Background

With the rapid development of network technologies, users can chat with friends through instant messaging applications or social networks to enhance feelings of the friends. The instant messaging is an internet-based instant messaging service, can provide a multi-user interactive communication mode for users, and can establish public chat spaces such as different channels and the like through an instant messaging tool, such as a live network platform. The network live broadcast platform generally comprises a plurality of live broadcast rooms, each live broadcast room comprises a main broadcast and a user, and the users can interact with the main broadcast through the network live broadcast platform and can add other users as friends. In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an apparatus for processing an account for preventing harassment, where the apparatus includes: the acquisition module is used for acquiring account characteristic information of the account to be detected, wherein the account to be detected represents the account which initiates the behavior of establishing the association relationship with other users, and the account characteristic information comprises at least one of the request quantity for establishing the association relationship, the personal information of the user and the request text message for establishing the association relationship; the verification module is used for verifying and matching the account characteristic information with the corresponding target strategy; and the processing module is used for limiting the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users if the account characteristic information is judged to be matched with the corresponding target strategy.

In order to solve the above problems, the inventors have found and proposed a method, an apparatus, a server and a storage medium for processing an account for preventing harassment, which are provided by the embodiments of the present application, through long-term research, by acquiring account characteristic information of a user requesting to establish a friend relationship in a live broadcast room, performing multi-policy parallel computation and judgment screening on the account characteristic information according to a preset target policy, and performing corresponding penalty on an account to be detected which is matched with a screening result, malicious friend harassment can be effectively avoided, and user friendly experience is improved.

For the convenience of describing the scheme of the present application in detail, an application environment in the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, an application environment schematic diagram of a method for processing an account for preventing harassment according to an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 1, where the application environment may be understood as a network system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application, and the network system 10 includes: a server 11 and a user terminal 12. As a way, if the matching is successful, it can be determined that the account characteristic information of the account to be detected matches the corresponding target policy. In a specific application scenario, for example, if the request text message matches a pattern of a request text filtering dictionary establishing an association relationship, it may be determined that account characteristic information of the account to be detected matches a corresponding target policy.

Step S240: and adding the account to be detected into a malicious user blacklist.

As a manner, in this embodiment, for an account to be detected whose account characteristic information matches the pattern of the request text filter dictionary, the account to be detected may be added to a blacklist of malicious users. It should be noted that, for the account to be detected added to the blacklist of the malicious user, when the account to be detected requests to establish the association behavior again, the live webcast platform may display a popup window including a verification interface to indicate the account to be detected to perform verification, optionally, the verification in this case may include verification by a verification code, or may be verification by other manners, which is not limited herein.

The method for processing the account number in the harassment prevention, provided by the embodiment of the application, is characterized in that the account number characteristic information of the account number to be detected is obtained, then the request text message for establishing the incidence relation is subjected to pattern matching with the request text filter dictionary for establishing the incidence relation, if the matching is successful, the account number characteristic information is judged to be matched with the corresponding target strategy, and therefore the account number to be detected is added into a blacklist of malicious users. By carrying out matching verification on the request text message for establishing the association relationship between the accounts to be detected, the harassment of malicious and friend users can be effectively shielded, and the safety performance is improved.

Referring to fig. 8, a flowchart of a method for processing an account for preventing harassment according to another embodiment of the present application is shown, where this embodiment provides a method for processing an account for preventing harassment, which is applicable to a live webcast platform, and the method includes:

step S310: the method comprises the steps of obtaining account characteristic information of an account to be detected, wherein the account to be detected represents an account which initiates an incidence relation behavior with other users, and the account characteristic information comprises personal information of the users establishing the incidence relation.

Step S320: and carrying out pattern matching on the personal information of the user and the personal information filtering dictionary of the user.

For some abnormal friend-making users of the network live broadcast platform, some marketing information can be purposefully filled when some users fill personal user information in a registered account, and when other users are added as friends, the users do not really realize normal social contact, but have the purpose of spreading the marketing information in a large range.

As one mode, the target policy in this embodiment of the application may be a user personal information filtering dictionary configured in advance by a live webcast platform, where user personal information in the user personal information filtering dictionary in this embodiment mainly includes category information that may include marketing information, such as a user nickname, a signature, a self-introduction (or a personal description) of an account to be detected. Optionally, the webcast platform may perform real-time detection on the user personal information filled by each user (a user who has registered an account or a user who is registering an account), and perform pattern matching on the detected user personal information and the information category recorded in the user personal information filter dictionary.

