本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种高效吸汗面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
面料是日常生活和工作中常用的纺织基材,种类繁多,根据不同的场合、不同的功能有:耐高温面料、耐腐蚀面料、遮光面料、防紫外线面料等等,根据其性能特性而应用于不同的领域和场所。
常规面料织成的服装,吸汗功能一般,如果服装面料采用整体吸汗功能强的棉纤维织成,则服装容易变形,不易打理,而且容易变黄,污迹难以清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种高效吸汗面料,能够增强面料的局部吸汗性能,同时不影响面料整体的立体感。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种经久耐用高效吸汗面料,包括里层,所述里层的内外两侧都设有吸汗层,所述吸汗层的内侧设有基础层;各层通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定;所述里层采用大豆纤维织成;所述吸汗层采用超微细丙纶熔喷纤维织成;所述基础层采用竹纤维织成。所述基础层衬里织物层,该衬里织物层,包括一对表层和设在一对表层之间的芯层,表层为棉,芯层包括竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维,竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维依次错开设置;表层和芯层中间设有金属丝层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
面料结构简单,双层的吸汗材料可以将汗水快速吸收,保持身体干爽。而且可以将面料裁剪后与普通服装缝合,将该面料置于腋下等出含量大的部位,提高服装的特定部位吸汗功能。
本发明在工作中,表层为棉,与肌肤触感好,舒适并且吸湿性能好;芯层包括竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维,其中竹炭纤维质量轻,强度大;亚麻纤维轻薄、透气;表层和芯层之间设置金属丝层,具有较强的坚韧度,经久耐用,提高织物的质感。发明成本较低,环保可靠。
