本发明涉及一种复合食品清洗剂，属于清洗剂领域。本发明所述的复合食品清洗剂包括羧甲基淀粉钠5~8%，脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~8%，柠檬酸钠10%~15%，水杨酸5%~7%，乙二醇6%~8%，十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%，乙醇5%~7%，5~7%的质量浓度为1%~2%的碳酸氢钠溶液，及去离子水。本发明能够深度有效去除食品表面的一般污垢、硬质杂质、蜡等成分。

本发明涉及清洗剂领域，特别涉及化学清洗剂领域。
背景技术
部分食品，如水果等，近年来出现了通过表面涂蜡的方式进行保鲜，以便长距离运输或长时间存储，这对食品的清洗带来了一定的困难，因目前常用的食品清洗剂对这类强粘附的硬质的杂质难以去除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种清洁效果好，除开食品表面的一般污垢外，还能有效去除其它硬质杂质，去除食品表面涂覆的蜡的复合型食品清洗剂。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种复合食品清洗剂，包括A、B两组分，其中A组分按质量百分比计，包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~8%、羧甲基淀粉钠5%~8%、柠檬酸钠10%~15%，水杨酸5%~7%，乙二醇6%~8%，十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%，乙醇5%~7%，余量为去离子水，组分B为质量浓度为1%~2%的碳酸氢钠溶液。
优选的是：所述组分A中按质量百分比计，包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7%、羧甲基淀粉钠7%、柠檬酸钠10%，水杨酸7%，乙二醇8%，十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%，乙醇7%，余量为去离子水。
在实际使用时，需要先使用组分A对食品表面进行清洗，其后再使用组分B重复清洗即可。
本发明的清洁效果良好，能够深度清洁食品表面，能有效去除石蜡。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按质量百分比计，将5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、5%的羧甲基淀粉钠、10%的柠檬酸钠，5%的水杨酸，6%的乙二醇，5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠，5%的乙醇与60%的去离子水加入容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到组分A，将碳酸氢钠溶于去离子水中形成质量浓度为1%的溶液，即为组分B，洗涤时先使用组分A对表面涂蜡的食品进行冲洗，其次使用组分B进行冲洗，洗涤结束后，食品表面洁净光滑，无任何明显杂质。
实施例2
按质量百分比计，将8%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、8%的羧甲基淀粉钠、15%的柠檬酸钠，7%的水杨酸，8%的乙二醇，7%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠，7%的乙醇与41%的去离子水加入容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到组分A，将碳酸氢钠溶于去离子水中形成质量浓度为2%的溶液，即为组分B，洗涤时先使用组分A对表面涂蜡的食品进行冲洗，其次使用组分B进行冲洗，洗涤结束后，食品表面洁净光滑，无任何明显杂质。
实施例3
按质量百分比计，将7%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7%的羧甲基淀粉钠、10%的柠檬酸钠，7%的水杨酸，8%的乙二醇，5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠，7%的乙醇与50%的去离子水加入容器中进行充分搅拌至完全溶解后得到组分A，将碳酸氢钠溶于去离子水中形成质量浓度为2%的溶液，即为组分B，洗涤时先使用组分A对表面涂蜡的食品进行冲洗，其次使用组分B进行冲洗，洗涤结束后，食品表面洁净光滑，无任何明显杂质。

1.一种复合食品清洗剂，其特征在于：所述清洗剂包括A、B两组分，其中A组分按质量百分比计，包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~8%、羧甲基淀粉钠5%~8%、柠檬酸钠10%~15%，水杨酸5%~7%，乙二醇6%~8%，十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%~7%，乙醇5%~7%，余量为去离子水，组分B为质量浓度为1%~2%的碳酸氢钠溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品清洗剂，其特征在于：所述组分A中按质量百分比计，包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7%、羧甲基淀粉钠7%、柠檬酸钠10%，水杨酸7%，乙二醇8%，十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%，乙醇7%，余量为去离子水。
