Abstract
本发明涉及一种大豆粉保健营养品,包括按重量份计的以下各组分:大豆粉70‑100份,益生菌20‑50份,食用中药粉40‑60份,其余为辅料。本发明大豆富含人体所需的各种营养物质,尤其是含有优质蛋白质、胡萝卜素、粗纤维和矿物质磷。大豆中所含的优质蛋白质,可以提高机体的抗病能力和康复能力;胡萝卜素食用后可防止人体致癌物质的合成,从而减少癌细胞的形成,降低人体癌症的发病率。添加的益生菌,可以降低肠pH值,调节肠道活动,提高人体免疫力。维生素D可以促进钙的吸收,促进骨骼的生长以及防止骨质的输送。

本发明涉及大豆食品的深加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种利用大豆制作的大豆粉保健营养品。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平不断提高的同时,饮食结构不合理,营养失衡的问题日趋突出,处于亚健康的人群日益增多。虽说市场上以豆粉为原料的保健品种类繁多,但大都是在包装与口感上寻求新的突破点,实质的组成成分上没有太多的创新,同时,许多的保健品品种功能单一,不能很多的利用各种食品的优势和互补作用,造成保健的作用不能充分发挥出来,满足不了人体多方位的需求。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于,针对上述缺陷,提供一种调节肠道平衡,促进肠胃活动,补充多种维生素矿物质,提高人体新陈代谢,增强免疫力的大豆粉保健营养品。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种大豆粉保健营养品,包括按重量份计的以下各组分:
大豆粉70-100份,益生菌20-50份,食用中药粉40-60份,其余为辅料。
进一步的,所述食用中药粉包括按重量份计的组分为:莲子粉30-50份,白果粉10-30份。
进一步的,所述辅料包括按重量份计的组分为:果糖低聚糖10-30份,稳定剂5-15份,乳化剂5-15份,抗结剂5-15份,食用盐3-10份,维生素D 8-20份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用的大豆原料均精选自有“塞上绿洲”之称的山西省右玉县,由于其独特高纬度、高海拔的地理条件及无污染、昼夜温差大的生物生长环境,造就了该地区生产的大豆富含人体所需的各种营养物质,尤其是含有优质蛋白质、胡萝卜素、粗纤维和矿物质磷。大豆中所含优质蛋白质,可以提高机体的抗病能力和康复能力;胡萝卜素食用后可防止人体致癌物质的合成,从而减少癌细胞的形成,降低人体癌症的发病率。添加的益生菌,可以降低肠 pH 值,调节肠道活动,提高人体免疫力。食用中药粉中的莲子粉具有补脾止泻,益肾涩精,养心安神的功效,提高人体脾胃功能,白果粉具有止咳平喘,通畅血管、保护肝脏、改善大脑功能、润皮肤、抗衰老、治疗老年痴呆症和脑供血不足等功效,维生素D可以促进钙的吸收,促进骨骼的生长以及防止骨质的输送。本产品不仅保持了大豆的特有香味和营养成分,而且豆粉口感更细腻,味道更香醇。本品营养丰富,食用方便,可作为早餐饮品,在工作之余来杯香浓的大豆饮品,既可补充体力,又可让你的味蕾享受到最原始纯正自然的美味。

一种大豆粉保健营养品,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的以下各组分:
大豆粉70份,益生菌20份,食用中药粉40份,其余为辅料。所述食用中药粉包括按重量份计的组分为:莲子粉30份,白果粉10份。所述辅料包括按重量份计的组分为:果糖低聚糖10份,稳定剂5份,乳化剂5份,抗结剂5份,食用盐3份,维生素D 8份。
实施例2
一种大豆粉保健营养品,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的以下各组分:
大豆粉85份,益生菌35份,食用中药粉50份,其余为辅料。所述食用中药粉包括按重量份计的组分为:莲子粉37份,白果粉22份。所述辅料包括按重量份计的组分为:果糖低聚糖15份,稳定剂12份,乳化剂8份,抗结剂10份,食用盐9份,维生素D 15份。
实施例3
一种大豆粉保健营养品,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的以下各组分:
大豆粉100份,益生菌50份,食用中药粉60份,其余为辅料。所述食用中药粉包括按重量份计的组分为:莲子粉50份,白果粉30份。所述辅料包括按重量份计的组分为:果糖低聚糖30份,稳定剂15份,乳化剂15份,抗结剂15份,食用盐10份,维生素D 20份。
上述实施例1-3所述的大豆粉保健营养品的生产工艺如下:
S1初清:选取天然优质无污染的大豆,去除杂质后,采用螺旋选豆器选取颗粒饱满、大小均匀的大豆;
S2 炒制:将步骤S1中的大豆通过转筒烘炒机进行炒制,炒制温度为170-180℃,炒制时间为30-40min,炒制大豆呈现金黄色且没有生豆味;
S3 二次初清:将步骤S2炒制的大豆输送至重力分级去石机中进行分级并再次进行去除杂质,选取出满足步骤S2要求的炒熟大豆;
S4 脱皮:将步骤S3中炒熟的大豆采用砂轮脱皮机进行脱皮;
S5 磨粉:通过磨粉机将步骤S4中的脱皮大豆、莲子、白果分别进行磨粉;
S6 筛分:将步骤S5中的大豆粉、莲子粉和白果粉过120目验粉筛进行筛选;
S7添加辅料:取步骤S6中的大豆粉70-100份,莲子粉30-50份以及白果粉10-30份与辅料混合,其中辅料为:果糖低聚糖10-30份,稳定剂5-15份,乳化剂5-15份,抗结剂5-15份,食用盐3-10份,维生素D 8-20份,上述组份均按重量份计;
S8 添加益生菌:将步骤S7中的大豆混合粉末在无菌的混料间与重量份为20-50份的益生菌进行干混,干混混料间的温度22-28℃ ; 干混混料间相对湿度30-50% ; 干混混料时间20-30min,益生菌与大豆混合粉末进行干湿时,大豆混合粉的水分活度应小于 0.17;
S9 包装:将步骤S8干混后的大豆粉进行充氮包装。

大豆粉70-100份,益生菌20-50份,食用中药粉40-60份,其余为辅料。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆粉保健营养品,其特征在于,所述辅料包括按重量份计的组分为:果糖低聚糖10-30份,稳定剂5-15份,乳化剂5-15份,抗结剂5-15份,食用盐3-10份,维生素D 8-20份。
