技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,尤其涉及一种防晒伤织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
夏季高温来临,人们普遍穿的衣物非常单薄,常见的服装有短裤、短袖衬衫等,这类服装的裸露部位较多,散热通风的效果比较好。可是在夏日也是阳光直射较强、紫外线较强的时期,在户外活动及工作的人群,如果皮肤长时间暴露在阳光下,非常容易晒伤,轻则红肿、脱皮,重则诱发皮肤癌等重大疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防晒伤织物,能够在穿着凉爽舒适的同时,可以防止皮肤晒伤。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种不易产生细菌和发霉防晒伤织物,包括触肤层,所述触肤层外依次设有排汗层、透气层、防晒层和反光层,各层通过聚氨酯胶粘接固定;所述触肤层采用竹纤维织成;所述排汗层采用三维网格超细纤维基布织成;所述透气层采用亚麻纤维织成;所述防晒层为聚四氟乙烯涂层;所述反光层为高折射率的玻璃微珠及其溶剂。所述触肤层背面设置有衬里织物层,该衬里织物层,包括由蕾丝线体编织而成的基布层,基布层包括内布层和外布层,内布层和外布层之间设有纳米抗菌防霉涂料层,所述外布层的外表面设有美加抗微生物水晶保护盾层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
织物的工艺简单,成本低廉,有效地提高了织物表面对阳光的反射能力,能防止皮肤晒伤,同时织物整体透气性好,不会粘黏皮肤。
本发明不易产生细菌和发霉的现象。
