本发明涉及印染助剂领域,尤其涉及一种免烫衬衫防皱整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济水平的不断提高,越来越多的功能性纺织品被人们所熟悉和接受,其中近几年日益流行的免烫衬衫,以其穿着挺括有型的外形和洗后不用熨烫、方便护理的性能优势,得到了广大消费者的喜爱。
目前的免烫衬衫多以全棉作为面料,但是具有耐久性差的缺陷,多次洗涤后免烫免熨的性能下降较为明显。
因此,在免烫衬衫的免烫整理工艺中需要一种制备简单,组分易得,处理效果好的有针对性的免烫亲水整理剂。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种组分易得,制备方法简单、具有优异的免烫防皱性能和较高强力保留的免烫衬衫防皱整理剂的制备方法。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种免烫衬衫防皱整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先按照质量份数准备纳米材料15-20份、生物酶6-12份、易去污整理剂12-16份、硬挺整理剂12-15份、含氟整理剂14-22份、防缩防皱整理剂14-17份、壳聚糖20-25份、渗透剂1-3份、分散剂7-12份、去离子水200-300份;
(2)将所需的纳米材料、分散剂、生物酶、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至40-45℃后保温20-30min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的壳聚糖、硬挺整理剂、易去污整理剂、含氟整理剂、防缩防皱整理剂三分之一量的水在10-15℃下混合均匀,形成均一的混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至75-85℃加入余量的水,搅拌均匀保温10-15min后降温至室温加入渗透剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液后静置8-12h即得。

一种免烫衬衫防皱整理剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)首先按照质量份数准备纳米材料15份、生物酶6份、易去污整理剂12份、硬挺整理剂12份、含氟整理剂14份、防缩防皱整理剂14份、壳聚糖20份、渗透剂1份、分散剂7份、去离子水200份;
(2)将所需的纳米材料、分散剂、生物酶、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至40℃后保温20min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的壳聚糖、硬挺整理剂、易去污整理剂、含氟整理剂、防缩防皱整理剂三分之一量的水在10℃下混合均匀,形成均一的混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至75℃加入余量的水,搅拌均匀保温10min后降温至室温加入渗透剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液后静置8h即得。

(1)首先按照质量份数准备纳米材料20份、生物酶12份、易去污整理剂16份、硬挺整理剂15份、含氟整理剂22份、防缩防皱整理剂17份、壳聚糖25份、渗透剂3份、分散剂12份、去离子水300份;
(2)将所需的纳米材料、分散剂、生物酶、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至45℃后保温30min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的壳聚糖、硬挺整理剂、易去污整理剂、含氟整理剂、防缩防皱整理剂三分之一量的水在15℃下混合均匀,形成均一的混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至85℃加入余量的水,搅拌均匀保温15min后降温至室温加入渗透剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液后静置12h即得。

(1)首先按照质量份数准备纳米材料17份、生物酶9份、易去污整理剂14份、硬挺整理剂13份、含氟整理剂18份、防缩防皱整理剂16份、壳聚糖22份、渗透剂2份、分散剂9份、去离子水260份;
(2)将所需的纳米材料、分散剂、生物酶、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至43℃后保温25min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的壳聚糖、硬挺整理剂、易去污整理剂、含氟整理剂、防缩防皱整理剂三分之一量的水在13℃下混合均匀,形成均一的混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至80℃加入余量的水,搅拌均匀保温13min后降温至室温加入渗透剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液后静置10h即得。

使用上述实施例1-3所得到的免烫衬衫防皱整理剂的制备方法对免烫衬衫进行整理工艺,同时设置传统整理剂的对照试验组,整理工艺包括浸轧工作液(轧余率75%)→低温烘干(65℃,20min)→高温焙烘(145℃,5min),得到的织物经过三次水洗后进行各种应用性能测试:a)按照AATCC124-2001标准进行防皱免烫性能测试,测定DP级别,级别越高表明织物的防皱免烫效果越好,原布为1.0;
b)参照GB/T3923.1-1997,测定织物的断裂强力保留率;
c)参照GB/T3917.2-2009,测定织物的撕破强力提升率;
本发明实施例1-5对应的性能测试结果如表1所示:
从表1数据可看出,使用本发明一种免烫衬衫防皱整理剂的制备方法制备而成的整理剂对免烫衬衫进行整理后织物各项性能明显优于传统整理剂的处理,具有优异的免烫防皱性能和较高的强力保留,是一种具有很强推广价值的防皱整理剂。

(1)首先按照质量份数准备纳米材料15-20份、生物酶6-12份、易去污整理剂12-16份、硬挺整理剂12-15份、含氟整理剂14-22份、防缩防皱整理剂14-17份、壳聚糖20-25份、渗透剂1-3份、分散剂7-12份、去离子水200-300份;
(2)将所需的纳米材料、分散剂、生物酶、三分之一量的水混合均匀,边搅拌边加热至40-45℃后保温20-30min形成均一的混合溶液A;
(3)将所需的壳聚糖、硬挺整理剂、易去污整理剂、含氟整理剂、防缩防皱整理剂三分之一量的水在10-15℃下混合均匀,形成均一的混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液B缓慢加入保温的混合溶液A中,搅拌均匀后继续加热升温至75-85℃加入余量的水,搅拌均匀保温10-15min后降温至室温加入渗透剂,用搅拌装置搅拌成均一溶液后静置8-12h即得。
