本发明属日化领域,具体涉及一种含脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐的护肤乳液。该护肤乳液除了包含有2.8%‑3.5%的乳化剂、0.55%‑0.75%的增稠剂、19.0%‑26.0%%的保湿成份、0.1%‑0.2%的阿甘油外,还包含有3.0%‑7.0%的脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐。本发明加入的脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐,有助于提高乳液的保湿效果,并通过调整原料配比,使乳液涂抹后被皮肤吸收快,肤感不黏腻。

技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种含脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐的护肤乳液。
背景技术
乳液是指一相液体以微小液滴状态分散于另一相液体中形成的非均相液体分散体系,乳液主要由乳化剂、油相和水相组成,乳化剂是形成乳液的关键。目前,乳液已广泛应用于化妆品行业。配方师在配方中加入各种有益于治疗、保护和保养皮肤的成分,以迎合市场和消费者的需求。比如在配方中加入物理防晒剂(如二氧化钛颗粒)或者化学防晒剂(如p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯)对紫外线产生屏蔽或者吸收以达到防晒的目的;在配方中加入水杨酸以达到抑菌、消炎的目的;在配方中加入各种油脂、天然活性物质以达到保湿滋润皮肤的目的。
有研究指出,多种皮肤问题如过敏、粗糙、老化皱纹很大程度上是由于皮肤缺水造成的,基于此,配方师开发出了众多的护肤乳液。护肤的成分随着消费者要求的提高,也在不断地更新,不断从低端原料向高端原料演变。目前消费者更青睐于天然原料以及结构与人体皮肤组织成分接近的原料。
总所周知,皮肤角质层起着皮肤屏障的功能,其中的角质物质起着控制外表皮水分流失的作用,使皮肤保持一定的水分含量以对抗外部环境的湿度变化。在角质物质中,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠盐是人体天然保湿因子的最重要成分之一,大量存在于皮肤角质层中,是角质层中起保湿作用的主要物质,它具有优良的吸湿性及生理活性,用于膏霜类化妆品中,可达滋润调理的功效。
壳聚糖是一种由天然高分子甲壳素衍生而来的高分子,其来源丰富,具有可生物降解性、生物相容性、生物粘附性、无毒等众多优异的性能,因而受到广泛的关注。基于以上卓越的性能,壳聚糖常被用于生物医药领域的科研和工业。近年来,许多学者研究了壳聚糖及其衍生物在化妆品中的应用,发现壳聚糖及其衍生物具有许多优异的性质,如Muzzarell i等人研究证明其具有良好的吸水和锁水能力,弱酸性条件下壳聚糖带正电可与皮肤负电发生相互作用而粘附在皮肤上,减少皮肤水分的流失;Jayakumar等人研究证明壳聚糖及其衍生物在一定条件下具有抗菌活性;Tomida等人的研究说明了壳聚糖及其衍生物具有一定的抗氧化性能;另外,壳聚糖及其衍生物还经常用于活性成分、香料的包裹以达到保护活性成分和控制释放的目的。
脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐是由吡咯烷酮羧酸和壳聚糖两种物质形成的盐,是一种高性能护肤原料,把它加入到配方中可以同时利用吡咯烷酮羧酸盐和壳聚糖的保湿性能。
另外,阿甘油被视为世界上最为昂贵的植物油脂,由于具有众多临床功效而常常被用于医药和化妆品行业。化妆品级的阿甘油对皮肤丘疹、青少年痤疮、水痘脓包具有一定的治疗效果,另外,它还能减少皱纹、滋润皮肤和头发。
虽然目前市场上护肤乳数量、种类繁多,但仍有必要开发新的配方以供消费者选择。在本发明中,配方除了含有角鲨烷、辛酸葵酸甘油酯等油脂外,还添加了高性能的护肤原料脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐、天然的植物油酯牛油果树果脂和澳洲坚果油,以及素有"液体黄金"之称的阿甘油。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐的护肤乳液。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种含脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐的护肤乳液,除含有护肤乳液可接受的成份外,还含有:
占乳液重量2.8%-3.5%的乳化剂,该乳化剂为占乳液重量2.0%-2.5%的鲸蜡硬脂醇和占乳液重量0.8%-1.0%的蔗糖多硬酯酸酯/氢化聚异丁烯的组合;
占乳液重量0.55%-0.75%的增稠剂,该增稠剂为占乳液重量0.25%的黄原胶和占乳液重量0.3%-0.5%的羟乙基纤维素的组合;
占乳液重量19.0%-26.0%的保湿成份,该保湿成份为占乳液重量3.0%-4.0%的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、占乳液重量3.0%-5.0%的环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、占乳液重量2.0%-4.0%的角鲨烷、占乳液重量3.0%的碳酸二辛酯、占乳液重量0.5%-2.0%的牛油果树果脂、占乳液重量5.0%的甘油、占乳液重量2.0%的1,3-丙二醇、占乳液重量0.5%-1.0%的澳洲坚果油的组合。
占乳液重量3.0%-7.0%的脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐。
本发明的护肤乳液,还包含有占乳液重量0.1%-0.2%的阿甘油。

