本发明公开了一种灯光均匀、成本低的带导光带的摩托车车头灯,包括有灯壳、反光罩以及透光罩,所述反光罩的内表面设有反光涂层,所述反光罩中心设置有灯泡,所述灯壳前侧连接有导光架,所述导光架上连接有环形导光条以及侧导光条,所述环形导光条围绕导光架的周边,所述侧导光条设置在导光架的两侧,所述导光架或者灯壳设置有位于侧导光条端部的LED小灯,所述LED小灯的灯光照射向侧导光条内部。

一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯。
背景技术
摩托车是常用的交通工具,因其价格低廉,外形美观,操作方便而深受人们的喜爱。摩托车车头灯是摩托车行驶中照明的主要灯具,但是传统的车头灯仅具有一个灯泡,通过反光罩将灯光射向前方,灯光不均匀,装饰效果差,不能满足现代人的需求;另外要增加日行灯通常要加装多个LED日光灯珠,导致车头灯结构复杂,组装工序多,提高了成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯,灯光均匀,结构简单,成本低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯,包括有灯壳、反光罩以及透光罩,所述反光罩的内表面设有反光涂层,所述反光罩中心设置有灯泡,所述灯壳前侧连接有导光架,所述导光架上连接有环形导光条以及侧导光条,所述环形导光条围绕导光架的周边,所述侧导光条设置在导光架的两侧,所述导光架或者灯壳设置有位于侧导光条端部的LED小灯,所述LED小灯的灯光照射向侧导光条内部。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述侧导光条朝向透光罩的一侧设置为半圆弧面,另一侧设置有二个反射槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述侧导光条的两端各设置有一个安装支耳,所述安装支耳上设置有用于螺丝安装的圆孔。
进一步改进,所述环形导光条的表面设置为波浪形。
进一步改进,所述灯壳的左右两侧各连接一个装饰盖,所述装饰盖表面设置有橡胶层。
本发明的有益效果是:通过环形导光条以及侧导光条形成日行灯效果,结构简单,成本低,便于组装;并且提高车头灯的灯光均匀度,提升车头灯的装饰效果,更适应现代人的需求。本发明结构简单实用,组装简易,成本低。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图4,一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯,包括有灯壳1、反光罩2以及透光罩3,所述反光罩2的内表面设有反光涂层,所述反光罩2中心设置有灯泡4,所述灯壳1前侧连接有导光架5,所述导光架5上连接有环形导光条6以及侧导光条7,所述环形导光条6围绕导光架5的周边,所述侧导光条7设置在导光架5的两侧,所述导光架5或者灯壳1设置有位于侧导光条7端部的LED小灯,所述LED小灯的灯光照射向侧导光条7内部。采用上述结构,灯泡4提供主要的灯光作为远光照射,环形导光条6以及侧导光条7提供日行灯效果,结构简单,成本低,便于组装;其中围绕导光架5的周边的环形导光条6能大大提升车头灯的整体美观度,装饰上效果。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述侧导光条7朝向透光罩3的一侧设置为半圆弧面,另一侧设置有二个反射槽701。采用上述结构,朝向外侧半圆弧面扩散灯光,二个反射槽701将朝向内侧的灯光反射向外侧,增强亮度,提高灯光使用率。
为了便于安装侧导光条7,在本实施例中,优选的,所述侧导光条7的两端各设置有一个安装支耳702,所述安装支耳702上设置有用于螺丝安装的圆孔,通过支耳702、螺丝即可简易安装侧导光条7,简单快捷。
为了提高灯光的均匀度,在本实施例中,优选的,所述环形导光条6的表面设置为波浪形,利用波浪形的表面散射灯光,提高均匀的。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述灯壳1的左右两侧各连接一个装饰盖8,所述装饰盖8表面设置有橡胶层,装饰盖8一方面提高车头灯的装饰性,另一方面装饰盖8表面设置的橡胶层在摩托车摔倒时作为被摩擦的面,减少车头灯的磨损,避免损坏。

1.一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯,包括有灯壳、反光罩以及透光罩,所述反光罩的内表面设有反光涂层,所述反光罩中心设置有灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯壳前侧连接有导光架,所述导光架上连接有环形导光条以及侧导光条,所述环形导光条围绕导光架的周边,所述侧导光条设置在导光架的两侧,所述导光架或者灯壳设置有位于侧导光条端部的LED小灯,所述LED小灯的灯光照射向侧导光条内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯,其特征在于:所述侧导光条朝向透光罩的一侧设置为半圆弧面,另一侧设置有二个反射槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯,其特征在于:所述侧导光条的两端各设置有一个安装支耳,所述安装支耳上设置有用于螺丝安装的圆孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯,其特征在于:所述环形导光条的表面设置为波浪形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导光带的摩托车车头灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳的左右两侧各连接一个装饰盖,所述装饰盖表面设置有橡胶层。
