Abstract
The invention discloses an air volume variable terminal, and relates to the technical field of air conditioners. The variable air volume tail end comprises an air box and an air pipe which are provided with an air outlet, and an electric heating and baffle plate which are arranged in the air box, a ventilation flow channel is formed between the baffle plate and a top plate and a bottom plate of the air box, the ventilation flow channel is communicated with the air outlet, the electric heating is arranged in the air outlet and is arranged on the baffle plate through electric heating fixing plates which are arranged in the air box and are positioned at two sides of the air outlet, and the electric heating fixing plates at two sides separate the ventilation flow channel below the baffle plate into three air outlet areas. Simultaneously, still disclose the air conditioner including above-mentioned variable air volume end. The flow field distribution of wind in the variable air volume tail-end box body can be changed, noise is reduced, and the use comfort of a user is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a variable air volume tail end and an air conditioner with the same.
Background
The variable air volume end is a new product produced for adapting to a novel comfortable variable air volume system. The variable air volume end of the air conditioner is used as a device which is closest to the distance between the air conditioning system and a user, and noise generated during operation of the air conditioner can be directly transmitted to the user, so that the comfort of the user is greatly reduced. The noise level has become an important index for measuring the quality of a variable air volume terminal, so how to effectively reduce the noise at the variable air volume terminal and improve the comfort of the user becomes a key research direction of the current variable air volume terminal.
Currently, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a variable air volume terminal includes an air box 2 'provided with an air outlet 1', an air pipe 3 'for guiding air into the air box 2', and an electric heater 4 'disposed above the air outlet 1', wherein the electric heater 4 'is mounted on a bottom plate of the air box 2' through electric heating fixing plates 5 'disposed at both sides of the air outlet 1'. In order to reduce the noise generated when the variable air volume tail end operates, the baffle plate 6 'capable of changing the flow direction of the fluid in the air pipe 3' is arranged in the air box 2 'at the variable air volume tail end, the baffle plate 6' is positioned on the air outlet side of the air pipe 3 ', and forms a ventilation flow channel with the top plate and the bottom plate of the air box 2', the ventilation flow channel is communicated with the air outlet 1 ', the ventilation flow channel has the effect of reducing the noise, and the baffle plate 6' can prevent the air from directly blowing to the air outlet 1 'after coming out of the air pipe 3', so that the effect of reducing the noise is further achieved.
In the working process of the variable air volume tail end, most of air can flow to the air outlet 1 ' along the rear plate of the air box 2 ', a small part of high air can flow to the air outlet 1 ' from the area close to the baffle plate 6 ', the air speed of the flow field of the air outlet area is uneven, particularly, the air is contacted with the electric heating 4 ' at the position with the fast flow speed, noise is easy to generate, and meanwhile, the use comfort of the air conditioner is reduced due to the uneven air outlet flow field.
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a new variable air volume terminal and an air conditioner having the same to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air quantity changing tail end which can change the flow field distribution of air in an air quantity changing tail end box body, reduce noise and improve the use comfort of users.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner including the variable air volume terminal described above, which is low in noise and highly comfortable for a user to use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the variable air volume terminal comprises an air box with an air outlet, an air pipe and an electric heating and baffle plate arranged in the air box, wherein a ventilation flow channel is formed between the baffle plate and a top plate and a bottom plate of the air box, the ventilation flow channel is communicated with the air outlet, the electric heating is arranged in the air outlet and is arranged on the baffle plate through electric heating fixing plates which are arranged in the air box and positioned at two sides of the air outlet, and the electric heating fixing plates at two sides divide the ventilation flow channel below the baffle plate into three air outlet areas.
As a preferred scheme of the variable air volume tail end, a plurality of openings are formed in the electric heating fixing plates on the two sides.
As a preferred scheme of the variable air volume tail end, the electric heating fixing plates on the two sides are symmetrically arranged, and the openings on the electric heating fixing plates on the two sides are symmetrically arranged.
As a preferred scheme of the variable air volume terminal, the baffle plate comprises a first baffle plate and a second baffle plate which are integrally arranged, one end of the first baffle plate is fixedly connected with a bottom plate of the air box, the other end of the first baffle plate is connected with one end of the second baffle plate, and an electric heating fixing plate is arranged on the second baffle plate.
As a preferred scheme of the variable air volume tail end, a plurality of through holes are formed in the position, opposite to the air outlet, of the second baffle plate.

