FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a candidate contact recommendation method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the candidate contact recommendation method is used in a terminal and a server, as shown in FIG. 2, and includes the following steps:
in step 201, the first terminal sends a call request to the second terminal to the server, and when receiving the call request, the server sends the call request to the second terminal.
The first terminal user can trigger a call initiating operation on the second terminal user on the first terminal, when the first terminal detects the call initiating operation, a call request for the second terminal is sent to the server, and when the server receives the call request, the call request is sent to the second terminal.
The server may be a social application server or a base station server, and the call request initiated by the first terminal may be a call request based on a social application network or a call request based on a mobile communication network of a base station, which is not limited in this embodiment. The call request may be a voice call request or a video call request, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In step 202, when the server determines that the call request is a call request of a preset type, the server obtains an address book of the second terminal.
When the second terminal receives the call request, the second terminal prompts the call request, and at this time, the second terminal user may confirm the call request and make a call with the first terminal user, or the second terminal user may reject the call request, or may ignore the call request. If the second terminal user ignores the call request, the second terminal will automatically reject the call request when the duration of the call request exceeds the preset duration.
In an actual application process, when a first terminal user needs to contact a second terminal user in an emergency, a call request to the second terminal may be initiated many times, and in order to ensure that the first terminal user can contact the second terminal user in the emergency, the server may monitor the call request initiated by the first terminal to the second terminal, and determine whether the call request is a preset type of call request.
The server may determine that the call request is a call request of a preset type when it is determined that the number of times that the first terminal initiates the call request to the second terminal reaches a preset number of times, or determine that the call request is a call request of a preset type when the number of times that the first terminal initiates the call request to the second terminal reaches a preset number of times, or determine that the call request is a call request of a preset type under other conditions, which is not limited in this embodiment.
When the call request is determined to be a preset type of call request, the first terminal user can be considered to have an emergency or an important event to contact the second terminal user, and the server can acquire an address book of the second terminal and recommend a candidate contact of the second terminal for the first terminal according to the address book of the second terminal.
In this embodiment, the server may store the address book of each terminal according to the terminal identifier of each terminal. The terminal identifier is used to uniquely determine a corresponding terminal, and may be a phone number of the terminal, a user account number, or an IMEI (international mobile equipment identity), which is not limited in this embodiment.
The address book includes contact information of at least one contact, and the contact information of each contact may include a terminal identifier of the corresponding contact, and may further include a name, an address, a position, and the like of each contact, which is not limited in this embodiment. In practical application, the second terminal may update the address book according to an operation of adding or deleting a contact by a user, and send the updated address book to the server, so that the server may obtain the updated address book of the second terminal.
In step 203, the server determines candidate contacts of the second terminal according to the address book.
When the server acquires the address book of the second terminal, a candidate contact person can be selected from a plurality of contact persons in the address book, so that the first terminal user can contact with the candidate contact person conveniently.
In this embodiment, the server may determine the candidate contact by using at least one of the following steps (1) - (3):
(1) and the server determines the contact person with the highest contact frequency with the second terminal in the address book as the candidate contact person.
Considering that the contact person with the largest contact frequency with the second terminal in the address book is more familiar with the second terminal user, and the probability of finding the second terminal user according to the contact person with the largest contact frequency is higher, in order to ensure that the second terminal user can be found when the first terminal user contacts the candidate contact person, the server may determine the contact person with the largest contact frequency with the second terminal in the address book as the candidate contact person.
(2) And the server determines candidate contact persons according to the grouping of the first terminal in the address list.
In this embodiment, the address book may include a plurality of groups, and each group includes one or more contacts. Two contacts may be considered to have the same relationship with the second end user when they belong to the same group, and may be considered to have a different relationship with the second end user when they belong to different groups.
The server may determine a group to which the first terminal belongs in the address book as a first group, and then determine a candidate contact of the second terminal from a second group of the address book excluding the first group. The second packet may be any packet different from the first packet, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, the server may also determine candidate contacts based on the current time and the first grouping, taking into account that the contacts of the second end user can be found differently at different times.
For example, when it is determined that the current time is the preset working time and the first group is the family group, it indicates that the first end user is the family of the second end user and wishes to communicate with the second end user during the working time, the server determines the candidate contact from the colleague group of the address book, that is, the colleague of the second end user is recommended to the family of the second end user as the candidate contact, so that the family finds the second end user through the colleague.
When the current time is determined to be the preset rest time and the first group is a colleague group, the first terminal user is indicated to be a colleague of the second terminal user, and the first group and the second group want to communicate with the second terminal user at the rest time, the server determines the candidate contact from the family group of the address book, namely the family of the second terminal user is taken as the candidate contact and recommended to the colleague of the second terminal user, so that the colleague can find the second terminal user through the family.