In a specific application scenario, please refer to fig. 9, which is a schematic view of an editing interface of user personal information for a user to register an account through an instant messaging application, for category information, such as a personal signature, a nickname, and personal information shown in fig. 9, which are not generally limited in content format, when it is detected that a current user initiates a request for establishing a friend relationship to another user, a live webcast platform may perform real-time detection on the category information of the current user, and perform pattern matching on a detection result and a pre-configured user personal information filter dictionary.

Step S330: and if the matching is successful, judging that the account characteristic information is matched with the corresponding target strategy.

As a manner, if the detected personal information of the user and the personal information filtering dictionary match successfully (for example, whether the detected personal information of the user and the content of the personal information filtering dictionary match can be determined according to the similarity between the detected personal information of the user and the content of the personal information filtering dictionary of the user, and if the similarity is higher, optionally, in this embodiment, the detected personal information of the user and the content of the personal information filtering dictionary of the user can be determined as matching successfully when the similarity is higher than 75%), then it can be determined that the account characteristic information of the account to be detected matches the corresponding target policy.

Step S340: and performing offline processing on the account to be detected.

As a manner, in this embodiment, the blocked offline processing may be performed on the account to be detected whose account characteristic information matches the corresponding target policy. Correspondingly, for the processing mode, the account to be detected can be unlocked by modifying the password of the account to be detected, so that the account to be detected can log in again, and the memory cost of illegal users can be increased by performing 'soft sealing' on the account to be detected, thereby effectively avoiding the harassment of malicious friend users.

In the method for processing an account for preventing harassment provided by this embodiment, account characteristic information of an account to be detected is acquired; then, carrying out pattern matching on the user personal information and the user personal information filtering dictionary; if the matching is successful, judging that the account characteristic information is matched with the corresponding target strategy; thereby, the account to be detected is offline. By matching and verifying the personal information of the user of the account to be detected, the harassment of the abnormal friend-making user can be filtered out, and the safety performance is improved.

Referring to fig. 10, a flowchart of a method for processing an account for preventing harassment according to yet another embodiment of the present application is shown, where this embodiment provides a method for processing an account for preventing harassment, which is applicable to a live webcast platform, and the method includes:

step S410: and when detecting that a new strategy is on line, acquiring an account which initiates the action of establishing association with other users as an account to be detected.

As a manner, in an embodiment of the present application, the webcast platform may pre-configure a plurality of policies through the background management system, where the plurality of policies may be different from each other, for example, the three policies, that is, "the target policy threshold corresponding to the number of requests of the user requesting to establish an association relationship with the account to be detected in the target time interval", "establish an association relationship request text filtering dictionary" and "user personal information filtering dictionary" in the foregoing embodiment are different policies; the same policy may include multiple sub-policies, for example, the policy "a target policy threshold corresponding to the number of requests of the user requesting to establish the association relationship with the account to be detected in the target time interval" exemplified in the foregoing embodiment of the present application may include "a threshold of the number of requests for establishing the association relationship with the account to be detected in 1 minute", "a threshold of the number of requests for establishing the association relationship with the account in 10 minutes", "a threshold of the number of requests for establishing the association relationship with the account in 1 hour", and "a threshold of the number of requests for establishing the association relationship with the account in 24 hours".

It should be noted that for each policy, it needs to be online to be valid. Optionally, the background management system of the live webcast platform may turn on or turn off an online switch of one or more policies as needed, where the switch represents to perform online or offline processing on one or more policies.

As a way, when detecting that a new policy is online, the webcast platform may acquire an account that initiated an association behavior with another user, and use the account as an account to be detected.

Step S420: and taking the new strategy as a target strategy.

In this embodiment, for each online policy, the webcast platform may poll, according to the policy, data of each request for establishing an association behavior stored in the database of the webcast platform, and may perform the correlation calculation in combination with the threshold of the policy, so that, as a way, a new online policy may be used as a target policy.

Step S430: and checking and matching the account characteristic information of the account to be detected with the new strategy.

For the new policy, the live network platform may check and match the account characteristic information of the account to be detected with the new policy, and the specific checking and matching process and principle may refer to the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.

Step S440: and if the account characteristic information is judged to be matched with the new strategy, the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users is limited.

In the method for processing the account number for preventing harassment provided by the embodiment, when a new policy is detected to be online, an account number initiating an action of establishing an association relationship with other users is acquired as an account number to be detected; then taking the new strategy as a target strategy; then, checking and matching the characteristic information of the account to be detected with a new strategy; and if the account characteristic information is judged to be matched with the new strategy, defining the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users. By checking and matching the account characteristic information of the account to be detected with each new online strategy, multiple restrictions on the account to be detected with the account characteristic information matched with the new strategy can be realized, further avoiding the harassment of malicious friend users, and promoting normal user-friendly experience.

