本发明涉及一种环保型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:树脂80‑95份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13‑17份、凹凸棒土18‑21份、季戊四醇酯12‑16份、二茂铁3‑4份、抗氧剂TBM‑63‑7份、云母粉1‑4份,安息香1‑3份、微晶蜡6‑9份、石蜡油1‑3份、氧化镁粉末2‑6份、当归油3‑6份、陶土15‑18份、玻璃粉4‑5份、硅藻土6‑8份与沉淀硫酸钡10‑15份。本发明得到的热熔胶制备原料少,制备成本低下,不含任何污染环境的成分,使用完毕脱落之后不会污染环境,环保性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶,具体说是一种环保型热熔胶。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂或弹性体为基料,添加增黏剂、增塑剂、抗氧化剂、阻燃剂及填料,经熔融混合而成的固体状粘合剂。与热固型、溶剂型和水基型胶粘剂相比具有很多优越性,所以从20世纪50年代至今,热熔胶已经在许多领域得到了快速发展,开始用于建筑、飞机、舰船和汽车内装饰等领域,尤其在印刷、包装等行业已用热熔胶取代钉装和线装,但是其中应用最广泛的就是装订用的热熔胶,现有大多数热熔胶原料成分多,制备成本高,且添加了一些污染环境的成分,环保性能差。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种环保型热熔胶,制备原料少,制备成本低下,不含任何污染环境的成分,使用完毕脱落之后不会污染环境,环保性能好。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种环保型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:树脂80-95份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13-17份、凹凸棒土18-21份、季戊四醇酯12-16份、二茂铁3-4份、抗氧剂TBM-63-7份、云母粉1-4份,安息香1-3份、微晶蜡6-9份、石蜡油1-3份、氧化镁粉末2-6份、当归油3-6份、陶土15-18份、玻璃粉4-5份、硅藻土6-8份与沉淀硫酸钡10-15份。
一种环保型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下最佳重量份的组分组成:树脂87份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯157份、凹凸棒土19份、季戊四醇酯14份、二茂铁3份、抗氧剂TBM-65份、云母粉3份,安息香2份、微晶蜡8份、石蜡油2份、氧化镁粉末4份、当归油5份、陶土17份、玻璃粉4份、硅藻土7份与沉淀硫酸钡12份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述树脂为EVA树酯、有机硅树脂、环氧树脂与酚醛树脂中的任意两种。
本发明的有益效果是:相比现有技术,本发明得到的热熔胶制备原料少,制备成本低下,不含任何污染环境的成分,使用完毕脱落之后不会污染环境,环保性能好。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段和创作特征易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
实施例一:
一种环保型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:树脂80份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯13份、凹凸棒土18份、季戊四醇酯12份、二茂铁3份、抗氧剂TBM-63份、云母粉1份,安息香1份、微晶蜡6份、石蜡油1份、氧化镁粉末2份、当归油3份、陶土15份、玻璃粉4份、硅藻土6份与沉淀硫酸钡10份。
所述树脂为EVA树酯、有机硅树脂、环氧树脂与酚醛树脂中的任意两种。
实施例二:
一种环保型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:树脂87份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯157份、凹凸棒土19份、季戊四醇酯14份、二茂铁3份、抗氧剂TBM-65份、云母粉3份,安息香2份、微晶蜡8份、石蜡油2份、氧化镁粉末4份、当归油5份、陶土17份、玻璃粉4份、硅藻土7份与沉淀硫酸钡12份。

实施例三:
一种环保型热熔胶,该热熔胶由以下重量份的组分组成:树脂95份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯17份、凹凸棒土21份、季戊四醇酯16份、二茂铁4份、抗氧剂TBM-67份、云母粉4份,安息香3份、微晶蜡9份、石蜡油3份、氧化镁粉末6份、当归油6份、陶土18份、玻璃粉5份、硅藻土8份与沉淀硫酸钡15份。
所述树脂为EVA树酯、有机硅树脂、环氧树脂与酚醛树脂中的任意两种。
通过实施一、实施二和实施三各成分制备得到的热熔胶,相比现有技术中的普通热熔胶,制备原料少,制备成本低下,不含任何污染环境的成分,使用完毕脱落之后不会污染环境,环保性能好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型热熔胶,其特征在于:该热熔胶由以下最佳重量份的组分组成:树脂87份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯157份、凹凸棒土19份、季戊四醇酯14份、二茂铁3份、抗氧剂TBM-65份、云母粉3份,安息香2份、微晶蜡8份、石蜡油2份、氧化镁粉末4份、当归油5份、陶土17份、玻璃粉4份、硅藻土7份与沉淀硫酸钡12份。
