本发明涉及电池串排版技术领域,具体为一种电池串推送装置,能够大大提高排版精度,缩短排版时间,提高效率,其包括栅格板,所述栅格板上开有多个平行布置的长条通槽,在所述长条通槽一端,所述栅格板连接承载板,所述栅格板下端设置有推动片,所述推动片上设置有多个与所述长条通槽对应的拨片,一个所述长条通槽内布置有一个所述拨片,所述拨片顶部外露于所述长条通槽,所述推动片下端两侧分别安装有滑块,所述滑块滑动安装于导轨,所述推动片连接推动气缸。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池串排版技术领域,具体为一种电池串推送装置。
背景技术
在太阳能电池板的生产过程中,电池串自动排版机是一种重要设备。传统的电池串排版机是将电池串从输送皮带上直接排放的电池组件的玻璃上。每块电池组件包含六个电池串,因此完成一块组件的排版时间较长,且电池串摆放过程中没有归正定位,排版的精度也较低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种电池串推送装置,其能够大大提高排版精度,缩短排版时间,提高效率。
其技术方案是这样的:一种电池串推送装置,其特征在于,其包括栅格板,所述栅格板上开有多个平行布置的长条通槽,在所述长条通槽一端,所述栅格板连接承载板,所述栅格板下端设置有推动片,所述推动片上设置有多个与所述长条通槽对应的拨片,一个所述长条通槽内布置有一个所述拨片,所述拨片顶部外露于所述长条通槽,所述推动片下端两侧分别安装有滑块,所述滑块滑动安装于导轨,所述推动片连接推动气缸。
其进一步特征在于,所述推动片通过型材架连接所述推动气缸。
采用本发明的结构后,拨片位于长条通槽内并可移动,当电池串放置于栅格板上后,由推动气缸驱动推动片,从而使拨片推动电池串实现横向归正和定位,并推动至承载板上,通过排版夹具即可将电池片取走,大大提高离开排版精度,缩短了排版时间,提高效率。

见图1,图2,图3所示,一种电池串推送装置,其包括栅格板1,栅格板1上开有多个平行布置的长条通槽2,在长条通槽2一端,栅格板1连接承载板3,栅格板1下端设置有推动片4,推动片4上设置有多个与长条通槽2对应的拨片5,一个长条通槽2内布置有一个拨片5,拨片5顶部外露于长条通槽2,推动片4下端两侧分别安装有滑块6,滑块6滑动安装于导轨7,推动片4通过型材架8连接推动气缸9。

1.一种电池串推送装置,其特征在于,其包括栅格板,所述栅格板上开有多个平行布置的长条通槽,在所述长条通槽一端,所述栅格板连接承载板,所述栅格板下端设置有推动片,所述推动片上设置有多个与所述长条通槽对应的拨片,一个所述长条通槽内布置有一个所述拨片,所述拨片顶部外露于所述长条通槽,所述推动片下端两侧分别安装有滑块,所述滑块滑动安装于导轨,所述推动片连接推动气缸。