The preset working time and the preset rest time may be determined by the server according to general work hours and holidays, and if the preset working time may be monday to friday, the preset rest time may be saturday and sunday, which is not limited in this embodiment.
(3) And the server determines candidate contacts according to the current position of the second terminal and the position of each contact in the address list.
The server can locate the second terminal, obtain the current position of the second terminal, locate the terminal of each contact in the address list according to the terminal identifier of each contact in the address list, obtain the current position of each contact, determine the distance between each contact and the second terminal user according to the current position of the second terminal and the current position of each contact in the address list, and determine the contact closest to the second terminal user in the address list as the candidate contact if the contact closest to the second terminal user is considered to be the most likely to find the second terminal user.
The server may perform positioning in a GPS (global positioning system) or mobile phone tracking and positioning manner according to the terminal identifier of each terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, the embodiment is only described by taking the determination of the candidate contact in the above three manners as an example, and in practical applications, the server may also determine the candidate contact by combining two or more of the above three manners. For example, the server determines a first group to which the first terminal belongs in the address book, and determines the contact with the second terminal with the highest contact frequency as the candidate contact in a second group except the first group. The present embodiment does not limit the combination of the above three modes. Alternatively, the candidate contact may also be determined in advance by the second end user, or determined in another manner, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In step 204, the server sends a prompt message to the first terminal, where the prompt message includes the contact information of the candidate contact.
In step 205, the first terminal presents the prompting message when receiving the prompting message.
After determining the candidate contact, the server may obtain the contact information of the candidate contact from the address book, and recommend the contact information to the first terminal.
For example, the server may send a prompt message to the first terminal, the prompt message including the contact information, and the prompt message may be presented when the first terminal receives the prompt message. The first terminal may display the name of the candidate contact, the first group name to which the candidate contact belongs, the phone number of the candidate contact, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And the first terminal can also display a calling option for contacting the candidate contact, when a first terminal user wishes to contact the candidate contact, the first terminal user can trigger the selection operation of the calling option, and when the first terminal detects the selection operation of the calling option, a call request for the candidate contact is sent to the server so as to be convenient for calling with the candidate contact. Thereafter, when the candidate contact is able to find the second end user, the first end user may talk to the second end user on the terminal of the candidate contact. Alternatively, the first end user may request that the candidate contact convey information to the second end user.
Referring to fig. 3, the server may send a prompt message to the first terminal during a process that the first terminal initiates a call request to the second terminal, and the first terminal may receive the prompt message while displaying a call request initiation interface, at which point the first terminal may pop up the prompt message on the call request initiation interface so as to recommend a candidate contact "zhao lady-colleague" to the first terminal.
In addition, the server can also send a short message to the first terminal, the short message comprises the contact information of the candidate contact person, when the first terminal receives the short message, the contact information is displayed, the first terminal user can check the contact information, and the communication with the candidate contact person is carried out according to the contact information.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, only the candidate contact of the second terminal is recommended to the first terminal by the server as an example, and in actual application, the candidate contact may also be recommended to the first terminal by the second terminal. That is, when the second terminal determines that a preset missed event occurs to a call request initiated by the first terminal to the second terminal, the second terminal obtains an address book of the second terminal, determines a candidate contact of the second terminal according to the address book, sends contact information of the candidate contact to the server, and sends the contact information of the candidate contact to the first terminal through the server. The present embodiment is not limited to whether the recommending step is performed by the server or the second terminal.
In addition, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, only the candidate contact of the second terminal user is recommended when the first terminal user cannot contact the second terminal user is taken as an example for description, and in practical application, the second terminal may provide a function option for recommending the candidate contact, and the second terminal user may determine whether to open the function option according to a requirement.
Correspondingly, when the call request is determined to be a preset type of call request, whether the function option is opened is judged first. If the function option is turned on, the above steps may be performed to recommend a candidate contact for the second end user to the first end user, and if the function option is not turned on, the candidate contact for the second end user will no longer be recommended to the first end user.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, when the call request initiated by the first terminal to the second terminal is the call request of the preset type, the candidate contact is determined according to the address book of the second terminal, and the contact information of the candidate contact is recommended to the first terminal, so that the second terminal can be contacted with the candidate contact of the second terminal according to the recommended contact information, and therefore, when the second terminal user does not answer the call, the first terminal user can be contacted with the second terminal user through the candidate contact, important calls are prevented from being missed by the second terminal user, and the call reliability is improved.
