本发明涉及一种添加苯磺酸类/硬脂酸钙复合稳定剂的防腐油漆,该油漆包括:硅酸钠(20%‑30%)、超细锌粉(45%‑60%)、硅丙乳液(10%‑20%)、钛酸酯偶联剂(3%‑5%)、MgCl2水溶液(3%‑4%)、硬脂酸锌(2%‑3%)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(2%‑3%)。制备出的防腐油漆稳定性好,料粒不沉降等优良的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐油漆及其制备工艺,特别涉及一种添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸钙稳定剂的防腐油漆及其制备工艺,属于油漆合成领域。
背景技术
随着钢铁使用的日益广泛,钢铁防腐也越来越受到关注和研究,许多防腐油漆产品不断出现,一般防腐油漆就是以防腐涂层将被保护材料与外界的腐蚀性物质隔离开,但是防腐效果不强,防腐保护时间不长。因此富锌防腐油漆就也越来越受到关注,富锌油漆中含有大量锌粉,锌粒子之间、锌粒子与钢铁表面之间紧密接触,锌的电位比铁更负,所以在电解质溶液中锌原子容易失去电子变成阳极,铁则为阴极。在阳极区锌由于失去电子而被腐蚀掉,在阴极区钢铁表面不断得到电子,从而得到保护。当涂膜上有部位损伤后,露出基体金属,在较小的面积内腐蚀电流能流向钢铁露出部分,则锌的产物就沉积在此处形成一层保护膜,延缓腐蚀继续发生,对钢铁防腐效果非常好。
富锌油漆分为有机富锌油漆和无机富锌油漆,有机富锌油漆常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌油漆的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌油漆又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌油漆是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。水性无机富锌油漆由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉湿润性不好,锌粉容易沉降,影响产品质量。
为了克服以上富锌油漆的缺点,在调制油漆过程中,在体系内添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠表面活性剂,起到润湿、增溶作用;同时添加硬脂酸钙稳定剂,在油漆中引入了疏松网络触变性结构,防止料颗粒沉降,两者协同效应,共同改善油漆的稳定性能。
发明内容
本发明公开一种添加苯磺酸类/硬脂酸钙复合稳定剂的防腐油漆,该防腐油漆所含组分的质量百分比为:
硅酸钠 20%-30%;
超细锌粉 45%-60% ;
硅丙乳液 10%-20%;
钛酸酯偶联剂 3%-5% ;
MgCl2水溶液 3%-4%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 2%-3%;
硬脂酸钙 2%-3%。
一种添加苯磺酸类/硬脂酸钙复合稳定剂的防腐油漆,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴先将适量的硅酸钠溶液倒入可加热的容器中,放入水浴加热,加热到60-75℃;
⑵然后往容器中添加硅丙乳液,并不断搅拌直至均匀再停止加热;
⑶再往容器中添加适量的钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌直至均匀;
⑷加入超细锌粉,不停地搅拌直至均匀;
⑸再缓慢滴加适量的MgCl2水溶液;
⑹ 最后依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸钙,充分搅拌均匀后即得产品。
在步骤⑴中,加热方式还可以用其它方式加热,如电加热。
优先地,在步骤⑷ 中,所加的锌粉为500-700目。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴制备工艺简单,容易操作,流程短;
⑵制备出的防腐油漆稳定性好。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
先将200g的硅酸钠溶液倒入可加热的容器中,放入水浴加热,加热到60℃,然后往容器中添加100g硅丙乳液,并不断搅拌直至均匀再停止加热,再往容器中添加30g钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌直至均匀,加入600g的500目超细锌粉,不停地搅拌直至均匀后再缓慢滴加30gMgCl2的MgCl2水溶液,最后依次加入20g十二烷基苯磺酸钠和20g硬脂酸钙,充分搅拌均匀后即得产品。
实施例二:
先将500g的硅酸钠溶液倒入可加热的容器中,放入水浴加热,加热到65℃,然后往容器中添加200g硅丙乳液,并不断搅拌直至均匀再停止加热,再往容器中添加100g钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌直至均匀,加入1000g的600目超细锌粉,不停地搅拌直至均匀后再缓慢滴加80gMgCl2的MgCl2水溶液,最后依次加入60g十二烷基苯磺酸钠和60g硬脂酸钙,充分搅拌均匀后即得产品。
实施例三:
先将1500g的硅酸钠溶液倒入可加热的容器中,放入水浴加热,加热到75℃,然后往容器中添加750g硅丙乳液,并不断搅拌直至均匀停止加热,再往容器中添加150g钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌直至均匀,加入2550g的700目超细锌粉,不停地搅拌直至均匀后再缓慢滴加150gMgCl2的MgCl2水溶液,最后依次加入100g十二烷基苯磺酸钠和100g硬脂酸钙,充分搅拌均匀后即得产品。

Claims (4)

1.一种添加苯磺酸类/硬脂酸钙复合稳定剂的防腐油漆,该防腐油漆的组分比例为:硅酸钠(20%-30%)、超细锌粉(45%-60%)、硅丙乳液(10%-20%)、钛酸酯偶联剂 (3%-5%)、MgCl2水溶液(3%-4%)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(2%-3%)、硬脂酸钙(2%-3%)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种添加苯磺酸类/硬脂酸钙复合稳定剂的防腐油漆,其油漆的制备工艺按如下步骤进行:
⑴先将适量的硅酸钠溶液倒入可加热的容器中,放入水浴加热,加热到60-75℃;
⑵然后往容器中添加硅丙乳液,并不断搅拌直至均匀再停止加热;
⑶再往容器中添加适量的钛酸酯偶联剂,高速搅拌直至均匀;
⑷加入超细锌粉,不停地搅拌直至均匀;
⑸再缓慢滴加适量的MgCl2水溶液;
⑹ 最后依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸钙,充分搅拌均匀后即得产品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种添加苯磺酸类/硬脂酸钙复合稳定剂的防腐油漆,其特征在于,制备工艺步骤⑴中,加热方式还可以用其它方式加热,如电加热。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种添加苯磺酸类/硬脂酸钙复合稳定剂的防腐油漆,其特征在于,制备工艺步骤⑷ 中,所加的锌粉为500-700目。
