技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种防晒伤织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
夏季高温来临，人们普遍穿的衣物非常单薄，常见的服装有短裤、短袖衬衫等，这类服装的裸露部位较多，散热通风的效果比较好。可是在夏日也是阳光直射较强、紫外线较强的时期，在户外活动及工作的人群，如果皮肤长时间暴露在阳光下，非常容易晒伤，轻则红肿、脱皮，重则诱发皮肤癌等重大疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种防晒伤织物，能够在穿着凉爽舒适的同时，可以防止皮肤晒伤。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种经久耐用防晒伤织物，包括触肤层，所述触肤层外依次设有排汗层、透气层、防晒层和反光层，各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述触肤层采用竹纤维织成；所述排汗层采用三维网格超细纤维基布织成；所述透气层采用亚麻纤维织成；所述防晒层为聚四氟乙烯涂层；所述反光层为高折射率的玻璃微珠及其溶剂。所述触肤层背面设置有衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括一对表层和设在一对表层之间的芯层，表层为棉，芯层包括竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维，竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维依次错开设置；表层和芯层中间设有金属丝层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
织物的工艺简单，成本低廉，有效地提高了织物表面对阳光的反射能力，能防止皮肤晒伤，同时织物整体透气性好，不会粘黏皮肤。
本发明在工作中，表层为棉，与肌肤触感好，舒适并且吸湿性能好；芯层包括竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维，其中竹炭纤维质量轻，强度大；亚麻纤维轻薄、透气；表层和芯层之间设置金属丝层，具有较强的坚韧度，经久耐用，提高织物的质感。发明成本较低，环保可靠。
