Abstract

本发明公开一种具有自动散热功能的充电枪,包括枪身、枪头以及枪身与枪头之间的绝缘散热件。充电电缆穿入枪身后,电源线芯与若干电源负载端子连接,接地线芯与接地端子连接,若干通讯线芯分别与若干通讯端子连接,若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别相应穿入绝缘散热件的若干电源端子孔、一接地线芯孔和若干通讯线芯孔并进入枪头内的相应端子孔内。本发明通过绝缘散热件将若干电源负载端子发出的热量传导至绝缘散热件的外表面自动散热,枪头与充电插座耦合部位的热量可以高效快速的传导散发出来,这能有效降低此处的温升,不仅消除充电因温度升高而带来的安全隐患,而且在同等硬件条件下,能够提高充电设备的额定功率,提升充电效率。

具有自动散热功能的充电枪
技术领域
本发明涉及电动交通工具充电技术领域,尤其涉及对电动交通工具进行充电的充电枪。
背景技术
纯动电汽车、混动电动汽车等电动交通工具的市场需求不断扩大,进而造成充电枪的需求也越来越大。现有充电枪与电动汽车连接充电时,需充电枪的枪头插接于充电汽车的充电接口内,此时枪头内的插接端子与电动汽车的对接端子连接充电。
然而,充电枪枪头内的插接端子与电动汽车的对接端子连接充电时会发热,该热量会造成充电枪的温度升高,存在充电安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够自动散热的充电枪,以避免充电枪充电时温度升高,进而消除充电时因温度升高而带来的安全隐患。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种具有自动散热功能的充电枪,该充电枪与充电电缆连接。充电电缆具有若干电源线芯、一接地线芯和若干通讯线芯。充电枪包括枪身、枪头以及若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子。枪身与枪头之间固定有绝缘散热件。绝缘散热件上开设有若干电源端子孔、一接地线芯孔和若干通讯线芯孔。充电电缆穿入枪身后,其中的电源线芯与若干电源负载端子连接,接地线芯与接地端子连接,若干通讯线芯分别与若干通讯端子连接,若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别相应穿入绝缘散热件的若干电源端子孔、一接地线芯孔和若干通讯线芯孔并进入枪头内的相应端子孔内,其中,电源负载端子与电源端子孔壁紧贴连接。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述绝缘散热件外表面设置有若干散热翼片。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子上分别相应设置有一负载端子卡环槽、接地端子卡环槽、通讯端子卡环槽,所述若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别相应穿入绝缘散热件的若干电源端子孔、一接地线芯孔和若干通讯线芯孔后,从若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子的前端分别套入一端子固定套,使端子固定套置于相应卡环槽后方,并在相应卡环槽上套上一卡圈。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述绝缘散热件与枪头之间设置有一固定板,该固定板上开设有若干穿孔,所述若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别相应穿孔穿过。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别于其前端设置有负载端子防潮卡槽、接地端子防潮卡槽、通讯端子防潮卡槽,每一防潮卡槽内均设置有一密封圈。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述枪头与绝缘散热件之间设置有一密封垫。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述枪头、绝缘散热件与枪头通过螺钉固定在一起。
如上所述,本发明具有自动散热功能的充电枪通过绝缘散热件将若干电源负载端子发出的热量传导至绝缘散热件的外表面自动散热,在充电过程中,枪头与充电插座耦合部位的热量可以高效快速的传导散发出来,这能有效降低此处的温升,不仅消除充电时因温度升高而带来的安全隐患,而且在同等硬件条件下,能够提高充电设备的额定功率,提升充电效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的详细描述,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
请参阅图1,本发明具有自动散热功能的充电枪与充电电缆a连接,充电电缆a具有若干电源线芯、一接地线芯和若干通讯线芯(图中未示)。
充电枪包括枪身10、枪头20以及若干电源负载端子31、一接地端子32、若干通讯端子33。