Referring to fig. 11, a block diagram of a structure of an apparatus for processing an anti-harassment account according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, in which this embodiment provides an apparatus 500 for processing an anti-harassment account, where the apparatus 500 includes: the obtaining module 510, the checking module 520, and the processing module 530:

the acquiring module 510 is configured to acquire account characteristic information of an account to be detected, where the account to be detected represents an account that has initiated an association behavior with other users, and the account characteristic information includes at least one of a request quantity for establishing an association, user personal information, and a request text message for establishing an association.

As one way, the obtaining module 510 may be configured to, when it is detected that a new policy is online, obtain an account that initiated an association behavior with another user as an account to be detected.

The checking module 520 is configured to check and match the account characteristic information with a corresponding target policy.

Optionally, the account characteristic information includes the number of requests of the user requesting to establish the association relationship with the account to be detected in the target time interval. As one way, the checking module 520 may include a comparing unit and a judging unit. The comparison unit is used for comparing the request quantity of the users requesting to establish the association relation with the account to be detected in the target time interval with the target strategy threshold corresponding to the target time interval, wherein the target strategy thresholds corresponding to different target time intervals are different, and the longer the target time interval is, the larger the corresponding target strategy threshold is. The judging unit is used for judging that the account characteristic information corresponding to the target time interval is matched with the target strategy corresponding to the target time interval if the request number is larger than the target strategy threshold corresponding to the target time interval.

In an implementation manner, the comparing unit may be configured to determine, if the target time interval is a first target time interval, whether the number of requests for establishing an association relationship with the account request to be detected in the first target time interval is greater than a target policy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval; if so, it may be determined that the account characteristic information corresponding to the first target time interval matches the target policy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval.

In another implementation manner, the comparing unit may be configured to determine, if the target time interval is a second target time interval, whether the number of requests for establishing an association relationship with the account request to be detected in the second target time interval is greater than a target policy threshold corresponding to the second target time interval; if so, it may be determined that the account characteristic information corresponding to the second target time interval matches the target policy threshold corresponding to the second target time interval. And the duration of the second target time interval is greater than that of the first target time interval, and the target strategy threshold corresponding to the second target time interval is greater than that of the first target time interval.

Optionally, the target policy may include establishing an association relation request text filtering dictionary, and as another way, the checking module 520 may be configured to perform pattern matching on the request text message for establishing the association relation and the request text filtering dictionary for establishing the association relation; if the matching is successful, the account characteristic information can be judged to be matched with the corresponding target strategy; therefore, the account to be detected can be added into the malicious user blacklist.

Optionally, the target policy may include a user personal information filtering dictionary, and as another way, the checking module 520 may be configured to perform pattern matching on the user personal information and the user personal information filtering dictionary; if the matching is successful, the account characteristic information can be judged to be matched with the corresponding target strategy, so that offline processing can be performed on the account to be detected.

Optionally, as an implementation manner, the verification module 520 may be configured to use the new policy detected by the obtaining module 510 as a target policy, and then verify and match the account characteristic information of the account to be detected with the new policy.

Optionally, the target policy may include a policy in an online state in the multiple policies, and as another implementation manner, the verification module 520 may be configured to perform verification and matching on the account characteristic information and the policy in the online state in the multiple policies.

And the processing module 530 is configured to, if it is determined that the account characteristic information matches the corresponding target policy, limit the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users.

As a mode, the processing module 530 may be configured to, if it is determined that the account characteristic information corresponding to the target time interval is matched with the target policy threshold corresponding to the target time interval, perform corresponding limitation on the account to be detected according to the corresponding target policy, where different target policies correspond to different limiting modes.

Alternatively, the definitions may include a first definition and a second definition. In some embodiments, as a manner, the processing module 530 may be configured to perform a first limitation on a behavior of establishing an association relationship between the account to be detected and other users if it is determined that the number of requests for establishing an association relationship between the account to be detected and the request in the first target time interval is greater than a target policy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval, where the first limitation may represent that the account to be detected is blocked and offline.

As another mode, the processing module 530 may be configured to perform a second limitation on the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users if it is determined that the number of requests for establishing an association relationship between the account to be detected and the request in the second target time interval is greater than a target policy threshold corresponding to the second target time interval, where the second limitation may represent that the account to be detected is subjected to forced offline processing.

