一种276V自发电型电动车,在276V电瓶输出电路中,当电瓶正常供电时三极管(9)进入饱和区该三极管不工作,当电瓶电压低于设定值241.5V时,该三极管退出饱和区,进入工作状态,此时由三极管(9)的集电极为继电器提供吸合电流达到自动启动发电机发电。

电路工作原理
276V自发电型电动车在276V电瓶输出电路中,增加了正向二极管(3),电瓶的电量通过正向二极管(3)向电动车负载电路输出正电,当电瓶的电量(电压)低于设定值时,发电机自动启动发电,发出的电由二极管(4)向电瓶输出10A左右的小电流,二极管(5)向电动车负载电路输出最大100A的大电流供电压276V电动车的电瓶和负载电路所需要的能量。
电路优点:
当电动车的电瓶电压低于设定值时,发电机自动启动发电,供电瓶充电所需的小电流,同时又供电动车负载所需要的大电流。

本发明适用于电动轿车、电动大巴、无轨电动火车和电瓶供电设备。
技术背景:
目前由于电动车电瓶蓄电量少,续驶里程不足,难以实现电动车于汽车接轨。
发明内容:
为克服电动车续驶里程不足,当电动车电瓶电压低于设定值时,发电机自动启动发电,分别供给电瓶和电动车所需能量,确保电动车正常行驶。
在电瓶供电电路中,增加了正向二极管,当发电机发电时,二极管(5)输出电压高于二极管(4)的输出电压,由于二极管的正向导电性,在二极管(3)两端产生两个电压,用以给电瓶充电所需小电流和电动车负载所需的大电流。
自动启动电路设有开关电路(12),用以人为启动发电机发电。

附图1中:1电瓶,2发电机,3正向二极管,4整流二极管,5整流二极管,6滤波电容,7稳压电解电容,8继电器,9自动启动电路的三极管,10是三极管的下偏流电阻,11是三极管的上偏流电阻,12启动开关。通过调整三极管(9)的上下偏流电阻、阻值的大小实现设定值为241.5V时自动起动发电。
技术特征:
当电瓶正常供电时三极管(9)进入饱和区该三极管不工作,当电瓶电压低于设定值时,该三极管退出饱和区,进入工作状态,此时由三极管(9)的集电极为继电器提供吸合电流达到自动启动发电机发电。