本发明的有益效果
本发明在配方中添加了高性能的护肤原料脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐,可以同时利用脱乙酰壳聚糖和PCA(吡咯烷酮羧酸)的保湿性能,提高乳液的整体保湿效果,并通过调整原料配比,使乳液涂抹后被皮肤吸收快,肤感不黏腻。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
先对本发明组份选取的特点、注意事项作详细介绍、说明。
本发明在选用常用的乳化剂,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、角鲨烷、碳酸二辛酯等常用的保湿剂,以及其他乳液的常用成份之外,特别添加了高性能的护肤原料脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐,以提高乳液的保湿效果。
实施例I-V
以实施例VIII为例,其制作步骤如下:
1、把0.5gEDTA-2Na、2.0g羟苯甲酯、1.0g羟苯丙酯、50.0g甘油、20.0g1,3-丙二醇、2.5g黄原胶、5.0g羟乙基纤维素以及50.0g脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐加入到672.2g去离子水中,加热到80℃,搅拌至溶解、分散充分。
2、把25.0g鲸蜡硬脂醇、10.0g蔗糖多硬酯酸酯/氢化聚异丁烯、10.0g牛油果树果脂、30.0g辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、1.0g阿甘油、10.0g澳洲坚果油、40.0g环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、20.0g角鲨烷、30.0g碳酸二辛酯加到油相锅中,加热到80℃,并搅拌至溶解、分散充分。
3、把油相锅中的物料加入到水相锅中,开动均质机,速度为8000rpm/min,乳化均质10min后降温。
4、降温到45℃后加入柠檬酸水溶液(0.3g柠檬酸溶于5.0g去离子水)、5.0g雪莲花提取物以及0.5g玫瑰花香精,搅拌均匀、降至室温后真空脱气。采用瑞士METTLER TOLEDO公司DELTA 320pH计测定其pH为5.6;并采用美国BROOKFIELD公司DV-I I+Pro型粘度计测定其粘度为9620mPa.s(S64号转子、转速30rpm、平行测定三次取平均)。

Claims (3)

1.一种含脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐的护肤乳液,除含有护肤乳液可接受的成份外,还含有:
占乳液重量2.8%-3.5%的乳化剂,该乳化剂为占乳液重量2.0%-2.5%的鲸蜡硬脂醇和占乳液重量0.8%-1.0%的蔗糖多硬酯酸酯/氢化聚异丁烯的组合;
占乳液重量0.55%-0.75%的增稠剂,该增稠剂为占乳液重量0.25%的黄原胶和占乳液重量0.3%-0.5%的羟乙基纤维素的组合;
占乳液重量3.0%-7.0%的脱乙酰壳多糖PCA盐;
占乳液重量19.0%-26.0%的保湿成份,该保湿成份为占乳液重量3.0%-4.0%的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、占乳液重量3.0%-5.0%的环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、占乳液重量2.0%-4.0%的角鲨烷、占乳液重量3.0%的碳酸二辛酯、占乳液重量0.5%-2.0%的牛油果树果脂、占乳液重量5.0%的甘油、占乳液重量2.0%的1,3-丙二醇、占乳液重量0.5%-1.0%的澳洲坚果油的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护肤乳液,还包含有占乳液重量0.1%-0.2%的阿甘油。
