Abstract

本发明涉及一种葛根切片机的旋切装置，包括旋切支架、电动机、主动带轮、从动带轮、传动带、减速机、旋切转轴、联轴器、旋切转盘、旋切轴承、旋切刀、旋转电机和支撑架；电动机位于旋切支架下端的连接台面上，主动带轮与从动带轮之间通过传动带进行连接，旋切转轴上端通过旋切轴承固定在旋切支架上端的横梁中部位置处，旋切转盘位于旋切转轴中部位置处，旋切转盘上开设有旋切通孔，旋切刀位于旋切通孔内部，旋切刀材质为不锈钢材料，旋转电机位于旋切刀正下方，旋切电机通过支撑架固定在旋切转盘下方。本发明的旋切转盘和旋切刀可进行同心同速旋转运动，实现了对葛根的切片，且切片厚度均匀一致，切口美观，提高了葛根切片的整体效率。

一种葛根切片机的旋切装置
技术领域
本发明涉及中药材加工器械领域，具体的说是一种葛根切片机的旋切装置。
背景技术
葛根是著名的中药材，粗壮藤本，长可达8米，全体被黄色长硬毛，茎基部木质，有粗厚的块状根，羽状复叶具3小叶；托叶背着，卵状长圆形，具线条；小托叶线状披针形，与小叶柄等长或较长；小叶三裂，偶尔全缘，顶生小叶宽卵形或斜卵形，长8-15(-19)厘米，宽5-12(-18)厘米，先端长渐尖，侧生小叶斜卵形，稍小，上面被淡黄色、平伏的蔬柔毛，下面较密；小叶柄被黄揭色绒毛，荚果长椭圆形，长5-9厘米，宽8-11毫米，扁平，被褐色长硬毛。花期9-10月，果期11-12月，生于山坡草丛中或路旁及较阴湿的地方，或生于海拔1000-3200米的山沟林中。葛根有解肌退热，透疹，生津止渴，升阳止泻之功；常用于表证发热，项背强痛，麻疹不透，热病口渴，阴虚消渴，热泻热痢，脾虚泄泻。
目前对于葛根的加工器械很少，葛根切片加工机械一直比较落后，自动化程度低，基本上都是人工操作，劳动强度大，目前葛根切片技术均需人工进行，切片效率低，而且占用了大量劳动力，因此，现有技术已不能满足人们生产需求，迫切需要一种葛根切片加工效率高的机械自动化装置，即一种葛根切片机的旋切装置。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种葛根切片机的旋切装置。
本发明所要解决其技术问题所采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种葛根切片机的旋切装置，包括旋切支架、电动机、主动带轮、从动带轮、传动带、减速机、旋切转轴、联轴器、旋切转盘、旋切轴承、旋切刀、旋转电机和支撑架；所述的旋切支架呈方形框体结构，旋切支架下端设置有连接台面，旋切支架上端设置有横梁，电动机位于旋切支架下端的连接台面上，且电动机与连接台面固连，主动带轮与电动机输出轴之间通过键相连接，主动带轮与从动带轮位于同一水平面上，且主动带轮与从动带轮之间通过传动带进行连接，从动带轮固定在减速机的输入轴上，减速机固定在旋切支架下端连接台面的中心位置处，旋切转轴下端通过联轴器与减速机的输出轴相连接，旋切转轴上端通过旋切轴承固定在旋切支架上端的横梁中部位置处，旋切转盘位于旋切转轴中部位置处，且旋切转盘与旋切转轴之间固连，旋切转盘上开设有旋切通孔，旋切刀位于旋切通孔内部，且旋切刀直径略小于旋切通孔直径，旋切刀上端安装高度高出旋切转盘上端面2-3毫米，旋切刀材质为不锈钢材料，旋切刀外侧端设置有双面倒角，旋转电机位于旋切刀正下方，且旋切电机主轴与旋切刀之间相连接，旋切电机通过支撑架固定在旋切转盘下方；通过电动机的转动带动主动带轮的旋转，主动带轮和从动带轮之间通过传动带传动，减速机起到了调节输出速度的作用，通过旋切转轴的转动带动旋切转盘的旋转运动，同时通过旋转电机的转动带动旋切刀的旋转运动，旋切转盘和旋切刀可进行同心同速旋转运动，也可分别进行运动，实现了对葛根的切片，且切片厚度均匀一致，切口美观，提高了葛根切片的整体效率。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：本发明的旋切转盘和旋切刀可进行同心同速旋转运动，也可分别进行运动，实现了对葛根的切片，且切片厚度均匀一致，切口美观，提高了葛根切片的整体效率。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1和图2所示，一种葛根切片机的旋切装置，包括旋切支架21、电动机22、主动带轮23、从动带轮24、传动带25、减速机26、旋切转轴27、联轴器28、旋切转盘29、旋切轴承210、旋切刀211、旋转电机212和支撑架213；所述的旋切支架21呈方形框体结构，旋切支架21下端设置有连接台面，旋切支架21上端设置有横梁，电动机22位于旋切支架21下端的连接台面上，且电动机22与连接台面固连，主动带轮23与电动机22输出轴之间通过键相连接，主动带轮23与从动带轮24位于同一水平面上，且主动带轮23与从动带轮24之间通过传动带25进行连接，从动带轮24固定在减速机26的输入轴上，减速机26固定在旋切支架21下端连接台面的中心位置处，旋切转轴27下端通过联轴器28与减速机26的输出轴相连接，旋切转轴27上端通过旋切轴承210固定在旋切支架21上端的横梁中部位置处，旋切转盘29位于旋切转轴27中部位置处，且旋切转盘29与旋切转轴27之间固连，旋切转盘29上开设有旋切通孔，旋切刀211位于旋切通孔内部，且旋切刀211直径略小于旋切通孔直径，旋切刀211上端安装高度高出旋切转盘29上端面2-3毫米，旋切刀211材质为不锈钢材料，旋切刀211外侧端设置有双面倒角，旋转电机212位于旋切刀211正下方，且旋切电机212主轴与旋切刀211之间相连接，旋切电机212通过支撑架213固定在旋切转盘29下方；通过电动机22的转动带动主动带轮23的旋转，主动带轮23和从动带轮24之间通过传动带25传动，减速机22起到了调节输出速度的作用，通过旋切转轴27的转动带动旋切转盘29的旋转运动，同时通过旋转电机212的转动带动旋切刀211的旋转运动，旋切转盘29和旋切刀211可进行同心同速旋转运动，也可分别进行运动，实现了对葛根的切片，且切片厚度均匀一致，切口美观，提高了葛根切片的整体效率。