As a preferable scheme of the variable air volume end, the bottom end or the side surface of the electric heating fixing plate is provided with an electric heater.
As a preferable scheme of the variable air volume end, the electric heating fixing plate is provided with a mounting hole for mounting electric heating.
As a preferable scheme of the variable air volume tail end, the cross section of the mounting hole is in a kidney-shaped hole shape, a rectangular shape or an oval shape.

the invention provides an air quantity variable terminal and an air conditioner comprising the same, wherein electric heating is arranged in an air outlet, electric heating fixing plates positioned at two sides of the air outlet are arranged on a baffle plate, the electric heating fixing plates at two sides divide a ventilation flow channel below the baffle plate into three air outlet areas, when air passes through the upper part of the baffle plate, a part of air flows to the air outlet along a rear plate of an air box, and a part of air flows to the baffle plate after being guided by a channel formed by the electric heating fixing plates at two sides and a left side plate and a right side plate of the air box and then flows to the air outlet after being reflected by the baffle plate.

In order to make the technical problems solved, technical solutions adopted and technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the present embodiment provides a variable air volume terminal, which includes an air box 2 having an air outlet 1, an air duct 3 for guiding air into the air box 2, an electric heater 4, and a baffle plate capable of changing a flow direction of fluid in the air duct 3. Wherein, the air duct 3 is arranged along the horizontal direction, the air inlet of the air duct 3 is arranged outside the air box 2, and the air outlet of the air duct 3 is arranged in the air box 2. The baffle plate is arranged in the air box 2 and positioned at the air outlet of the air pipe 3, a ventilation flow channel is formed between the baffle plate and the top plate and the bottom plate of the air box 2, and the ventilation flow channel is communicated with the air outlet 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the baffle plate of the present embodiment includes a first baffle plate 5 and a second baffle plate 6 integrally disposed, one end of the first baffle plate 5 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate of the wind box 2, the other end of the first baffle plate 5 is connected to one end of the second baffle plate 6, the second baffle plate 6 is parallel to the bottom plate of the wind box 2, and a ventilation flow channel is formed between the second baffle plate 6 and the top plate and the bottom plate of the wind box 2, the ventilation flow channel has a guiding function and a noise reduction function, and the length of the ventilation flow channel and the position of the baffle plate can be changed according to different implementation environments. The longer the ventilation flow channel of the embodiment is, the better the noise reduction effect is.
Two electric heating fixing plates 7 for installing the electric heaters 4 are installed on the second baffle 6, and specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of circular through holes 61 are formed in the second baffle 6 at positions opposite to the air outlet 1. Two electric heating fixing plates 7 are installed on the second baffle 6 through the through holes 61 by adopting a hoisting structure, and the size of the electric heating plates 4 can be adjusted within the diameter range of the circular air outlet 1 in multiple stages by adopting the hoisting structure in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 5. The fixing mode can adjust the size and the installation position of the electric heating device 4 according to the air quantity and the air speed so as to optimize the flow field distribution and reduce the noise. Compared with a mode of fixing the electric heating plate 4 on the bottom plate of the air box 2 which is more frequently applied (because the electric heating fixing plate 7 needs to cross the air outlet 1, the adjustment allowance of the size and the installation position of the electric heating plate 4 is smaller, so that the flow field at the position is easily adversely affected, and the optimization is difficult to perform and becomes a noise source), the fixing mode is more flexible.
The advantages of providing the through hole 61 on the second baffle 6 are mainly the following two points: firstly, the mounting position of the electric heating fixing plate 7 is adjustable (the fixing position of the electric heating fixing plate 7 can be optimized according to simulation calculation or experimental results so as to achieve the optimal effect of uniform flow field distribution); secondly, the through holes play a role in dispersion, so that part of the wind passing through the upper part of the second baffle plate 6 directly flows to the air outlet 1 through the through holes 61, and the air quantity after the dispersion is reduced, namely the wind speed of a channel formed by the second baffle plate 6 and the top plate of the air box 2 is reduced, thereby being beneficial to reducing the noise. The size, shape and opening density of the through holes 61 on the second baffle 6 can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Above-mentioned two electrical heating fixed plate 7 symmetries set up, and all be on a parallel with the curb plate of bellows 2, have the clearance between the front end of two electrical heating fixed plate 7 all and the first baffling board 5, have the clearance between the rear end of two electrical heating fixed plate 7 all and the back plate of bellows 2, and two electrical heating fixed plate 7 separate into three exhaust area with the ventilation flow path of baffling board below, are A, B and C exhaust area respectively. The two electric heating fixing plates 7 play a role in diversion and dispersion, so that wind is distributed more uniformly in a wind outlet area below the baffle plate (above the air outlet), and the phenomenon that most of wind flows out from a position (close to the rear plate of the air box 2) far away from the baffle plate to cause high local wind speed and cause noise is avoided. When wind passes through the top of the second baffle 6, a part of wind can flow to the air outlet 1 along the rear plate of the wind box 2, a part of wind can flow to the first baffle 5 after being guided by the ventilation flow channel formed by the two electric heating fixing plates 7 and the left and right side plates of the wind box 2, and flows to the air outlet 1 after being reflected by the first baffle 5, because the two electric heating fixing plates 7 separate the ventilation flow channel flowing to the air outlet 1 into three air outlet areas (A, B and C air outlet areas), the flow speed can be reduced after the flow division, the flow field can be homogenized to reduce noise, and the use comfort of users is improved.
