Abstract
本发明公开了一种快速判定食品用塑料包装材料中有害成分的方法,其步骤如下:1)称取食品包装用的PVC保鲜膜1.0g置于试管中,加入100mL四氢吠喃放入70-80℃的水浴锅中溶解10-20分钟,所得溶液缓慢滴入85%的乙醇溶液中,边滴边搅拌,得到沉淀物过滤后干燥;滤液经旋转蒸发,除掉滤液后进行测量;2)采用红外光谱分析,根据比对特征谱线来测定PVC保鲜膜中增塑剂的种类和含量。本发明采取溶解—沉淀法分离出保鲜膜中的增塑剂,并用ATR一FTIR法确定了增塑剂的种类,使消费者容易判断保鲜膜中有害物质特别是增塑剂的含量,使消费者买的放心,用的放心。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,具体是一种快速判定食品用塑料包装材料中有害成分的方法。
背景技术
塑料产品因其方便、价廉的优点而广泛用于食品包装,有统计显示,在食品包装中塑料包装的比例占到了一半以上。用于食品包装的塑料制品主要由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇醋(PET)、聚碳酸酷(PC)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)和聚酸胺(PA)等几种单一材质和复合材质组成。随着我国人民生活水平的提高和食品出口贸易的增多,相关食品安全的问题也越来越受到人们的更多关注。其中食品用塑料包装材料的安全性问题十分突出。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速判定食品用塑料包装材料中有害成分的方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:快速判定食品用塑料包装材料中有害成分的方法,其步骤如下:1)称取食品包装用的PVC保鲜膜1.0g置于试管中,加入100mL四氢吠喃放入70-80℃的水浴锅中溶解10-20分钟,所得溶液缓慢滴入85%的乙醇溶液中,边滴边搅拌,得到沉淀物过滤后干燥;滤液经旋转蒸发,除掉滤液后进行测量;2)采用红外光谱分析,根据比对特征谱线来测定PVC保鲜膜中增塑剂的种类和含量。
本发明采取溶解—沉淀法分离出保鲜膜中的增塑剂,并用ATR一FTIR法确定了增塑剂的种类,使消费者容易判断保鲜膜中有害物质特别是增塑剂的含量,使消费者买的放心,用的放心。