枪身10与枪头20之间固定有绝缘散热件40。绝缘散热件40上开设有若干电源端子孔41、一接地线芯孔42和若干通讯线芯孔43。充电电缆a穿入枪身10后,其电源线芯与若干电源负载端子31连接,接地线芯与接地端子32连接,若干通讯线芯分别与若干通讯端子33连接。若干电源负载端子31、一接地端子32、若干通讯端子33分别相应穿入绝缘散热件40的若干电源端子孔41、一接地线芯孔42和若干通讯线芯孔43并进入枪头20内的相应端子孔21/22/23内,其中,电源负载端子31优选与电源端子孔41壁紧贴连接。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,绝缘散热件40外表面设置有若干散热翼片44。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,若干电源负载端子31、一接地端子32、若干通讯端子33上分别相应设置有一负载端子卡环槽311、接地端子卡环槽41、通讯端子卡环槽51。若干电源负载端子31、一接地端子32、若干通讯端子33分别相应穿入绝缘散热件40的若干电源端子孔41、一接地线芯孔42和若干通讯线芯孔43后,从若干电源负载端子31、一接地端子32、若干通讯端子33的前端分别套入一端子固定套50,使端子固定套50置于相应卡环槽后方,并在卡环槽上套上一卡圈60,以防止端子向后移动。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,绝缘散热件40与枪头20之间设置有一固定板70,该固定板70上开设有若干穿孔71,若干电源负载端子31、一接地端子32、若干通讯端子33分别相应穿孔71穿过。在本实施例中,通过螺钉81将固定板70固定于绝缘散热件40上。固定板70可以防止端子向前移动。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,若干电源负载端子31、一接地端子32、若干通讯端子33分别于其前端设置有负载端子防潮卡槽311、接地端子防潮卡槽321、通讯端子防潮卡槽331,每一防潮卡槽311、321、331内均设置有一密封圈。当若干电源负载端子31、一接地端子32、若干通讯端子33分别进入相应枪头端子孔21/22/23内后,密封圈正好置于枪头端子孔21/22/23内,这能够起到防水防潮的功能。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,枪头20与绝缘散热件40之间设置有一密封垫80,这能够起到防水防潮的功能。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述枪头20、绝缘散热件60与枪身10通过螺钉90固定在一起。
综上所述,本发明具有自动散热功能的充电枪通过绝缘散热件60将若干电源负载端子31发出的热量传导至绝缘散热件60的外表面自动散热,在充电过程中,枪头20与充电插座耦合部位的热量可以高效快速的传导散发出来,这能有效降低此处温升,不仅消除了充电时因温度升高而带来的安全隐患,而且在同等硬件条件下,能够提高充电设备的额定功率,进而提升充电效率。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有自动散热功能的充电枪,该充电枪与充电电缆连接,所述充电电缆具有若干电源线芯、一接地线芯和若干通讯线芯,所述充电枪包括枪身、枪头以及若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子,其特征在于:所述枪身与枪头之间固定有绝缘散热件,所述绝缘散热件上开设有若干电源端子孔、一接地线芯孔和若干通讯线芯孔,所述充电电缆穿入枪身后,其中的电源线芯与若干电源负载端子连接,接地线芯与接地端子连接,若干通讯线芯分别与若干通讯端子连接,若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别相应穿入绝缘散热件的若干电源端子孔、一接地线芯孔和若干通讯线芯孔并进入所述枪头内的相应端子孔内。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有自动散热功能的充电枪,其特征在于,所述绝缘散热件外表面设置有若干散热翼片。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有自动散热功能的充电枪,其特征在于,所述若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子上分别相应设置有一负载端子卡环槽、接地端子卡环槽、通讯端子卡环槽,所述若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别相应穿入绝缘散热件的若干电源端子孔、一接地线芯孔和若干通讯线芯孔后,从若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子的前端分别套入一端子固定套,使端子固定套置于相应卡环槽后方,并在卡环槽上套上一卡圈。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有自动散热功能的充电枪,其特征在于,所述绝缘散热件与枪头之间设置有一固定板,该固定板上开设有若干穿孔,所述若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别相应穿孔穿过。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有自动散热功能的充电枪,其特征在于,所述若干电源负载端子、一接地端子、若干通讯端子分别于其前端设置有负载端子防潮卡槽、接地端子防潮卡槽、通讯端子防潮卡槽,每一防潮卡槽内均设置有一密封圈。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有自动散热功能的充电枪,其特征在于,所述枪头与绝缘散热件之间设置有一密封垫。
7.如权利要求1至6任一项所述的具有自动散热功能的充电枪,其特征在于,所述枪头、绝缘散热件与枪头通过螺钉固定在一起。