In order to avoid the eddy current formed by the wind guided to the baffle plate by the electric heating fixing plates 7 at the connecting part of the baffle plate and the bottom of the air box and the noise, a plurality of openings 8 are arranged on the two electric heating fixing plates 7. In the guiding process of the wind, the open holes 8 can play a role in dispersing the wind, and the wind flowing through the air outlet areas A and C can partially pass through the open holes 8 in the electric heating fixing plate 7 to be dispersed, so that the flow field distribution is more uniform, and the noise is effectively reduced.
In order to enable the air guided and dispersed by the electric heating fixing plates 7 to smoothly enter the air outlet area B and be discharged from the air outlet 1 of the air box 2, the openings 8 on the two electric heating fixing plates 7 are symmetrically arranged relative to the central axis between the two electric heating fixing plates 7. In other words, the openings 8 of the two electric heating fixing plates 7 are arranged opposite to each other. The wind blown out from the opening 8 of the one side electric heating fixing plate 7 collides with the wind blown out from the opening 8 of the other side electric heating fixing plate 7 and cancels the respective carried energy, thereby reducing the noise.
As shown in fig. 5, two bottom end positions of the two electric heating fixing plates 7 facing the air outlet 1 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 71 for mounting the electric heater 4. The mounting hole 71 may be a hole having a cross-sectional shape of a kidney-shaped hole, or may be a hole having a cross-sectional shape of a rectangle or an ellipse, and the size of the electric heater 4 and the mounting position can be adjusted in multiple stages in the region of the air outlet 1.
It should be noted that the structural form and the size of the electric heating fixing plate 7 of the present application can be designed reasonably according to hydromechanics. The electric heater 4 is adjustable at the installation position of the electric heating fixing plate 7, such as being arranged at the outer side or the inner side of the electric heating fixing plate 7, wherein the noise reduction effect of the electric heater 4 arranged at the outer side of the electric heating fixing plate 7 is better than the noise reduction effect thereof arranged at the inner side of the electric heating fixing plate 7.
In addition, the present embodiment also provides an air conditioner including the variable air volume terminal described above. The air conditioner with the variable air volume tail end has low noise and strong use comfort for users.

A variable air volume tail end comprises an air box (2) provided with an air outlet (1), an air pipe (3), and an electric heater (4) and a baffle plate which are arranged in the air box (2), wherein a ventilation flow channel is formed between the baffle plate and a top plate and a bottom plate of the air box (2), and the ventilation flow channel is communicated with the air outlet (1), and the variable air volume tail end is characterized in that the electric heater (4) is arranged in the air outlet (1) and is arranged on the baffle plate through electric heating fixing plates (7) which are arranged in the air box (2) and positioned at two sides of the air outlet (1), and the ventilation flow channel below the baffle plate is divided into three air outlet areas by the electric heating fixing plates (7) at two sides; a plurality of openings (8) are arranged on the electric heating fixing plates (7) at the two sides;
the baffle plate comprises a first baffle plate (5) and a second baffle plate (6) which are integrally arranged, one end of the first baffle plate (5) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate of the air box (2), the other end of the first baffle plate (5) is connected with one end of the second baffle plate (6), and an electric heating fixing plate (7) is installed on the second baffle plate (6); a plurality of through holes (61) are formed in the second baffle plate (6) at positions opposite to the air outlet (1), and two electric heating fixing plates (7) are installed on the second baffle plate (6) through the through holes (61) by adopting a hoisting structure.