As another way, the processing module 530 may be configured to perform second limitation on the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users if it is determined that the number of requests for establishing an association relationship between the account to be detected and the first target time interval is greater than the target policy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval, and the number of requests is greater than the limited threshold of the target policy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval.

It should be noted that the apparatus 500 may further include an inquiry module, where the inquiry module may be configured to inquire whether the account to be detected exists in the blacklist before checking and matching the account characteristic information with the corresponding target policy; if yes, verification code verification can be carried out on the account to be detected.

It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses and modules may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.

In the several embodiments provided in the present application, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection between the modules shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or modules may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each of the modules may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.

Referring to fig. 12, based on the above method and apparatus for processing an anti-harassment account, the embodiment of the present application further provides a server 11 capable of executing the method for processing an anti-harassment account. The server 11 includes a memory 112 and one or more processors 114 (only one is shown) coupled to each other, and the memory 112 and the processors 114 are connected by communication lines. The memory 112 stores therein a program that can execute the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and the processor 114 executes the program stored in the memory 112.

Among other things, the processor 114 may include one or more processing cores. The processor 114 interfaces with various components throughout the server 11 using various interfaces and lines to perform various functions of the server 11 and process data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 112 and invoking data stored in the memory 112. Alternatively, the processor 114 may be implemented in hardware using at least one of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), and Programmable Logic Array (PLA). The processor 114 may integrate one or more of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a modem, and the like. Wherein, the CPU mainly processes an operating system, a user interface, an application program and the like; the GPU is used for rendering and drawing display content; the modem is used to handle wireless communications. It is understood that the modem may not be integrated into the processor 114, but may be implemented by a communication chip.

The Memory 112 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). The memory 112 may be used to store instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets. The memory 112 may include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for implementing at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing the foregoing embodiments, and the like. The storage data area may also store data created by the server 11 in use (such as a phonebook, audiovisual data, chat log data) and the like.

Referring to fig. 13, a block diagram of a computer-readable storage medium according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The computer-readable storage medium 600 has stored therein program code that can be called by a processor to execute the method described in the above-described method embodiments.

The computer-readable storage medium 600 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Alternatively, the computer-readable storage medium 600 includes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium 600 has storage space for program code 610 for performing any of the method steps of the method described above. The program code can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. The program code 610 may be compressed, for example, in a suitable form.

1. A method for preventing harassment processing account is applied to a network live broadcast platform, and comprises the following steps:

acquiring account characteristic information of an account to be detected, wherein the account to be detected represents an account which initiates an action of establishing an association relationship with other users, the action of establishing the association relationship comprises a friend adding action of scattering marketing messages by adding friends one time or more, the account characteristic information comprises the request quantity for establishing the association relationship and user personal information, or the account characteristic information comprises the request quantity for establishing the association relationship and request text messages for establishing the association relationship, or the account characteristic information comprises the request quantity for establishing the association relationship, the user personal information and the request text messages for establishing the association relationship, and the user personal information comprises a user name, a personal signature or a personal description of a user corresponding to the account to be detected;

checking and matching the account characteristic information with a corresponding target strategy;

and if the account characteristic information is judged to be matched with the corresponding target strategy, limiting the account to be detected to establish an association relationship with other users, wherein the limitation comprises the steps of kicking the account to be detected off line, closing or adding the account to be detected into a malicious user blacklist.

2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the account characteristic information includes a request number of the user requesting to establish the association relationship with the account to be detected in the target time interval, and the step of checking and matching the account characteristic information and the corresponding target policy includes:

comparing the request quantity of the users requesting to establish the association relationship with the account to be detected in the target time interval with a target policy threshold corresponding to the target time interval, wherein the target policy thresholds corresponding to different target time intervals are different, and the longer the target time interval is, the larger the target policy threshold is;

and if the request quantity is greater than a target policy threshold value corresponding to the target time interval, judging that the account characteristic information corresponding to the target time interval is matched with a target policy corresponding to the target time interval.

