Abstract
The invention provides a silencing device of a fresh air system, which comprises a body, wherein a silencing cavity is arranged in the body, and an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the body; an air inlet silencing structure is arranged at one end of the inner wall of the body, which is positioned at the air inlet side and corresponds to the air outlet; the inner wall of the body is positioned at the air outlet side and corresponds to one end of the air inlet, and an air outlet silencing structure is arranged; the sound absorbing cotton is adhered to the inner wall of the body, the surface of the air inlet silencing structure, the surface of the air outlet silencing structure, the surface of the first baffle silencing plate and the surface of the second baffle silencing plate. The invention has reasonable structural design, designs the air inlet and outlet silencing structures in the limited space of the body, prolongs the path of the air flow to the greatest extent, and effectively increases the contact area of the air flow and the silencing cotton by the arrangement of the baffle silencing plate and improves the silencing effect to the greatest extent.

Fresh air systems are gradually popularized, household utilization rate is higher and higher, fresh air is obtained through filtering treatment when the fresh air systems work, noise is easy to generate when outdoor air is introduced indoors in actual use, the traditional silencer is mostly of a straight cylinder type, an air inlet and an air outlet are arranged on the same central axis, and noise reduction effect of a sound-reducing box is not ideal. the inner wall of the body is positioned at the air inlet side and corresponds to one end of the air outlet, and is provided with an air inlet silencing structure; a first baffle silencing plate 5 is arranged at the position of the inner wall of the body between the air inlet silencing structure and the air outlet, and a second baffle silencing plate 6 is arranged at the position of the inner wall of the body between the air outlet silencing structure and the air inlet;
the sound absorbing cotton 7 is attached to the inner wall of the body, the surface of the air inlet silencing structure, the surface of the air outlet silencing structure, the surface of the first baffle silencing plate and the surface of the second baffle silencing plate.
The outside of the body is symmetrically provided with a mounting seat 8, and the mounting seat is provided with a connecting hole. In an alternative embodiment, in order to avoid noise generated by vibration of the body and also avoid vibration transmission between the body and the connected structural member, a shock pad 9 may be disposed on the outer side of the mounting seat, and a via hole is disposed on the shock pad corresponding to each of the connection holes.
The air inlet silencing structure comprises an air inlet baffle strip 10 fixed at the position corresponding to the air inlet in the silencing cavity, an air inlet silencing groove 11 is formed in the position, facing the center of the silencing cavity, of the baffle strip, one end of the first baffle silencing plate is fixed on the inner wall of the body, the other end of the first baffle silencing plate extends towards the air inlet silencing groove, and a first air passing gap 12 is reserved between the first baffle silencing plate and the bottom of the air inlet silencing groove. It should be noted that, the air inlet baffle strip only sets up the space that one side of amortization groove has the overair, and air inlet baffle strip back and body inner wall laminating do not have the air current to pass through between the two.
In fact, the air inlet silencing structure is an inner corner protector of the corresponding corner of one side of the air inlet, the length of the air path is prolonged, the designed groove also increases the line distance of the air flow passing through to the greatest extent, and the noise reduction silencing effect is improved.
The width of the first air passing gap is 1/3-2/3 of the diameter of the air inlet, and the total cross-sectional area of the first air passing gap is larger than the cross-sectional area of the air inlet. The first air passing gap is enough to ensure that air flow smoothly passes through, and no obstruction is generated. The cross section of the air inlet silencing groove is of an omega-shaped structure, so that the air flow passing path is prolonged to the greatest extent in a limited space, and the contact area of the air flow and silencing cotton is increased.
The air-out silencing structure comprises an air-out barrier strip 13 fixed at the position corresponding to an air outlet in the silencing cavity, and an air-out silencing groove 14 is arranged at the position of the barrier strip towards the center of the silencing cavity; one end of the second baffle silencing plate is fixed on the inner wall of the body, the other end of the second baffle silencing plate extends towards the air outlet silencing groove, and an air passing gap 15 is reserved between the second baffle silencing plate and the bottom of the air outlet silencing groove. Similarly, the principle of the air outlet silencing structure and the air inlet silencing structure acts approximately.
The design is the same as that of the air inlet silencing structure, and the cross section of the air outlet silencing groove is of an omega-shaped structure. The width of the second air passing gap is 1/3-2/3 of the diameter of the air outlet, and the total cross-sectional area of the second air passing gap is larger than the cross-sectional area of the air outlet.
In an alternative embodiment, the corners of the body muffler chamber are prevented from forming large wind resistance, and the corners of the body are generally designed into arc-shaped angle structures 16, so that smooth air flow passes through the body muffler chamber.
The invention has reasonable structural design, designs the air inlet and outlet silencing structures in the limited space of the body, prolongs the path of the air flow to the greatest extent, and effectively increases the contact area of the air flow and the silencing cotton by arranging the baffle silencing plates, improves the silencing effect to the greatest extent, ensures that the noise in the using process of the fresh air system is controlled in a lower range, and has high comfort level.
