Abstract

本发明通过以一种长碳链脂肪酸,甲醛及一种长碳链丙二胺为反应物,甲苯作为溶剂及携水剂,在温度180到250℃范围内反应生成的一种油溶性耐高温酰胺合成化合物。该酰胺合成化合物兼具高沸点,油溶性两大特性,在炼油装置高温部分缓蚀剂中极性基团在较高温度时能与环烷酸反应,反应物吸附在金属材料表面,形成一种多中心、多层次的吸附性保护膜;同时部分缓蚀剂与环烷酸直接作用,生成大分子量的环烷酸酯,从而在金属表面建立吸附平衡,将环烷酸等有机酸和金属表面隔离,达到保护材质的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油炼化领域,特别涉及一种耐高温油溶性长碳链酰胺合成化合物缓蚀药剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着油田不断加大开采深度及大量高酸原油的进口,我国原油日益重质化、劣质化,其酸值不断提高,对原油加工设备的腐蚀越来越严重,腐蚀问题已成为影响国民经济和社会可持续发展的重要因素。在石油炼制过程中,环烷酸腐蚀是普遍存在的技术难题,目前我国有90%以上的炼油厂采用加注不同缓蚀剂的措施来减轻不同装置中不同部位的腐蚀情况,缓蚀剂应用前景广泛,市场宽广,具有很大的研究价值。
长碳链酰胺合成化合物缓蚀剂是针对石油炼化设备中高温部分腐蚀而立项的。主要用作高温缓蚀剂,在350-500℃高温情况下能够稳定存在,起到很好的缓蚀效果。
在炼油装置高温部分长碳链酰胺合成化合物缓蚀剂很好的溶解分散于原料油中,其中极性基团在较高温度时能与环烷酸反应,反应物吸附在金属材料表面,形成一种多中心、多层次的吸附性保护膜;同时部分缓蚀剂与环烷酸直接作用,生成大分子量的环烷酸酯,从而在金属表面建立吸附平衡,将环烷酸等有机酸和金属表面隔离,达到保护材质的目的。
发明内容
本发明为合成一种兼具耐高温,油溶性缓蚀药剂,主要用在石油炼化装置高温部分。
一种酰胺合成化合物型高效油溶性高温缓蚀剂,含一种长碳链脂肪酸、甲醛、一种长碳链丙二胺、甲苯。各组分质量百分比为:
一种长碳链脂肪酸: 30%~60%。
甲醛: 20%~30%。
一种长碳链丙二胺: 35%~70%。
甲苯: 20%~30%。
所述的一种长碳链脂肪酸为棕榈酸,亚油酸,羊脂酸,α-亚麻酸中的一种。
所述的一种长碳链丙二胺为N-壬烷基丙二胺,N-十一烷基丙二胺,N-十二烷基丙二胺,N-十四烷基丙二胺,N-十五烷基丙二胺中的一种。
所述的甲醛确定为多聚甲醛。
所述的溶剂及携水剂确定为甲苯。

Claims (9)

1.一种酰胺合成化合物型高效油溶性高温缓蚀剂,含一种长碳链脂肪酸、甲醛、一种长碳链丙二胺、甲苯。
2.各组分质量百分比为:
一种长碳链脂肪酸: 30%~60%。
3.甲醛: 20%~30%。
4.一种长碳链丙二胺: 35%~70%。
5.甲苯: 20%~30%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种酰胺合成化合物型高效油溶性高温缓蚀剂所含的一种长碳链脂肪酸为棕榈酸,亚油酸,羊脂酸,α-亚麻酸中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种酰胺合成化合物型高效油溶性高温缓蚀剂所含的一种长碳链丙二胺为N-壬烷基-丙二胺,N-十一烷基-丙二胺,N-十二烷基丙二胺,N-十四烷基丙二胺,N-十五烷基丙二胺中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种酰胺合成化合物型高效油溶性高温缓蚀剂所含的甲醛确定为多聚甲醛。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种酰胺合成化合物型高效油溶性高温缓蚀剂所含的溶剂及携水剂确定为甲苯。
