Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the noise reduction structure of the air conditioner and the air conditioner of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of an air conditioner of the present invention includes a housing 1, a fan assembly 4, a heat exchanger 3, and a silencing structure 2, where the housing 1 is used to accommodate the fan assembly 4, the heat exchanger 3, and the silencing structure 2 is disposed at an air outlet of the air conditioner, and an arrow in fig. 1 indicates a flow direction of an air flow, and the air flow enters the housing 1 from the fan assembly 4 and exits the housing 1 from the silencing structure 2.
The silencing structure 2 comprises a silencing plate 21, and the silencing plate 21 is of a multi-fold structure, so that the longitudinal section of the silencing plate 21 is of a wave shape; the number of the sound-absorbing plates 21 is more than two, the sound-absorbing plates 21 are arranged transversely, and two adjacent sound-absorbing plates 21 are arranged up and down, so that a channel 26 is formed between the two adjacent sound-absorbing plates 21. Preferably, the sound-deadening plate 21 is made of a metal material, and the sound-deadening plate 21 is preferably a sheet metal member. The wave-like sound-absorbing plates 21 are transversely arranged to divide the air flow area into a plurality of small areas, so that noise is reflected for a plurality of times in the channels 26 between the sound-absorbing plates 21, the sound-absorbing plates 21 prevent the direct transmission of the noise, and the purpose of reducing the noise is achieved.
Preferably, as an embodiment, the acoustic panel 21 has a multi-fold structure, wherein the longitudinal section length of one fold in the middle is greater than the longitudinal section length of each fold on both sides. Preferably, one outermost fold of one end of the sound-deadening plate 21 and the other outermost fold of the other end are both horizontally disposed. In fig. 5 and 6, the sound-absorbing panel 21 is 5-fold, wherein the middle portion is folded to form the middle fold, although the number of folds of the sound-absorbing panel 21 may be even. The length of the longitudinal section of one fold in the middle of the silencing plate 21 is greater than the length of the longitudinal sections of the two folds on the two sides, so that the refraction times of noise in the channel 26 are increased, and the noise is reduced; one end of the silencing plate 21 and the other end of the silencing plate are arranged on the outermost side in an even horizontal mode, installation is convenient to achieve, and the air flow entering and exiting the channel 26 is guided.
Preferably, as an alternative, two adjacent acoustic panels 21 partially overlap in the horizontal direction, so that the line of sight in the horizontal direction is blocked in the channel 26. As shown in fig. 6, the two sound-absorbing panels 21 adjacent to each other partially overlap each other in the horizontal direction between the dotted line portions, that is, when viewed horizontally inward from the outside of the air conditioner through the outlet of the sound-absorbing structure, other parts inside the air conditioner unit except for the sound-absorbing structure itself cannot be seen, the two adjacent sound-absorbing panels 21 partially overlap each other in the horizontal direction, and noise cannot be emitted directly through the duct 26 but is emitted from the duct 26 after being refracted many times, so that the noise is attenuated.
The sound-deadening plate 21 is provided with a sound-deadening material 24, the sound-deadening material 24 is made of sponge, soundproof cotton or other materials with sound-deadening effect, and preferably, the inner wall of the casing 1 is provided with the sound-deadening material 24. When the airflow flows through the silencing structure, the silencing material can eliminate the noise of a part of the airflow, so that the aim of reducing the noise is fulfilled.
Preferably, the silencing structure 2 further comprises two end plates, namely a first end plate 22 and a second end plate 23, one end of the silencing plate 21 is correspondingly arranged on the first end plate 22, and the other end is arranged on the second end plate 23. The silencing plate 21 is fixed on the end plate through screws 25, and is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Preferably, as an implementation mode, the longitudinal section of the sound-absorbing plate 21 is a symmetrical structure, and the cross section of the sound-absorbing plate 21 is symmetrical relative to the center of symmetry at the middle part thereof. Preferably, two adjacent sound-deadening plates 21 are disposed in parallel.
A plurality of transversely arranged sound-absorbing plates 21 are adopted to divide an air flow area into a plurality of small areas, and the sound-absorbing plates 21 are made into wave-like shapes, so that an air outlet flow field is improved, and noise is prevented from being directly transmitted. The transversely arranged acoustical panels divide the airflow area into a plurality of channels 26, when noise passes through the channels 26, part of the noise is reflected for multiple times in the air conditioner unit and cannot be transmitted out, and the noise value is greatly reduced after the part which can be transmitted out is refracted and reflected for multiple times through the channels 26.
The results of the comparative tests before and after the addition of the sound-attenuating structure 2 are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the above table, after the silencing structure 2 is installed, under the same air volume, the noise of the air conditioner unit can be reduced by 5-7dB (A), and the noise reduction effect is obvious.
According to the silencing structure of the air conditioner and the air conditioner, the air flow region is divided into the plurality of small regions through the wave-like silencing plate which is transversely arranged, the air outlet flow field is improved, noise is prevented from being directly transmitted, the silencing materials are arranged on the silencing plate and the shell, the noise is reflected for multiple times in the air outlet channel between the silencing materials, the air flow noise is absorbed through the silencing materials, direct transmission of the noise is prevented, and the purpose of reducing the noise is achieved.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
