and receiving voice consultation information which is sent by the second terminal and set by the instant messaging user to be added, and determining at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein when it is determined that the voice response information matches the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier, adding the corresponding to-be-added instant messaging user of the user identifier as a friend comprises:
sending the voice response information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal matches the voice response information with the voice answer information set by the instant messaging user to be added;
and when receiving correct matching information sent by the second terminal, adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identifier as a friend, wherein the correct matching information is sent after the second terminal determines that the set voice answer information contains the voice response information through voice recognition.
7. The method of claim 2 or 5, wherein the voice consultation information includes: one or two or more of user identity voice question information, authentication code question information and user set voice question information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein when it is determined that the voice response information does not match the voice answer information corresponding to the user identification, the method further comprises:
and re-determining the voice consultation information corresponding to the user identifier until the voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user to be added is alternated.
9. An instant messaging method, comprising:
sending friend adding request information to a server, wherein the friend adding request information carries a user identifier to be added;
receiving voice consultation information which is sent by the server and corresponds to the user identification;
and sending voice response information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, and adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identifier as a friend when the server determines that the voice response information is matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
and sending voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user and voice answer information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, so that the server stores the corresponding relation between the user identification of the instant messaging user and the voice consultation information as well as the voice answer information.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving friend adding request information sent by the server;
and sending the voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user to be added to a server, so that the server determines at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving voice response information sent by the server;
and when voice recognition is carried out and the voice answer information set by the instant messaging user to be added is determined to contain the voice response information, sending matching correct information to the server, so that the server adds the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identification as a friend according to the matching correct information.
13. An instant messaging device, comprising:
the request information receiving module is used for receiving friend adding request information sent by a first terminal, wherein the friend adding request information carries a user identifier to be added;
the voice consultation sending module is used for determining voice consultation information corresponding to the user identification and sending the voice consultation information to the first terminal;
the voice response receiving module is used for receiving voice response information which is sent by the first terminal and corresponds to the voice consultation information;
and the adding module is used for adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identification as a friend when the voice answer information is determined to be matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identification.
14. The device further comprises:
the information receiving module is used for receiving voice consultation information set by an instant messaging user and voice answer information corresponding to the voice consultation information;
and the storage module is used for storing the corresponding relation between the instant messaging user information and the voice consultation information as well as the voice answer information.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the voice consultation transmission module includes:
the first searching submodule is used for searching the voice consultation information corresponding to the user identification to be added in the stored corresponding relation;
and the first determining submodule is used for determining at least one piece of voice consultation information in the searched voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
16. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the adding module comprises:
the second searching submodule is used for searching the voice answer information corresponding to the user identification to be added according to the stored corresponding relation;
and the first configuration submodule is used for adding the user identification corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added as a friend when the found voice answer information is determined to comprise the voice response information through voice recognition.
17. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the voice consultation transmission module includes:
the request sending submodule is used for sending the friend adding request information to a second terminal corresponding to the instant messaging user to be added;
and the second determining submodule is used for receiving the voice consultation information which is sent by the second terminal and is set by the instant messaging user to be added, and determining at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the adding module comprises:
the answer sending submodule is used for sending the voice response information to the second terminal so that the second terminal matches the voice response information with the voice answer information set by the instant messaging user to be added;
and the second configuration submodule is used for adding the corresponding instant messaging user to be added of the user identification as a friend when receiving correct matching information sent by the second terminal, wherein the correct matching information is sent after the second terminal determines that the set voice answer information contains the voice response information through voice recognition.
19. The apparatus of claim 14 or 17, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
a calling module, configured to re-determine the voice consultation information corresponding to the user identifier when it is determined that the voice response information is not matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier, until the voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user to be added is alternated, where the voice consultation information includes: one or two or more of user identity voice question information, authentication code question information and user set voice question information.
20. An instant messaging device, comprising:
the request information sending module is used for sending friend adding request information to the server, wherein the friend adding request information carries the user identification to be added;
the consultation information receiving module is used for receiving the voice consultation information which is sent by the server and corresponds to the user identification;
and the response information sending module is used for sending the voice response information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, and adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identifier as a friend when the server determines that the voice response information is matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the setting and sending module is used for sending voice consultation information set by an instant messaging user and voice answer information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, so that the server stores the corresponding relation between the user identification of the instant messaging user and the voice consultation information as well as the voice answer information.
22. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the friend adding request information receiving module is used for receiving friend adding request information sent by the server;
and the consultation information sending module is used for sending the voice consultation information set by the instant messaging user to be added to a server, so that the server determines at least one piece of voice consultation information in the voice consultation information as the voice consultation information.
23. The apparatus of claim 22, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the response information receiving module is used for receiving the voice response information sent by the server;
and the matching information sending module is used for sending matching correct information to the server when voice recognition is carried out and the voice answer information set by the instant messaging user to be added is determined to contain the voice response information, so that the server adds the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identifier as a friend according to the matching correct information.
24. An instant messaging device for a server, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
receiving friend adding request information sent by a first terminal, wherein the friend adding request information carries a user identifier to be added;
determining voice consultation information corresponding to the user identifier, and sending the voice consultation information to the first terminal;
receiving voice response information corresponding to the voice consultation information and sent by the first terminal;
and when the voice response information is determined to be matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identification, adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identification as a friend.
25. An instant messaging device for a terminal, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
sending friend adding request information to a server, wherein the friend adding request information carries a user identifier to be added;
receiving voice consultation information which is sent by the server and corresponds to the user identification;
and sending voice response information corresponding to the voice consultation information to the server, and adding the instant messaging user to be added corresponding to the user identifier as a friend when the server determines that the voice response information is matched with the voice answer information corresponding to the user identifier.
