Abstract

本发明提供了一种设有光缆管的软电缆,它包括电传输单元、依序地包覆在电传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述电传输单元的数量有3至5个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个电传输单元包括弹性体和嵌入在弹性体中的包覆有绝缘层的2根输电导体和包覆有光缆填充用复合物的2‑4根光缆,所述电传输单元为圆柱形,且都与隔水层内切;其特征在于:所述弹性体还具有在所述内切的切点处的扇形切口,所述扇形切口的圆心角为5‑15度。

一种设有光缆管的软电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,特别是一种设有光缆管的软电缆和用作通讯设备与用户终端之间的电力、数字信号双重传输的光电综合缆。
背景技术
在国际申请WO 97/40504中描述了一种自支承电缆,其具有在绝缘电导体周围的屏蔽带,当缆线悬挂于固定点上时屏蔽带有效地保护着缆线。缆线可配备有在上述区域中的管。国际申请WO 2004/006272描述了一种电缆,其具有部分导电材料的屏蔽条带,该屏蔽条带在绝缘电导体与缆线护套之间的区域中沿着缆线而敷设。导电线在条带中沿着其整个长度而敷设并且形成有效防护以在缆线被导电物体穿透时切断缆线电压。而且,管也可布置于这种缆线中。
上述类型的缆线良好地适用于它们的目的,但如果它们配备了用于光缆的管,则会出现问题。当制造或处理缆线时管可能会变形,且 这种变形导致不可能安装光纤。例如当缆线由悬挂设备沿着缆线而悬挂、或者由捆扎装置在缆线端部处固持时,可能会出现这种变形。埋 入地面的缆线可能会由于石头而变形,且甚至置于海底的缆线可能会经受使管变形的力。管可被制造得非常强固,使得其耐受变形力。这会具有以下缺点:管会变得非常刚硬且所有缆线将会是有刚性的且难以处理。
发明内容
基于解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种设有光缆管的软电缆,它包括电传输单元、依序地包覆在电传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述电传输单元的数量有3至5个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个电传输单元包括弹性体和嵌入在弹性体中的包覆有绝缘层的2根输电导体和包覆有光缆填充用复合物的2-4根光缆,所述电传输单元为圆柱形,且都与隔水层内切;其特征在于:所述弹性体还具有在所述内切的切点处的扇形切口,所述扇形切口的圆心角为5-15度。
根据本发明的实施例,所述3根输电导体在所述柔性套管内呈正三角分布,且所述正三角的其中一顶角的平分线与所述中心线正交且具有交点。
根据本发明的实施例,所述扇形切口的半径小于所述弹性体的半径。
根据本发明的实施例,所述2-4根光缆相比于所述输电导体远离所述相切的切点。
根据本发明的实施例,在所述的同置于隔水层内的各个电传输单元之间的设有光缆管的软电缆。
根据本发明的实施例,所述填充料的弹性模量沿着所述隔水层的半径方向从外向内呈递增的渐变趋势。
根据本发明的实施例,还包括沿着隔水层的中心线延伸的圆柱形弹性芯,所述弹性芯的侧壁开设有与所述电传输单元的数量相同且口径一致的多个容置槽,所述容置槽用于嵌入所述电传输单元。
本发明的优点如下:
(1)利用弹性芯来缓冲弯曲力,防止电传输单元的彼此错位;
(2)每个电传输单元的弹性体的扇形开口可以最大限度的缓冲来自外界的应力,使得外力向开口两侧散开,避免向下方的输电导体或光缆产生压力;
(3)弹性模量渐变的填充物,因为其在外侧的弹性模量较小具有较好的弹性,有助于扇形开口向两侧产生张力。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明的设有光缆管的软电缆,它包括电传输单元9、依序地包覆在电传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层4、内护套3、铠装层2、外护套1,所述电传输单元9的数量有3至5个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层4内,每个电传输单元9包括弹性体11和嵌入在弹性体11中的包覆有绝缘层12的2根输电导体13和包覆有光缆填充用复合物14的2-4根光缆15,所述电传输单元9为圆柱形,且都与隔水层4内切;所述弹性体11还具有在所述内切的切点处的扇形切口10,所述扇形切口10的圆心角为5-15度,且所述扇形切口的半径小于所述弹性体11的半径。
所述3根输电导体在所述柔性套管9内呈正三角分布,且所述正三角的其中一顶角的平分线与所述中心线正交且具有交点。所述2-4根光缆15相比于所述输电导体13远离所述相切的切点。
在所述的同置于隔水层4内的各个电传输单元之间的空域内填充有填充料8,根据本发明的实施例,所述填充料8的弹性模量沿着所述隔水层4的半径方向从外向内呈递增的渐变趋势。
还包括沿着隔水层的中心线延伸的圆柱形弹性芯5,弹性芯5的侧壁6与所述隔水层4隔开一定的距离,具体参见图2,所述弹性芯5的侧壁6开设有与所述电传输单元的数量相同且口径一致的多个容置槽7,所述容置槽7用于嵌入所述电传输单元。

1.一种设有光缆管的软电缆,它包括电传输单元、依序地包覆在电传输单元外圆柱形的隔水层、内护套、铠装层、外护套,所述电传输单元的数量有3至5个,彼此独立且同置于隔水层内,每个电传输单元包括弹性体、嵌入在弹性体中的包覆有绝缘层的2根输电导体和包覆有光缆填充用复合物的2-4根光缆,所述电传输单元为圆柱形,且都与隔水层内切;其特征在于:所述弹性体还具有在所述内切的切点处的扇形切口,所述扇形切口的圆心角为5-15度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有光缆管的软电缆,其特征在于:所述3根输电导体在所述柔性套管内呈正三角分布,且所述正三角的其中一顶角的平分线与所述中心线正交且具有交点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设有光缆管的软电缆,其特征在于:所述扇形切口的半径小于所述弹性体的半径。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的设有光缆管的软电缆,其特征在于:所述2-4根光缆相比于所述输电导体远离所述相切的切点。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设有光缆管的软电缆,其特征在于:在所述的同置于隔水层内的各个电传输单元之间的设有光缆管的软电缆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设有光缆管的软电缆,其特征在于: 所述填充料的弹性模量沿着所述隔水层的半径方向从外向内呈递增的渐变趋势。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设有光缆管的软电缆,其特征在于:还包括沿着隔水层的中心线延伸的圆柱形弹性芯,所述弹性芯的侧壁开设有与所述电传输单元的数量相同且口径一致的多个容置槽,所述容置槽用于嵌入所述电传输单元。