3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of comparing the request number of the users requesting to establish the association relationship with the account to be detected in the target time interval with the target policy threshold corresponding to the target time interval comprises:

if the target time interval is a first target time interval, judging whether the request quantity of the users requesting to establish the association relation of the account to be detected in the first target time interval is larger than a target strategy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval; if so, judging that the account characteristic information corresponding to the first target time interval is matched with a target strategy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval; or

If the target time interval is a second target time interval, judging whether the request quantity of the users requesting to establish the association relation of the account to be detected in the second target time interval is larger than a target strategy threshold corresponding to the second target time interval; if the current time interval is greater than the first target time interval, the corresponding account characteristic information in the second target time interval is judged to be matched with the target strategy threshold corresponding to the second target time interval, wherein the duration of the second target time interval is greater than the duration of the first target time interval, and the target strategy threshold corresponding to the second target time interval is greater than the target strategy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval.

4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of limiting the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users if it is determined that the account characteristic information matches the corresponding target policy comprises:

and if the account characteristic information corresponding to the target time interval is judged to be matched with the target strategy threshold corresponding to the target time interval, correspondingly limiting the account to be detected according to the corresponding target strategy, wherein different target strategies correspond to different limiting modes.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein the definition includes a first definition and a second definition, the method comprising:

if the request quantity of the users requesting to establish the association relationship of the account to be detected in the first target time interval is judged to be larger than a target strategy threshold value corresponding to the first target time interval, performing a first limitation on the association relationship establishment behavior of the account to be detected and other users, wherein the first limitation represents that the account to be detected is subjected to off-line blocking treatment;

and if the request quantity of the users requesting to establish the association relationship between the account to be detected and the other users in the second target time interval is judged to be larger than the target policy threshold corresponding to the second target time interval, performing second limitation on the association relationship between the account to be detected and the other users, wherein the second limitation represents that the account to be detected is subjected to forced offline processing.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:

and if the request quantity of the users requesting to establish the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users in the first target time interval is judged to be larger than the target policy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval, and the request quantity is larger than the limit threshold of the target policy threshold corresponding to the first target time interval, performing second limit on the association relationship between the account to be detected and other users.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the target policy includes an establish associative relationship request text filter dictionary, and the step of verifying the account characteristic information against the corresponding target policy includes:

performing pattern matching on the request text message for establishing the association relation and the request text filtering dictionary for establishing the association relation;

if the matching is successful, judging that the account characteristic information is matched with the corresponding target strategy;

if the account characteristic information is judged to be matched with the corresponding target strategy, the step of limiting the association relation between the account to be detected and other users comprises the following steps:

and adding the account to be detected into a malicious user blacklist.

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the target policies include a user personal information filter dictionary, and wherein the step of verifying the account characteristic information against the corresponding target policies comprises:

performing pattern matching on the user personal information and the user personal information filtering dictionary;

and performing offline processing on the account to be detected.

9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring account characteristic information of the account to be detected comprises: when a new strategy is detected to be online, acquiring an account which initiates an association relation behavior with other users as an account to be detected;

the step of checking and matching the account characteristic information and the corresponding target policy comprises:

taking the new strategy as a target strategy;

and checking and matching the account characteristic information of the account to be detected with the new strategy.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the target policy comprises an online policy of a plurality of policies, and the step of verifying and matching the account characteristic information with the corresponding target policy comprises:

and checking and matching the account characteristic information with the strategy in an online state in the plurality of corresponding strategies.

11. The method of any one of claims 1-10, wherein the method further comprises:

before checking and matching the account characteristic information with a corresponding target strategy, inquiring whether the account to be detected exists in a blacklist or not;

and if the account number exists, verifying the verification code of the account number to be detected.

12. An apparatus for preventing harassment in processing accounts, operating on a live webcast platform, the apparatus comprising:

the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring account characteristic information of an account to be detected, the account to be detected represents an account which initiates an association relationship establishing behavior with other users, the association relationship establishing behavior comprises a friend adding behavior for scattering marketing messages by adding friends one time or more times, the account characteristic information comprises request quantity for establishing an association relationship and user personal information, or the account characteristic information comprises request quantity for establishing an association relationship and request text messages for establishing an association relationship, or the account characteristic information comprises request quantity for establishing an association relationship, user personal information and request text messages for establishing an association relationship, and the user personal information comprises a user name, a personal signature or a personal description of a user corresponding to the account to be detected;

the verification module is used for verifying and matching the account characteristic information with a corresponding target strategy;

and the processing module is used for limiting the account to be detected to establish an association relationship with other users if the account characteristic information is judged to be matched with the corresponding target strategy, wherein the limitation comprises the steps of kicking the account to be detected off the line, closing or adding the account to be detected into a malicious user blacklist.

13. A server, comprising a memory;

one or more processors;

one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-11.

14. A computer-readable storage medium, having a program code stored therein, wherein the program code when executed by a processor performs the method of any of claims 1-11.
