本发明涉及一种加入十八酸钠/甲氧基脂肪酰胺基类改性剂的防腐油漆。该油漆主要由无机硅酸钠、硅丙乳液、锌粉、硅丙乳液、十八酸钠和甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠等助剂组成。通过加入十八酸钠,增加体系疏松网络触变性结构,改善锌粉沉降缺点,加人甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠,提高体系增溶特性。制备的油漆稳定性能好,具有较好的应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性防腐油漆,特别涉及一种添加硬脂酸盐和甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠改性剂的改性防腐油漆及其改性方法,属于油漆加工领域。
背景技术
腐蚀是钢铁制品损坏的主要原因之一,人们采用各种防腐措施,随着对钢铁防腐要求的提高,富锌防腐油漆受到广泛关注,富锌油漆中含有大量锌粉,锌粒子之间、锌粒子与钢铁表面之间紧密接触,锌的电位比铁更负,所以在电解质溶液中锌原子容易失去电子变成阳极,铁则为阴极。在阳极区锌由于失去电子而被腐蚀掉,在阴极区钢铁表面不断得到电子,从而得到保护。当涂膜上有部位损伤后,露出基体金属,在较小的面积内腐蚀电流能流向钢铁露出部分,则锌的产物就沉积在此处形成一层保护膜,延缓腐蚀继续发生。
富锌油漆分为有机富锌油漆和无机富锌油漆,有机富锌油漆常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌油漆的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌油漆又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌油漆是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。水性无机富锌油漆由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉湿润性不好,锌粉容易沉降,影响产品质量。
为了克服以上缺点,在油漆制备过程中加入十八酸钠改性剂,在油漆中引入了疏松网络触变性结构,防止料颗粒沉降,同时加人甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂,从而能起到润湿、增溶等特性,两者形成协调效应,大大改善防腐油漆的稳定性能。
发明内容
本发明公开一种添加十八酸钠/甲氧基脂肪酰胺基类改性剂的防腐油漆,该油漆所含组分的质量百分比为:
硅酸钠 20%-30%;
超细锌粉 45%-60% ;
硅丙乳液 10%-20%;
钛酸酯偶联剂 3%-5% ;
MgCl2水溶液 3%-4%;
十八酸钠 2%-3%;
甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠 2%-3%。
上述所述的防腐油漆,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴将硅酸钠溶液倒入容器中,缓慢加热到一定温度;
⑵再将硅丙乳液缓慢添加到容器中,并不停地搅拌,添加完毕后,停止加热;
⑶再往容器中添加适量的钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌;
⑷加入锌粉,不停地搅拌均匀;
⑸最后依次添加适量的MgCl2水溶液、十八酸钠和甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种稳定性能好的改性防腐油漆。
优先地,在步骤⑴中,所加加热温度为70-80℃。
优先地,在步骤⑷ 中,所加的锌粉为500-600目。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴制备工艺简单;
⑵油漆稳定性好;
⑶ 制备成本低廉。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
将200g硅酸钠溶液倒入到一可加热的容器中,缓慢加热,当溶液温度达到70℃后,再往容器中滴加100g硅丙乳液,并不停地搅拌,滴加完毕后,停止加热,体系温度降至室温后,再往容器中加入30g钛酸酯偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入600g的500目超细锌粉,最后依次添加30gMgCl2水溶液、20g十八酸钠和20g的甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种稳定性能的防腐油漆。
实施例二:
将500g硅酸钠溶液倒入到一可加热的容器中,缓慢加热,当溶液温度达到75℃后,再往容器中滴加200g硅丙乳液,并不停地搅拌,滴加完毕后,停止加热,体系温度降至室温后,再往容器中加入100g钛酸酯偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入1000g的600目超细锌粉,最后依次添加80gMgCl2水溶液和60g十八酸钠和60g的甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种稳定性能的防腐油漆。
实施例三:
将1500g硅酸钠溶液倒入到一可加热的容器中,缓慢加热,当溶液温度达到80℃后,再往容器中滴加750g硅丙乳液,并不停地搅拌,滴加完毕后,停止加热,体系温度降至室温后,再往容器中加入150g钛酸酯偶联剂,并提高搅拌速度,然后加入2550g的600目超细锌粉,最后依次添加150gMgCl2水溶液和100g十八酸钠和100g 的甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种稳定性能的防腐油漆。

Claims (11)

1.一种防腐油漆,其特征在于该油漆包含硅酸钠、超细锌粉、硅丙乳液、钛酸酯偶联剂、MgCl2水溶液、十八酸钠和甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,硅酸钠组分含量 为20%-30%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,超细锌粉组分含量 为45%-60%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,硅丙乳液组分含量 为10%-20%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,钛酸酯偶联剂组分含量 为3%-5%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,MgCl2水溶液组分含量 为3%-4%。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,十八酸钠组分含量 为2%-3%。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠组分含量 为2%-3%。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,该油漆的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴将硅酸钠溶液倒入容器中,缓慢加热到一定温度;
⑵再将硅丙乳液缓慢添加到容器中,并不停地搅拌,添加完毕后,停止加热;
⑶再往容器中添加适量的钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌;
⑷加入锌粉,不停地搅拌均匀;
⑸最后依次添加适量的MgCl2水溶液、十八酸钠和甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠,充分搅拌均匀后即得一种稳定性能好的改性防腐油漆。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,在步骤⑴中,所加加热温度为70-80℃。
11.如权利要求9所述的一种防腐油漆,其特征在于,在步骤⑷ 中,所加的锌粉为500-600目。
