本发明涉及一种密封螺栓,包括头部和与所述头部连接的螺纹杆,在螺栓杆上且位于所述头部下方设有螺纹连接的活动卡盘和弹性密封组件;在螺纹杆外上开有多组且呈环形等角度阵列的轴向条形槽,弹性密封组件套接在螺栓杆上后分别卡接在所述轴向条形槽内。本发明的密封螺栓,使用时不再额外需要垫片,该螺栓旋入螺栓孔后进行初步定位后,再旋紧活动卡盘,使弹性密封组件在螺栓头部产生较大的变形顶紧在螺栓内孔,从而直接对螺纹孔进行密封,密封效果更好,而且还会对金属的螺纹杆产生弹性力,这样在使用该螺栓的零件运动或者震动时,达到防止其松动的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺栓,具体涉及一种密封螺栓,属于紧固件技术领域。
背景技术
螺栓是一种圆柱形带螺纹的紧固件,也常被叫做螺钉。可以直接使用在机械设备中,可以与螺母配用。传统的螺栓直接整体采用金属结构,在使用时,与螺母或者零件直接采用螺纹配合锁紧。但是传统的螺栓在使用时,常常被使用在经常运动或者震动的部件上,螺栓在长时间使用后容易产生松动,容易使得锁紧件被锁紧的不够牢固。因此螺栓在使用连接的过程中常常还会用一些弹性垫片进行辅助,防止松动,装配过程较为繁琐。而且传统的螺纹连接,金属零件的内螺纹和外螺纹之间螺纹连接后还会有一些的间隙,因此如果螺栓使用在一些贯穿的结构中,如果用来密封气体或者液体,就比较容易漏气漏液;因此传统的螺栓在密封的过程中常常还需要使用专门的密封垫,有时还需要设计专门的密封结构。
另外传统螺栓在进行紧固的过程中只通过用力扭紧螺栓时时的螺栓的螺纹产生形变来产生拉紧力,由于这些形变主要集中在螺栓头部的几个螺纹上,因此螺栓的主要拉紧力主要由螺柱端部的几个螺纹来提供。这样在螺纹扭力过大时容易对螺栓的外螺纹造成破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种使用方便,在使用后可以自动锁紧,防止松动,同时可以对螺纹孔进行自动密封的密封螺栓。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种密封螺栓,包括头部和与所述头部连接的螺纹杆,在所述螺栓杆上且位于所述头部下方设有螺纹连接的活动卡盘和弹性密封组件;在所述螺纹杆外上开有多组且呈环形等角度阵列的轴向条形槽,所述弹性密封组件套接在螺栓杆上后分别卡接在所述轴向条形槽内,并且其上端固定在活动卡盘上,下端固定在轴向条形槽内。
优选的,所述弹性密封组件具有环形底圈和与所述环形底圈连接的多根弹性膨胀密封条;所述弹性密封条与所述轴向条形槽数量相等,互相配合使用;所述环形底圈套接且固定在所述螺纹杆上。
优选的,所述弹性膨胀密封条为热塑性三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
优选的,所有所述弹性膨胀密封条占据所述螺栓杆外表面面积的2/3以上。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的一种密封螺栓,使用时不再额外需要垫片,该螺栓旋入螺栓孔后进行初步定位后,再旋紧活动卡盘,使弹性密封组件在螺栓头部产生较大的变形顶紧在螺栓内孔,从而直接对螺纹孔进行密封,密封效果更好,而且还会对金属的螺纹杆产生弹性力,这样在使用该螺栓的零件运动或者震动时,弹性密封组件直接对螺纹杆产生弹性作用,防止其松动。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如附图1所示,本发明所述的一种密封螺栓,包括头部1和与所述头部1连接的螺纹杆2,在所述螺栓杆2上且位于所述头部1下方设有螺纹连接的活动卡盘3和弹性密封组件4;在所述螺纹杆2外上开有多组且呈环形等角度阵列的轴向条形槽5,所述弹性密封组件4套接在螺栓杆2上后分别卡接在所述轴向条形槽5内,并且其上端固定在活动卡盘3上,下端固定在轴向条形槽5内。
弹性密封组件4具有环形底圈41和与所述环形底圈41连接的多根弹性膨胀密封条42,其中,弹性膨胀密封条42可以选用热塑性三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
弹性密封条42与所述轴向条形槽5数量相等,互相配合使用;所述环形底圈41套接且固定在所述螺纹杆2上。
为更提高密封效果,所有所述弹性膨胀密封条占据所述螺栓杆外表面面积的2/3以上。
本发明的一种密封螺栓,使用时不再额外需要垫片,就能够实现密封及防止松动的作用,该螺栓旋入螺栓孔后进行初步定位后,再旋紧活动卡盘3,在活动卡盘3的作用力下弹性密封组件4在螺栓头部产生较大的变形顶紧在螺栓内孔,从而直接对螺纹孔进行密封,密封效果更好,不仅如此,而且还会对金属的螺纹杆产生弹性力,这样在使用该螺栓的零件运动或者震动时,弹性密封组件直接对螺纹杆产生弹性作用,从而达到防止其松动的目的。

1.一种密封螺栓,包括头部和与所述头部连接的螺纹杆,其特征在于:在所述螺栓杆上且位于所述头部下方设有螺纹连接的活动卡盘和弹性密封组件;在所述螺纹杆外上开有多组且呈环形等角度阵列的轴向条形槽,所述弹性密封组件套接在螺栓杆上后分别卡接在所述轴向条形槽内,并且其上端固定在活动卡盘上,下端固定在轴向条形槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封螺栓,其特征在于:所述弹性密封组件具有环形底圈和与所述环形底圈连接的多根弹性膨胀密封条;所述弹性密封条与所述轴向条形槽数量相等,互相配合使用;所述环形底圈套接且固定在所述螺纹杆上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密封螺栓,其特征在于:所述弹性膨胀密封条为热塑性三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的密封螺栓,其特征在于:所有所述弹性膨胀密封条占据所述螺栓杆外表面面积的2/3以上。
