技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种高效吸汗面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
面料是日常生活和工作中常用的纺织基材，种类繁多，根据不同的场合、不同的功能有：耐高温面料、耐腐蚀面料、遮光面料、防紫外线面料等等，根据其性能特性而应用于不同的领域和场所。
常规面料织成的服装，吸汗功能一般，如果服装面料采用整体吸汗功能强的棉纤维织成，则服装容易变形，不易打理，而且容易变黄，污迹难以清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种高效吸汗面料，能够增强面料的局部吸汗性能，同时不影响面料整体的立体感。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种经久耐用高效吸汗面料，包括里层，所述里层的内外两侧都设有吸汗层，所述吸汗层的内侧设有基础层；各层通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述里层采用大豆纤维织成；所述吸汗层采用超微细丙纶熔喷纤维织成；所述基础层采用竹纤维织成。所述基础层衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，包括一对表层和设在一对表层之间的芯层，表层为棉，芯层包括竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维，竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维依次错开设置；表层和芯层中间设有金属丝层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
面料结构简单，双层的吸汗材料可以将汗水快速吸收，保持身体干爽。而且可以将面料裁剪后与普通服装缝合，将该面料置于腋下等出含量大的部位，提高服装的特定部位吸汗功能。
本发明在工作中，表层为棉，与肌肤触感好，舒适并且吸湿性能好；芯层包括竹炭纤维和亚麻纤维，其中竹炭纤维质量轻，强度大；亚麻纤维轻薄、透气；表层和芯层之间设置金属丝层，具有较强的坚韧度，经久耐用，提高织物的质感。发明成本较低，环保可靠。
