本发明涉及一种花型边缘清晰防晒伤织物，包括触肤层（1），触肤层外依次设有排汗层（2）、透气层（3）、防晒层（4）和反光层（5），透气层采用亚麻纤维织成；反光层（5）为高折射率的玻璃微珠及其溶剂。所述触肤层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，由海岛纤维制成的经线和桑蚕丝纤维制成的纬线交织而成，经线密度为38根/cm，纬线密度为38根/cm，在织物层下表面设置有贴面柔软耐磨层，贴面柔软耐磨层为聚氨酯弹性纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺而成。本发明能防止皮肤晒伤，同时织物整体透气性好。本发明花型边缘清晰。

本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种防晒伤织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
夏季高温来临，人们普遍穿的衣物非常单薄，常见的服装有短裤、短袖衬衫等，这类服装的裸露部位较多，散热通风的效果比较好。可是在夏日也是阳光直射较强、紫外线较强的时期，在户外活动及工作的人群，如果皮肤长时间暴露在阳光下，非常容易晒伤，轻则红肿、脱皮，重则诱发皮肤癌等重大疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防晒伤织物，能够在穿着凉爽舒适的同时，可以防止皮肤晒伤。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种花型边缘清晰防晒伤织物，包括触肤层，所述触肤层外依次设有排汗层、透气层、防晒层和反光层，各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述触肤层采用竹纤维织成；所述排汗层采用三维网格超细纤维基布织成；所述透气层采用亚麻纤维织成；所述防晒层为聚四氟乙烯涂层；所述反光层为高折射率的玻璃微珠及其溶剂。所述触肤层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，由海岛纤维制成的经线和桑蚕丝纤维制成的纬线交织而成，经线密度为38根/cm，纬线密度为38根/cm，在织物层下表面设置有贴面柔软耐磨层，贴面柔软耐磨层为聚氨酯弹性纤维和聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维混纺而成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
织物的工艺简单，成本低廉，有效地提高了织物表面对阳光的反射能力，能防止皮肤晒伤，同时织物整体透气性好，不会粘黏皮肤。
本发明具有结构简单、在压花过程中压纹不变形，花型边缘清晰的优点。
