本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手。
背景技术
电磁阀是电磁控制的工业设备,是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件,现有的电磁阀主要是采用人工装配作业或分流水线的方式进行安装作业,其自动化程度不高,电磁阀组装难度系数大,人工装配存在人为因素,容易出现不良品,而且装配周期长、效率低和成本高,有鉴于此,基于现有技术的缺陷和不足,设计出一款电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动抓取阀盖,节约劳动力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手,该电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手包括换位安装板、滑块、滑轨、推拉板、推拉气缸、换位连接板、换位铰接销、限位块、换位螺栓、限位柱、双耳铰链座和阀盖夹模,所述换位安装板上设有五个换位通槽,换位通槽两侧的换位安装板上安装有滑块,同侧四个滑块固定于滑轨上,两根滑轨分别固定于推拉板上,换位安装板上还安装有两个背对的推拉气缸,推拉气缸的活塞杆分别通过换位连接板与后侧的推拉板固定,两个推拉板之间的换位安装板上安装有四根换位铰接销,换位铰接销上部套有限位块,限位块上设有两个限位通孔,两根换位螺栓分别穿过限位通孔固定到两个推拉板上,两个推拉板的相对面上均等距安装有五根限位柱,前后两个推拉板上的限位柱交错分部,每个换位通槽下方的换位安装板上安装有两个双耳铰链座,阀盖夹模活动插装于双耳铰链座上,相邻两个阀盖夹模为一组,阀盖夹模上端设有“U”形开口,相邻两个限位柱分别位于相邻两个阀盖夹模的“U”形开口里,两个阀盖夹模的下部外侧面上设有限位滑槽,限位滑槽可与阀盖上的内螺纹配合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动抓取阀盖,节约劳动力。

一种电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手,该电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手包括换位安装板23101、滑块23102、滑轨23103、推拉板23104、推拉气缸23105、换位连接板23106、换位铰接销23107、限位块23108、换位螺栓23109、限位柱231010、双耳铰链座231011和阀盖夹模231012,所述换位安装板23101上设有五个换位通槽,换位通槽两侧的换位安装板23101上安装有滑块23102,同侧四个滑块23102固定于滑轨23103上,两根滑轨23103分别固定于推拉板23104上,换位安装板23101上还安装有两个背对的推拉气缸23105,推拉气缸23105的活塞杆分别通过换位连接板23106与后侧的推拉板23104固定,两个推拉板23104之间的换位安装板23101上安装有四根换位铰接销23107,换位铰接销23107上部套有限位块23108,限位块23108上设有两个限位通孔,两根换位螺栓23109分别穿过限位通孔固定到两个推拉板23104上,两个推拉板23104的相对面上均等距安装有五根限位柱231010,前后两个推拉板23104上的限位柱231010交错分部,每个换位通槽下方的换位安装板23101上安装有两个双耳铰链座231011,阀盖夹模231012活动插装于双耳铰链座231011上,相邻两个阀盖夹模231012为一组,阀盖夹模231012上端设有“U”形开口,相邻两个限位柱231010分别位于相邻两个阀盖夹模231012的“U”形开口里,两个阀盖夹模231012的下部外侧面上设有限位滑槽,限位滑槽可与阀盖上的内螺纹配合。
本发明电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手工作时,换位薄型气缸236的活塞杆伸展带动换位机械手2310向下移动,相邻两个阀盖夹模231012位于一个阀盖的螺纹孔里,左侧推拉气缸23105的活塞杆伸展,在限位块23108的作用下,前后两块推拉板23104朝反方向运动,两个限位柱231010带动两个阀盖夹模231012背向运动,阀盖夹模231012将阀盖夹紧,重复以上工作步骤。
本发明电磁阀隔磁组件装配机的换位机械手,结构紧凑,运行平稳,能够替代人工自动抓取阀盖,节约劳动力。
