Abstract
本发明涉及一种切割角度可调的切割机。主要解决了现有的手压式切割锯加工偏角精度低而导致产品合格率低的问题。其特征在于:所述电机(2)的输出轴依次连接花键套(4)、花键轴(5)、万向轴(6)及刀具轴(7),刀具轴(7)通过轴承(8)安装在轴承座(9)内;所述轴承座(9)的两侧分别通过销轴(10)铰接在支撑板(11)上,一个销轴(10)穿出支撑板(11)且在其伸出端上从内到外依次设有刻度盘(12)、带有指针(13)的旋钮(14)及锁紧螺母(15)。本发明能够对切割锯的偏转角度进行调节,铝合金或塑钢型材的偏角加工精度较高,有效提高了产品合格率,具有结构简单、操作方便及成本低的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种门窗型材切割装置,具体涉及一种切割角度可调的切割机。
背景技术
近年来,铝合金或塑钢门窗的需求量越来越大,铝合金或塑钢门窗是指采用铝合金或塑钢型材为框、梃、扇料制作的门窗,在加工制作时,需要对铝合金或塑钢型材按一定规格进行切割截断,通常采用手压式切割锯进行切割,由于框、梃、扇的接口或安装槽等部位的偏角加工精度要求较高,在加工时划线或利用模板进行切割,精度很难达到要求,产品合格率较低。如想达到较高的合格率需要采用专用机床,由于专利用机床的结构复杂、价格昂贵,操作要求也较高,难以满足规模较小的门窗加工生产作坊的要求。因此急需一种结构简单、成本低并且能够精确调节偏转角度的切割机。
发明内容
为了克服现有的手压式切割锯加工偏角精度低而导致产品合格率低的不足,本发明提供一种切割角度可调的切割机,该切割角度可调的切割机能够对切割锯的偏转角度进行调节,铝合金或塑钢型材的偏角加工精度较高,有效提高了产品合格率,具有结构简单、操作方便及成本低的特点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种切割角度可调的切割机包括机架、电机及切割锯,所述电机的输出轴依次连接花键套、花键轴、万向轴及刀具轴,切割锯固定在刀具轴的一端,刀具轴通过轴承安装在轴承座内;所述轴承座的两侧分别通过销轴铰接在支撑板上,支撑板固定在机架上,轴承座能够相对支撑板自由转动,一个销轴穿出支撑板且在其伸出端上从内到外依次设有刻度盘、带有指针的旋钮及锁紧螺母,刻度盘固定在支撑板上并与销轴之间有间隙,旋钮通过平键与销轴连接;机架上对应切割锯的位置设有直线滑轨,直线滑轨上可拆卸连接型材夹具。
所述万向轴与花键轴之间以及万向轴与刀具轴之间均通过十字万向节相连。
所述销轴与轴承座之间相互焊接。
所述销轴与锁紧螺母之间通过细牙螺纹连接。
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,在加工铝合金或塑钢型材上偏角时,先松开锁紧螺母,转动旋钮,轴承座随同旋钮一起转动,进行调节切割锯的偏转角度,通过指针和刻度盘能够直观地看到偏转角的数值,调节到切割锯所需要的偏角后,将锁紧螺母锁紧即可。再将需要切割的铝合金或塑钢型材装卡在型材夹具,开启电机,切割锯转动,利用直线滑轨缓慢向前推进铝合金或塑钢型材即可达到加工目的。本发明能够对切割锯的偏转角度进行调节,铝合金或塑钢型材的偏角加工精度较高,有效提高了产品合格率,具有结构简单、操作方便及成本低的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1~图2所示,一种切割角度可调的切割机包括机架1、电机2及切割锯3,电机2连接在电机支座18上方,电机支座18与机架1相固定,所述电机2的输出轴依次连接花键套4、花键轴5、万向轴6及刀具轴7,切割锯3固定在刀具轴7的一端,刀具轴7通过轴承8安装在轴承座9内;所述轴承座9的两侧分别通过销轴10铰接在支撑板11上,支撑板11固定在机架1上,轴承座9能够相对支撑板11自由转动,一个销轴10穿出支撑板11且在其伸出端上从内到外依次设有刻度盘12、带有指针13的旋钮14及锁紧螺母15,刻度盘12固定在支撑板11上并与销轴10之间有间隙,旋钮14通过平键与销轴10连接;机架1上对应切割锯3的位置设有直线滑轨16,直线滑轨16上可拆卸连接型材夹具17。由于采取上述技术方案,在加工铝合金或塑钢型材上偏角时,先松开锁紧螺母15,转动旋钮14,轴承座9随同旋钮14一起转动,进行调节切割锯3的偏转角度,通过指针13和刻度盘12能够直观地看到偏转角的数值,调节到切割锯3所需要的偏角后,将锁紧螺母15锁紧即可。再将需要切割的铝合金或塑钢型材装卡在型材夹具17,开启电机2,切割锯3转动,利用直线滑轨16缓慢向前推进铝合金或塑钢型材即可达到加工目的。本发明能够对切割锯3的偏转角度进行调节,铝合金或塑钢型材的偏角加工精度较高,有效提高了产品合格率,具有结构简单、操作方便及成本低的特点。
所述万向轴6与花键轴5之间以及万向轴6与刀具轴7之间均通过十字万向节相连。刀具轴7偏转方向后,一方面利用万向轴6传递扭矩,另一方面来自电机2的振动也不会传递给切割锯3,减小了因电机2振动产生的加工误差,确保了工件加工精度。
所述销轴10与轴承座9之间相互焊接。结构简单,连接牢固。
所述销轴10与锁紧螺母15之间通过细牙螺纹连接。锁紧螺母15能够达到较大的锁紧力,锁紧可靠。必要时可以在锁紧螺母15外加防松备帽。

1.一种切割角度可调的切割机,包括机架(1)、电机(2)及切割锯(3),其特征在于:所述电机(2)的输出轴依次连接花键套(4)、花键轴(5)、万向轴(6)及刀具轴(7),切割锯(3)固定在刀具轴(7)的一端,刀具轴(7)通过轴承(8)安装在轴承座(9)内;所述轴承座(9)的两侧分别通过销轴(10)铰接在支撑板(11)上,支撑板(11)固定在机架(1)上,轴承座(9)能够相对支撑板(11)自由转动,一个销轴(10)穿出支撑板(11)且在其伸出端上从内到外依次设有刻度盘(12)、带有指针(13)的旋钮(14)及锁紧螺母(15),刻度盘(12)固定在支撑板(11)上并与销轴(10)之间有间隙,旋钮(14)通过平键与销轴(10)连接;机架(1)上对应切割锯(3)的位置设有直线滑轨(16),直线滑轨(16)上可拆卸连接型材夹具(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割角度可调的切割机,其特征在于:所述万向轴(6)与花键轴(5)之间以及万向轴(6)与刀具轴(7)之间均通过十字万向节相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切割角度可调的切割机,其特征在于:所述销轴(10)与轴承座(9)之间相互焊接。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种切割角度可调的切割机,其特征在于:所述销轴(10)与锁紧螺母(15)之间通过细牙螺纹连接。
